JC (Juan Carlos?) was tremendously helpful with us when our battery died in the bay. He came to us in an efficient time (way faster than a car tow!) and he gave us great expert advise on what exactly he considered wrong and worthy of replacing. He helped us jump the battery and rode along side us as we drove back to our boat ramp. We cannot thank him enough! Thank you, JC!

We needed a fairly lengthy tow from the southern part of Biscayne Bay all the way back to Coconut Grove and Javier was fantastic. He showed up sooner than he had estimated, and his work was flawless. I had a worryfree and timely service, the towboat u.s. dispatcher was very nice and quick to get me a tow back to the marina after my motor broke down in biscayne bay, Capt Javier arrived very quickly and had me hooked on our way back to the marina in to time, I highly recommend towboat u.s. and Capt Sanchez when you need a tow,ive been a member of Towboat u.s. for as long as i e had a boat and had other tows and aside from tbe annual membership fee,their service is priceless when you need help on the water, thank you
I had a issue with my vessels engine out on the water and dispatch had Martin call me back to schedule the tow. Martin called me right away and gave me a eta. He kept me updated while he was on his way to me. And once I met him in person he was very professional. Took me all the way back to north Miami and the trip back went flawlessly especially once he got me to the dock and maneuvered the boat into the slip. Very dependable guy!
Had to get towed last night right at dark in the monsoon storm that came through. I hailed boat us on the radio got no response from local boat US I hailed again a few minutes later I got a response boat Us in Miami. They were very professional sent one of their captains All the Way South to get me gave me an ETA and was right on time. Captain Martin was very professional very confident behind the helm got me back to the dock. I appreciate them sending a guy immediately. And just want to say thanks again to Captain Martin.

I can’t say enough great things about Captain Martin! When our boat needed a tow from Bimini back to Miami, he came to our rescue with impressive speed and professionalism. He managed to get from Miami to Bimini in less than an hour after we reached out to BoatUS, and from the moment he arrived, we felt we were in great hands. Despite some pretty rough seas, Captain Martin adjusted the course perfectly to ensure a smoother ride, always attentive to the waves and our comfort. He even helped us navigate into the marina slip safely and followed up afterward to make sure we were doing well. Cap. Ricardo from tow boat us miami rendered a great service. We had engine problems,and we were dead in the water at the eliot key sand bar. We suffered prop damage in Bimini. Captain Javier came out and towed us (along with another boat). He was prompt and got us safely back to Miami. He waited with us for our second tow to take us up the river. Captain JC did an excellent job navigating us up the very busy and stressful Miami river to our boatyard. It was not a good day, obviously, but we really appreciated the expertise and professionalism of these two captains.
Capitán Martín was super courteous and professional. Came quickly to us and helped us out, and was very honest and kind. Very happy to know people like him exist within the boating community. On a busy rainy mor he came on time, communicated excellently and waited for us to 100% be ready before taking off.

We had a rough start of our boating day, but thanks for a service provided by tow boat US we were back out on the water in no time. Tow boat came in less then 30 min of initial call, captain Pete was professional, quick and efficient. Also a person who assisted over the phone communicated clearly and was very helpful.
Hands down the best. Capt. Javier did a fantastic job towing my boat in. Upon arrival I told him that this was my first time doing any of this and he immediately reassured me. Captain Troy was so professional and did an amazing job!! He arrived in under 10’ and towed us beautifully for almost 2 hours. We were anxious because our boat was not turning on but Captain Troy took care of us and turned the situation around, it was so relaxing all the way to the marina while he took care of everything for us. We had kids with us who didn’t even notice what was going on because it was seamless. Thank you so much!! We would definitely recommend!!
Captain Jay is not only one of the most competent professional services providers I have ever encountered, he is also one of the kindest human beings. My newly bought used 37’ sailboat had a transmission failure in an awful place, between two bridges on the Miami River. Towboat US dispatched Captain Jay and he arrived quickly and his instructions to be taken into tow were extremely concise, quick and professional without being bossy. I was nervous having never been towed before or gone under the Miami River bridges but Jay made me feel really at ease, very “don’t worry we got this.” I thought me being towed was the end of the world, but during the tow he told me some stories that made me realize that a transmission problem wasn’t the end of the world. At no point was I ever concerned about the safety of myself, my crew, my boat or his boat. We hit every bridge dead on and got to the marina without incident. As a result of Captain Jay’s service, I actually enjoyed the ride to my marina and am enjoying a nice night even though it didn’t go the way I expected. He also pointed out some really cool and fun things along the trip we’d have never known, so instead of “I can’t believe this happened to me” I actually enjoyed the time. If you ever call Towboat US and they dispatch Captain Jay, know you’re in for a great service.
