Javier was very knowledgeable and helpful with a very difficult situation for my wife and me. I sold a boat 17 years ago and just found out the people that bought it never put it in their name. They dumped it on the side of the road recently and all I was told is that I owed thousands of dollars and had to take care of it. He walked me through the process and was more than fair with what he charged us. I called him because of his 5 star rating and he definitely lived up to it.

Javier came right out, towed straight to dealership, recommended hotels and took us to the hotel, waited to see that we were ok with check in. Minutes (it’s Miami traffic give them a break they were coming N bound from homestead), it was quick with constant communication, he let me know when he was 5minutes out to let my fiancé move his truck forward so he could get in,. Javier was an angel sent from above to help me when I was having a horrible night. He just happened to be dropping off other people he was helping and I saw his tow truck. I asked if he could give me a tow after my van overheated on the way to a concert. Not only did he tow my van to a shop for a SUPER reasonable price but then he gave me and my boyfriend a ride home for free. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. Javier gave me a text saying he was assigned to pickup my vehicle. He then called and text when he was 15 min out. He took a walk around video of my car. Javier also text me to let me know he was close to the service garage and then took a picture with my car at shop and sent a note saying the keys were given personally to my service tech Jonathon. I absolutely can say this is the most professional quick and efficient service I have gotten anywhere for a very long time. Highly recommend.

Great services. My engine blew on the highway and I had no one to contact. Thankfully they saw me and came to the rescue and I was able to get my car home. While I cant say it was a great experience I can say that the service and customer care provided by the towing company was. I cannot thank them enough.
