I called to ask about a remanufactured battery and was placed on hold for about 8 minutes. When I finally got through and asked my question, the employee responded with, “Nobody sells those anymore. And by the way, who needs a reman battery? For $110 more ($150 total), you can get a new one with a warranty. Remans don’t have a warranty.”
I didn’t ask for a sales pitch or your opinion — just a simple answer. For the record, remanufactured batteries do come with warranties (usually 6 months), and in my experience, they’ve always worked just fine. I ended the call there.
Customer service is horrible, I’m small business owner, Customer service is propriety. As a women you might not know certain parts of a car. The man working didn’t seem willing to help out, so I just had to walk out.
Well stocked and the prices were better than their competitors by a good bit. Got my 2008 Scion back on the road in no time. Had a bad alternator, and they had the best options. Thanks guys...
Not a great experience, I had a part ordered for my car Friday afternoon, was told I can pick it up next day, I returned next afternoon and no part available, supposivly the part is now reordered for Monday, was hoping to fix my car over the weekend to use for work Monday, so this inconvenience was not expected. I feel with everyone ordering now a days online that small businesses would make more of an effort to satisfy their clients, it would have been nice to get a courtesy call about my part not coming in to not waste more of my time.
Poor and I mean poor communication skills. The prices are outrageous. They tried to charge me 60 dollars on a used motor mount and no warranty. I go to Autozone or o’riley, the prices are 10x less than what you guys are charging. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for charging so much. The junkyard doesn’t even charge that much.
I've shopped here for 10 years and have always been satisfied.The parts lady Debbie is the absolute BEST. Always given me great info and always provided the right part. Can't go wrong buying your parts here. I highly recommend this place to everybody and if you get a chance to work with Debbie you will have the best experience. Thanks Deb a bunch.
My experience at this location has been amazing Roger has always come through when I need him for all my parts and when he’s not available Freddie has taking care of me I really appreciate this establishment for all the hard work they’ve done to help me out with me and my customers thank you to the parts House family
Called st 930am person answers hey how can I help u told him what I need, sound very helpful, but immediately said hold on a sec . 10 long minutes later comes back to the phone as if I just called, thank u for calling the parts house how can I help you lol ok , I need a part for ........ ok hold lol its 2000.00 I was like what lol called autozone part 215.00 car up and running wow ( fuel pump )
This is the place your local repair shop and dealer buy parts from. They're usually cheaper than most other Auto Parts Stores, including all of the big names.
Ive been on hold for more than 40 mins this is just nonsense and when i call from a different phone they answer and then hang up why have a business when you cant even attend a customer this is not a way to treat people
