I have known Zach for roughly three - four years , during that time Zach has proven himself to be a true and reliable friend who is always there for you in a crisis .
Yesterday was no different . At about 3:30 pm on Thursday my granddaughter's car broke down on the Florida Turnpike leaving her stranded in the thunderstorm . I contacted AARP roadside assistance , with whom I have a membership , and was told that they could not provide any assistance for approximately one to two hours and that if I could not wait that long , I should call 911 . Frustrated and annoyed with AARP , I called Zach and explained the situation to him . Less than fifteen minutes later , Zach had my granddaughter's hooked up and towed off the highway .

Heard my engine start to knock while cruising on the highway, I lost power, and it eventually stalled. I called up ZMS Towing and they responded quickly and efficiently. I asked them to deliver the car in a not so ideal location and they they covered that for me.
They’re amazing!!! Literally no words. My bf and I went off-roading and we got stock in the mod and we where in the middle of nowhere, and they came at 11pm to help us and they got us out of there, best service ever highly recommended

I had an amazing experience with ZMS Towing and Recovery! They answered the phone immediately and showed up incredibly fast. I had an electric vehicle that was completely out of charge, and they towed it to the nearest charging station. What really impressed me was that the driver didn’t leave until he made sure my vehicle was charging properly and that I was completely comfortable. Great and knowledgeable not to mention fair reasonable guy. I broke down in Miami and instead of trying to take advantage of me he treated me like family. Excellent service, friendliness, care, concern, and integrity. Within 10 minutes of calling, they arrived to tow our vehicle and were very upfront about the pricing. Communication was thorough and clear. We are from 1000 miles from home and were pleasantly surprised by the caring concern ZMS offered us.
Truck got stuck on the corner of a gas station pump area lifted and unable to move forward or backyards. Quick call to ZMS Towing and he was there within 15 mins on Cinco de Mayo (busy day). He was able to lift the largest sized Uhaul up to free it without further damage so we could back it up. He even went a step further and moved it into place so we could get gas. Nice, caring young man with fast, reliable service. Would use again %

I arrived back in Miami after the holiday to find that parts were stolen off my car. After hours on hold with AAA, I gave up and gave ZMS a call. Zach arrived at my car within 20 minutes and attached my car to the tow truck with ease. I am thankful to Zach and ZMS towing for helping me through a stressful time!
