Very disappointed with the service. I called the dealership to ask how much is B1 service on my g-wagon. They told me the price and I made an appointment. I came in the morning to drop off the vehicle and they told me I have to pay over $2000 which is way more that I was told over the phone . When I told them that they gave me a different quote over the phone, the service rep said that people answering the phone don’t work for Mercedes. It is just crazy how they operate. I took my car somewhere else. Would not recommend to anyone .

Please understand first and foremost that this dealership is an AutoNation dealer. That should tell you everything you need to know right there... This dealership that did not honor their offer to buy our car as advertised on their website. When they called to make an appointment to see our car, I explained to them that we were not buying a new car. They then ghosted us. Do not trust this dealership one iota if you get any numbers or promises. They are FoS.

I am very happy and impressed with time it took to diagnose and fix the issue with my car. And, even better that it was covered under warranty. My problem was resolved in a timely manner. Working with Mr. Daryl Jones was quite pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the service rendered. He thoroughly answered all of my questions. It was my first experience with Mercedes Benz of Miami. From my salesman Diego, to the appraiser of my trade-in Fernando, and my truly awesome financial advisor Josh, I felt I was in great hands. I can’t say enough good things about Carlos. From start to finish, he was honest, hardworking, and truly went above and beyond for me. Exceptional experience with Diego at Mercedes-Benz of Miami Working with Diego at Mercedes-Benz of Miami was, hands down, one of the best car-buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. Dear Shane, good morning. I picked up the car early, but I have to tell you that the steering wheel was completely dirty. They didn't take into account that the upholstery is white, and another thing, they didn't even give me a courtesy charge; the battery was at 12%. Overall, when it comes to customer service, it's an F, and that's how my review will be on Google. Thank you

My service assistant was prompt, very knowledgeable and took the time to go through my service history with me to ensure effective service. Wait time was realistic and he continually checked on me during the wait. During our conversation he found out I was a teacher and he gave me a teacher discount; which I really appreciated as the service was unexpected battery trouble. You guys are awesome!

From the moment you walk in, it doesn’t even feel like a high end dealership. The service staff is not attentive at all or even try to make you feel like a value customer. -I went for an oil change and the technician broke my windshield. When I picked up the car it had remaining of a black glue in the paint of the car and dirt. They didn't clean properly after installing the windshield. You could easily notice the lack of care, I didn't feel like a valued customer. -In addition to that incident, the 4 emblems on my rims look horrible for a 2024 Mercedes. I was told that even though it's obviously a product quality issue, it wasn't covered under my full cover warranty. You would think that after the incident of breaking my windshield and having me wait over a week to get my car back, I would at least get the emblems replaced. No, it didn't happen.

Had warranty issue with vehicle, Told them what the exact issue was.. They did a temporary Band-Aid repair, Knowing that the warranty was going to expire... so they could avoid the major repair.. customer service is completely incompetent Mercedes needs to review dealership

My family and I bought a car from Mercedes Benz for the first time today. Johnny Robles came to our help from point A to Z, from trying different cars, test drives, picking out models, colors, budgets. I have to say, thanks to Johnny it was the smoothest and most wonderful experience during a time that is normally pretty stressful. We only came to look at some options, we only wanted to buy a car in December, but due to his knowledge and great negotiating skills, we left with an incredible car and a deal we couldn’t refuse.

She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled the right way. No matter how busy it gets, she’s attentive, communicates clearly, and always makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone in the service department who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. If you want your car in good hands, ask for Lixaleth. Truly one of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with.

This Is a review I am leaving after the great experience I had with salesman Ernesto. Last time I got a Mercedes I shopped around in a couple places. Ernesto tried to find me a good deal last time, but I ended up doing business with a different place, Ernesto told me that I should’ve told him. He would’ve gotten me a better deal, so I saved his phone number and this time I called him. I had this smoothest Experience buying a car I’ve ever had, he was extremely patient with me and helped me find for the right car for me. He actually found it in a different leadership and shipped it all the way to the Miami store so I could get the one I wanted. He helped me so much and next time I buy a car I’m definitely reaching out to him again. Thank you, Ernesto.!

