They are the best they always help you out . I remember I going through a really hard time. And he help me out a lot with my truck transmission thank you so much I’ll never forget it and that happen to me in one of the darkest moments of my life . I’m grateful for you guys thank you. Bryan
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place
I recently had a dreadful experience at this establishment and felt compelled to share my thoughts. The customer service, both from the owner and the employees, was abysmal. The lady owner, in particular, displayed a shocking lack of respect in her communication. It's unfortunate when a business falls short in providing basic courtesy to its patrons. They never get the phone and they don’t tell when they open and close. Keep Away of this place.
The guys there were very friendly and the main mechanic (who’s name I didn’t get) was extremely helpful. He even explained to me in detail (while he had to go on lunch) how to fix the piece I was trying to repair. Would very much recommend
I called with some questions about what services they offer. It would be beneficial to both my business (junk removal) and theirs. The guy that answered the phone gave me no intelligibe answers and hung up on me. I called back and he picked up the phone and hung up. Very unprofessional. I can't believe their business is still alive and pinned on Google Maps.
If your website says your open till 5:30 and people take the time and effort to load up and drive to your business then either stay open till your advertised time or change your website...too bad I didn't see the other reviews before I made it there,it's run by sleezeballs...
They take too long to help people. Very unprofessional.. it seems like they are too young to run a good busy. They need to work quicker and not leave the customers standing outside waiting so long..
If you want bad customer service experience come to this place. I called in for some parts that I was looking for and the answer that I got was come over and look for them yourself and just hung up the phone. No wonder they're rating is so low cuz I wouldn't want to spend my money on a trashy place like this.
Don't bother calling. A female will answer and literally scream "scrap metal" into the phone and immediately hang up on you. Tried them 4 times... same result. How is this place even in operation at this point?
Called to ask if they accepted a muffler and the guy yelled into the phone "We are parts only " and hung up before I could respond. Called back and he started cursing at me...WOW!!! If I could put negative stars I would. What a hateful unprofessional "business".
Great place with great service. They had exactly what I was looking for with a great price and I was in and out of there quickly. I'll come back to this place when I need something.
Worst customer service ever. Joe needs to hire a secretary that doesn't cry when you call more than once. A female has more balls than the men I had to deal with there.
