This place took my $600 for a transmission and then closed down without giving me my transmission!! Now I'm out $600 and no transmission. They are lying con artists. The guy named Paco was the man I dealt with and it seemed like he was always giving me the run around. I bet that that the people at the junkyard were writing the good reviews because they are criminals.
This guys are plying with customers not even responding for calls and not shipping parts and refunding the money of the customers this folks are SCAM.....
These people are THIEVES. We bought an engine from them and when it was delivered our mechanic couldn't even work with it because it was so rusted. He charged us $700 for it. When my husband inquired to the owner Ray about getting a refund (Which he was told by worker, Danny, he would receive if he was unsatisfied) Ray straight up refused! This is AFTER he already got his engine back. What was he planning to do? Sell it twice? After much deliberation and even calling the cops, Ray finally agreed to a refund, but with a 25% restocking fee. So he basically stole $100 from us. I highly recommend going anywhere OTHER than State Auto Salvage, its a den of thieves. You don't do that to people, they are wrong and collecting a lot of bad karma!
