We suffered prop damage in Bimini. Captain Javier came out and towed us (along with another boat). He was prompt and got us safely back to Miami. He waited with us for our second tow to take us up the river. Captain JC did an excellent job navigating us up the very busy and stressful Miami river to our boatyard. It was not a good day, obviously, but we really appreciated the expertise and professionalism of these two captains.
Cap. Ricardo from tow boat us miami rendered a great service. We had engine problems,and we were dead in the water at the eliot key sand bar. He established communication with us and arrived in a reasonable time considering he was 25 miles away.He provided a very professional and save service.thank you Cap.Ricky from me and my family. I can’t say enough great things about Captain Martin! When our boat needed a tow from Bimini back to Miami, he came to our rescue with impressive speed and professionalism. He managed to get from Miami to Bimini in less than an hour after we reached out to BoatUS, and from the moment he arrived, we felt we were in great hands. Despite some pretty rough seas, Captain Martin adjusted the course perfectly to ensure a smoother ride, always attentive to the waves and our comfort. He even helped us navigate into the marina slip safely and followed up afterward to make sure we were doing well. Captain Martin is not only a skilled captain but also a genuinely kind and friendly person. Highly recommend his services!

Today I got stuck by haulover sandbar and I requested BoatUs help, they came so fast, but that is another thing that was impressive, the Captain, Ricky is such an amazing guy and super communicative person, make the issue turn into a friendship… he is 5 stars all the way… thank you…. Captain Martin left Miami at 3 pm to pick me up in Bimini he was great we didn’t make it to Key Biscayne till 1 am, we had a great conversation and the service was grade A
We had to get towed and Captain Javier Sanchez came to pick us up. Despite weather conditions Cap Sanchez showed up and led us back to land with skilled seamanship and unparalleled kindness. Excellent response time and superb customer service by Cap Sanchez.
Captain Martin was great! He was able to cheer us up and quickly get us towed back into the marina on what was originally a very sad start to the day. His professionalism and willingness to help really brightened us up. This membership is worth it and we will always be members as long as we’re on the water.
In the 40 plus years that I have been boating in NE and Miami, I have been very fortunate in not having to ever request assistance out on the water..
So I really did not know what to expect when last week I had engine issue that left me stranded out on the edge of the flats out by Stiltsville and had to placed a call to Towboatus.
While I expected that I would be pushing multiple buttons to get through call center to a live person.This turn out not to be the case.
One push and I had a live person on the end of the line..She was professional insuring first that we were safe and obtaining our information and location.
The hand off to tow capt came almost immediately -Captain Martin. He advise of his location ( Haulover) and estimate time of arrival to our location. Communication was set up between us via cell numbers including back number as well as channel 16. Constant up dates between us on expected arrival times occured.
Once Captain Martin arrived ,it was obvious that he knew what he was doing - his first concern was to insure we were all Ok.( We were - honestly we continue to fish while we waited for Capt. Martin)
The man does know his knots as he attached our 20 foot bay boat to his rig for tow back to our marina slip. Very impressive on how he re rig lines and vessel position to enable maneuvering our boat stern in to our slip.
I cannot say enough how impress I was from start to finish with my experience with towboatus from phone contact to Captain Martin.
Nice to know that he is out there for towboat members.

If you're an avid builder or a captain this is one of the best investments you'll ever make in your life!! These guys come to the rescue when there's nobody else that's going to come to your rescue! Whether it's a rescue or recovery shored up maybe your boats taking on water or you just totally wrecked your day on the water. This is the best investment money can buy on the water. I cannot tell you what an unbelievable investment having the Gold Package of BoatUS is. Our steering hydraulics failed and we were stuck near the Haulover sandbar. Captain Martin got to us in less than 20 minutes. He was exceptionally nice , competent, and explained everything to us. The tow took about a hour and a half. We had to go through a couple of narrow bridges, and captain Martin navigated them exceptionally. He’s a true asset to your organization. I truly can’t commend him enough. Thank you, captain Martin.

I’ve had this service for years, and this is the first time I’ve ever had to use Boat US. Let me start by saying - easiest piece of mind to carry on the water at all times.
My 25’ boat experienced low battery voltage after an aging battery failed me while anchored, and I found myself in an immediate need of a battery pack. I called Boat US and within 30 minutes I had assistance on the water.
Captain Martin called my cell phone directly and provided me updates on his arrival time, tied up quickly and professionally next to my boat, and provided the much needed battery pack. He was incredibly personable, answered all of our questions, and was ready to tow us home if need be. Professional, friendly, fast. Thank you Captain Martin.
Juan was very professional and knowledgeable. He tried everything he could to start our boat but sadly it didn't. So he towed us back to the ramp with the best care and smoothness. Thank you once again Juan for your help.
We were out on the ocean on my jet skis and one was acting up. Bad ecu I think. Anyway, It was almost dark. A Border Patrol boat saw us towing one ski and stayed with us while Captain JC from TowboatUS was on his way to us. We had a hard time getting him our gps location from 10 miles out and then my phone died, but JC was able to locate us by watching the Border Patrol plane that was circling us. I don’t know how he knew but he got to us so fast. And it was really bad conditions and nighttime. That Captain is amazing! Thank you bro!

We had a rough start of our boating day, but thanks for a service provided by tow boat US we were back out on the water in no time.
Tow boat came in less then 30 min of initial call, captain Pete was professional, quick and efficient. Also a person who assisted over the phone communicated clearly and was very helpful.
The whole experience with TowBoatUs Miami from making the reservation to the confirmation etc was great. Captain Martin was on time and he was able to remove our boat from the slip with precision and take it to the repair boat yard. Our boat was in a very tight spot in the marina with a lot of current.