I brought in 2 of my G Wagons and sprinter to MB miami and was extremely satisfied with the entire service department, but especially Herby. Extremely professional, very friendly and caring. he took care of all the small issues i had with my car, the services were done very very fast, same day for one of them that didn’t have much needed. i felt extremely taken care of, and know my vehicles were too. Will be coming back for my next sprinter purchase and all my services moving forward. highly recommend stopping by to visit

Excellent service! Had a sales person (Ernesto Lluis) spent over an hour showing us two models and test-driving them even though he new he wasn’t going to be the final salesperson. Next day we went to our sales person (Manny Fernandez), he was a gentleman and spent enough time showing us different options and helped us negotiate a great deal along with the general manager (Mike Ochoa), they both were very helpful and offered us a great deal and a great price for our trade-in. We went from test driving to signing a deal in less than 3 hours. Highly recommended!!!

Yes-Benny in the Service department was exemplary. A true pro. Great communication, and the job was done perfectly. I also dealt with Kevin in parts who likewise was a perfect professional. He understood exactly what I needed, ordered the part immediately and like Benny-had communication skills. I have owned 4 Mercedes over the span of the last 25 years but I always lived in Coconut Grove and took them to Bill Ussery/(now MB Coral Gables) I now live on the Miami Shores area which is how I got to you. You guys BLOW THEM AWAY. You guys are polite, attentive, and have excellent communication. The work performed was also perfect.

I recently went to get my 2025 Mercedes C300 serviced at Mercedes Benz Of Miami due to two flat tires. My vehicle was towed to Mercedes Benz Of Miami by roadside assistance. I was in communication with a tire expert upon my car being towed there. The tire expert provided me with great customer service. Upon my car being delivered it was handed over to a service advisor. Once my vehicle was handed over to the service advisor is where i begin to receive HORRIBLE customer service. Once my service advisor gained access to my vehicle he never called to speak with me nor did he ever put my vehicle into the system to be serviced. The following day i begin to call over to this dealership to check the status of my vehicle but however nobody would come to the phone nor was anyone helpful with providing me with a status update. Once i got out work from working a 8 hours work shift i headed over to the dealership to get a status update. Upon arriving i asked for a service advisor manager to gain understanding of their policy upon receiving a vehicle. After speaking with the service advisor manager and him telling me things i noticed he didn’t really care about the bad customer service i had experienced. He then handed me off to my service advisor. Upon talking with my service advisor is where i noticed my vehicle had never been put into the system. After having my vehicle for 24 hours he advised me that my would not be ready until possibly Monday. Which means i would have been without out a car for 4 days due to it being in their Possession from Friday to Monday. I proceeded to advise him i need a vehicle because i still have to go back and forth to work. He advised me i could not receive a loaner vehicle although he dropped the ball with not serving my car. My vehicle only needed two new tires which doesn’t take long to do. After he advised me i could not be given a loaner he then proceeded to put my vehicle into the system and went to the back to get started working on it. I didn’t get any assistance once calling over the phone and coming inside i had to wait HOURS until i received my vehicle. I was never told or offered any complementary coffee, water or anything while i waited. Moral of my story i would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle service at Mercedes Of Miami. The customer service is horrible and they do not care about their customers. This rating doesn’t deserve a one star due to the customer service i experienced.

I recently purchased a car and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The sales person, Johnny was honest and consistent in the process, the Finance Manager , Josh was honest and really nice. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through all the available options without ever pressuring me to make a decision. The communication was clear, honest, and efficient. The buying process was smooth, the paperwork was handled quickly, and the car was delivered in excellent condition. I truly appreciated the friendly and respectful service. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free and professional car buying experience!

I come to this dealer because I paid in advance for the maintenance service. Service is terrible. They promised to wash the car, I left it overnight and when I go to pick it up it is even dirtier than when I left it. I paid for balance and alignment I doubt they did the job. Don't trust this people.

First class service received from the manager Julio at the Preowned Section. He went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. My sales person Diego was amazing, he followed up making sure the vehicle was available, cleaned up and prepped properly, docs were completed in a timely manner and that I was satisfied with vehicle afterwards. Yuriy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The dealership itself is absolutely stunning, meticulously clean and spacious. I love that the offices are open or glass enclosed. They made me feel comfortable, made the process easy, everyone from the front desk, to the managers and sales team are VERY attentive and highly professional. You don’t see that often. I highly recommend!! Thank you ?
