Around 4:30 I needed a tow and they were the only ones willing to make the trip, Christian went above and beyond and arrived to me under 30 minutes to take care of my issue, thank you so much.!!

So I posted a review a few months ago for this company but I noticed google did that tricky thing they do where they show you that your review has posted but recently was looking on another pc and I was not logged in and my review was actually not posted for the public to see. I did type a long one maybe it got flagged who knows. Here is the short version. I called to have my motorcycle towed he did arrive quickly because he was in the area. It was way overpriced for a 5 mile tow even if it was a motorcycle. I was charged $240 but Im not taking stars off for that. This service is getting 1 star because he basically had me load the motorcycle myself in an unsafe way. He was also very shady with collecting my payment. I was told they accept credit card but after he loaded it and started driving he made some excuse about how payments were down and he could only accept zelle. After him pressing the issue multiple times claiming he cant accept credit cards he finally takes my card and swipes it and it works. So he was lying. Then after that he not only took a picture of my driver's license. He took multiple pictures of my motorcycle which if you don't know when you ride a motorcycle you are always a target for thieves so it made me feel real uneasy and felt like he was casing my house for someone to come later and steal my bike. Definitely would not recommend for anyone to use this service.
We are over 70 years old our RV quit running in the road. Couldnt even pull over. Called Dade Towing and Christian answered. We got disconnected, he kept calling back as he was so concerned about us. We were surely blessed with him. Once we got in touch he was there in just a few minutes. Gave us a ride to the house he unloaded all our things, helped us carry them in. Took my husband to leave our RV at the shop and brought him back to the house. Who even does such a great deed like this. You will be in good hands calling this company to tow you. He said call him if we need anything. So very kind and nice. We have been towed before, told to get our own ride after towing. thank you again Christian not many folks care these days.
Not only did the company come in a mere 10 minutes like they said they would. They fixed the issue my car was having.
Fantastic service all around for both the speed of the arrival and that they fixed the issue of my car which enabled me to drive it once again.

Strongly recommend them. My Tractor Trailer got stuck in mud and the driver was there to get me out in less than an hour. Very reasonable on the price. He had a good vibe about himself. Very professional & proficient.
Cristian is amazing, he was kind enough to pull over and help me get a foreign object out from under my car on the side of the turnpike. We got the object out and my car is running perfectly, I’m so grateful for him!! He’s the best, if I ever need a tow/transport service I now know who to call :)

The experience was great! I had scheduled a 6 to 8 am towing and the driver offered to come earlier to beat the morning traffic. He even stopped during the middle of the trip to help another person with a tire issue. Would use them again.
Came and helped me switch out my tire when Road Rangers couldn’t help because of damaged wheel lock. BMW roadside assistance wouldn’t come to me on the turnpike. Christian was able to use the damaged lock to remove my tire and replace with my spare and courteously filled the spare with more air. He saved me from the side of the turnpike today.
Christian provided excellent service tonight. Sweet, knows what he’s doing, and efficient with how he does it. We originally thought we just ran out of gas but our battery gave out as well and he quickly fixed it for us. He stuck around to make sure our car was set before we moved.
Christian was very prompt and helpful. He woke up from his sleep at 3 am to come tow my fiancé truck. He was quick and very experienced! Definitely will be calling again & referring. He’s only 19 and such a dedicated worker! Thanks again Christian.

5 stars! Christian was amazing and came in handy when I needed him. Needed a flatbed tow to get a car that has been immobile for over a year to the mechanic (finally). Christian was able to get my information, arrive, and have it all hooked up within 30 minutes. Super responsive and quick service!

I normally don't leave reviews, but in this case I must. Christian was extremely helpful when my family (including a toddler and a newborn) got stuck in the middle of the night with our travel trailer. He did not hesitate to come rescue us, even though RVs are out of his expertise. He even called his Father at 4 a.m. to come help! That tells a lot about the type of person he is. It's not only business, he wants to do good to people. I'm impressed and totally recommend him!
The driver named Christian Diaz was the best and gave me and my friend a very friendly experience. He was caring and helpful during a difficult challenge but tackled it with ease. He even took us home instead of having us take an Uber home.

Christian Was a very good helpful came in less then 10 minutes and put the car on the truck less then 2 minutes he even asked to help to change the tire once we made it to the destination but it was fine cause we had someone do it
Christian saw me stranded and instantly came to assist and save the day. Had a blown tire on a lowered mustang and the pick up was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
Christian@DadeTowing is a very knowledgeable and professional auto technician. I call Dade Towing because I locked my keys in my suv, The technician(Christian)said it will take about 5 minutes and tbh it was less maybe 3 or 4 minutes. Overall he did an excellent job without putting a scratch on my new jeep. Thanks again Christian @DadeTowing. I will be using you guys from now on.
I contacted several towing companies and no one could help me with a same day tow, until I called Dade towing. Chris was very helpful when I needed to move my forklift from one location to the other on a flatbed. He kept me informed of eta. I am happy with the service would definitely recommend and use him again if I ever need it.

Dave may be young but he is by far the most professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and concerned with safety as well as very prompt. I felt very comfortable letting him take my car to the dealership without me. I will definitely have On Star call his business in the future if there’s a need.
I’ve used his service & recommended him many times before. He has a vast knowledge on how to handle lowered vehicles & honestly has been a huge help to me. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone in a heartbeat. Definitely 100% recommend.
