Victor Torres was a great guy came out after his shift was done. To help us as we was broke down in a bad area in Florida city. Was there with in 15 minutes of us calling for the tow.

Towed away a vehicle after hours. When called, closed. Google says 24 hour service. They have time to tow but not pick calls. They drained out the fuel from my vehicle. Very unprofessional!!!
What a great service, so attentive and helpful. I had a situation where I thought I needed to tow my truck I called him to give me a price instead he asked me what was wrong with it I explained and he gave me advice and with his knowledge and experience I was able to start my car up. Instead of over charging, or taking advantage of someone in a desperate situation he helped me and told me he preferred hearing a sincere thank you then taking my money. Great man this guy Chris one of a kind. Blessed be his business and may it multiply.
This towing company came very quick they answer on the first ring they’re very friendly I was on my way going to work 4 am in the morning mile market 118 my car cut completely off and they save the day for me they worked with me on the pricing in everything I highly recommend 10/10 they awesome nice and friendly thanks to Jose

HT was great sent out a truck in 20 minutes, when we were located 30 min from the main road. Nelson was great, extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. Would highly recommend HT and Nelson to anyone!
This is a company that values client and will provide helpful and caring advice. I was on the side of the road with a part that flew from another vehicle that got stuck under my Tesla and I called another towing company that quoted my $150 for lifting my car with a jack to remove the part . I called Homestead Towing & Recovery and they advised that I call *347 and that for free public services was able to assist me. This was a caring act . Thank you .

One of the greatest guys out there. He not only came and helped us insanely fast but he dropped the biggest wisdom bombs. I absolutely love this guy and what he has to say about forgiveness. The starter just went out in Soul Sister, our 2014 Kia Soul with 225K miles.
The towing company we called, Homestead Towing and Recovery, were amazing. They got there within a half hour and looked at the car before hooking her up.
Chris, the owner and his partner (forgive me, I didn’t write it down soon enough and don’t recall his name) tried to start her and turned the ignition a few times quickly and was able to get the car started by getting the starter off the dead spot. They didn’t charge us anything for coming to help us.
BTW, Chris is gonna be a daddy, again. Congratulations to him and his wife.
Their number is now the one we will call if we need towing again.

Amazing service!!! Chris and his employees went above and beyond to find me and basically they rescued me and my two children while we were stranded. I was heading north on the turnpike when both tires on the drivers side literally busted out. I was able to pull over on the side of the highway however with cars and trucks zooming by shaking the car with each pass it was a bit scary. I found homestead towing online and they sent a tow truck to me immediately! On top of that they called ahead to a tire shop to let them know my situation and that they were bringing me in for tire repairs. I highly recommend this company! They care! Thank you so much Chris! Great customer service, 100% recommend. I got stuck in an off-road mud pit in a work vehicle and couldn't get myself out. They were very responsive, stayed on the phone with me and communicated with me through the whole process and made sure they found my location in a timely manner. Thank God I found them. My Jeep broke down at the Homestead Air Force Base Show. It was a miracle we found these guys. Joseph came right away and it was not an easy task finding me. The trip to the mechanic was the highlight of my sons day! Thanks again Joseph! Highly recommended!!!
Tow guy Joseph was on time and very prompt with answering all questions and concerns he also went above and beyond for me as a person and that really meant a lot to me being as though I really needed my car towed back home. Their business practices are questionable. They towed my vehicle without any warnings. The tow truck driver was willing to accept my credit card to make the $145 payment. Need to mention that the yard was less than 2 blocks away from where the vehicle was removed. The driver was on the phone with the owner and he demanded CASH. I had to find an ATM and get the cash to recover my vehicle. I wonder why the owner was so strict about a cash payment? PREDATORY TOWING COMPANIES pocket all that money. Simple as that!!! They are famous in the community for this kind shameful practices. Lots of people in the area don't have a legal status in the US. Some of them don't even have a valid US driver's license or insurance. Of course they have to pay whatever fees this CORRUPT company demands. I have filed a complaint at the City Hall with the Homestead Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
Alternator gave out in the middle of the road causing traffic and after 10 mins Van from Homestead towing randomly popped up without calling and offered to move my car for free to a parking lot while we wait for help. He gave me a really good price to take my car and myself to my home. Easily the best experience I've had with a towing company I recommend to anyone in need of towing!
I used their service on 08/28/20. From the time Jessy the dispatcher said the driver was on his way, it couldn't have been more than 25 minutes and he was outside my home. Gary was very professional and thorough in his job, he displayed great customer service at all times. He treated my Truck and handled it with respect every moment of the way as he followed me to my mechanics shop. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
You cannot beat the price for the quality of service. This company was on time and very helpful. The driver, Gary, had the best attitude, was very professional, and super funny. We honestly need more people and companies like these. We will definitely be using Homestead towing and recovery again.
Very satisfied. The customer service I received was outstanding. The quality and professionalism of the service was above and beyond. The gentleman told me everything step by step what he was doing and showed me specific about the process which relieved me because I had never been through this before. I got a bird's-eye view. It's hard to trust a lot of these guys these days. It's kind of scary at 3 in the morning when a guy comes up all three seat with no teeth and staggering and says hey man I'm going to tell your car. This gentlemen wear dress professionally and use gloves and even offered me a water while I waited. I was like wow aren't I supposed to be tipping you? I appreciate these guys and we'll use them from this point on as well as recommend them to everyone
