Amaury could not have done a better job. I was stuck with a dead battery needing my car to work. He answered promptly and was at my apartment in minutes. He got the car started and guided me as to what to do regarding a new battery. He even checked it after it was running to further discover what the problem was. To say Amaury treated me like family would not be an overstatement. After towing my car he offered to look at it for me and to bring it to his trusted mechanic. He does more than just get your car from one place to another, he gives some relief to what is usually a frustrating situation (when you find yourself in need of a tow). Overall just a good guy providing great service.
Great service and price point! I was even able to catch a ride with him which I was very grateful for because the drop off was super far. He was friendly ,on time, and professional. Highly recommend his services!
They came 30 minutes later than dispatch said they would which is why the 4 stars. But the 2.5 hour wait was all on AAA. The man who towed my car was efficient and professional and I appreciate that he sent the picture of my car safely at the mechanic.
Excellent service. My battery died. Driver arrived quickly, checked battery, and took me to a nearby place to purchase a new one. He was extremely courteous and helpful and very efficient. If needed I would definitely call them again. I highly recommend this company.

By far the best towing company that I have ever dealt with in South Florida. My SUV was disabled due to a recent flood and I needed to have it moved across town. I called a few towing companies in the Miami Beach area to get quotes...... I was about to give up and just buy another car after being quoted prices that were close to what the car is worth. Guys!!! This is it, the one and only Towing company you need to call. I’ve been with a flat tire for 2days and no one who came to aid was able to remove the bolts from the tire to replace it with the spare tire. Well, Amaury (my guy!) came through in less than 15mins and and got those screws out in less than nothing! It’s been a very stressful process but with his arrival I’ve been out at ease. Thank you so much Ac Towing and Amaury for your quick and excellent service. I truly recommend this company to anyone in desperate need of a quick fix. Check ‘em out.
