Electric vehicle had low battery with no compatible charging stations near by. Came and got me within the 45 minutes they said they would. Friendly, quick and probably the cheapest you’re going to find.
I have been stranded on the road waiting for a tow truck many many times in my 47 years on this Earth and never has one showed up as quick with as fast with a great driver on the truck as ZMS and Zach. My boss called and Zach, like a Tow Company Superheroe, was there in 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES! If you need roadside assistance call ZMS. IF you're lucky, you'll get Zack.

I always tried to avoid it towing services because I thought it would be expensive and a hassle. Sigh ZMS towing and recovery it was easy and I will be using them if needs be every time . They show up within a good time frame and get the job done. Good pricing as well. Very professional.

Dude came to get me at 6:30 on Christmas Eve to tow my truck over to the one tire shop still open today so I could my tire replaced. Did me a massive favor despite the hour and the inconvenience. Heavily recommended. Good taste in music too.
Customer service was great however the driver left the ignition on which drained my car battery’s causing the dealership more trouble to access the car or even figure out what’s wrong with it

Amazing customer service from ZMS towing. I was located in homestead looked up a towing company and they came up. It was 2am I missed placed my key they were able to tow my car to my house. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the service.

I have known Zach for roughly three - four years , during that time Zach has proven himself to be a true and reliable friend who is always there for you in a crisis .
Yesterday was no different . At about 3:30 pm on Thursday my granddaughter's car broke down on the Florida Turnpike leaving her stranded in the thunderstorm . I contacted AARP roadside assistance , with whom I have a membership , and was told that they could not provide any assistance for approximately one to two hours and that if I could not wait that long , I should call 911 . Frustrated and annoyed with AARP , I called Zach and explained the situation to him . Less than fifteen minutes later , Zach had my granddaughter's hooked up and towed off the highway .

Truck got stuck on the corner of a gas station pump area lifted and unable to move forward or backyards. Quick call to ZMS Towing and he was there within 15 mins on Cinco de Mayo (busy day). He was able to lift the largest sized Uhaul up to free it without further damage so we could back it up. He even went a step further and moved it into place so we could get gas. Nice, caring young man with fast, reliable service. Would use again %

I arrived back in Miami after the holiday to find that parts were stolen off my car. After hours on hold with AAA, I gave up and gave ZMS a call.
