I called because my car wouldn’t start I understand it’s Sunday but it says 24 seven and the guy was rude and hung up in my face it was only 3:54 in the afternoon so I would think they were open but of course they were closed not like they advertised and I was only a mile away from where they have their offices
My car broke down in Doral, FL area. I called and spoke with Yadier, who was easy to speak with. He got all my information and was able to start towing my Jeep up to my mechanic in Hollywood, FL.
Since I was not physically there, he made sure to send me photo updates via text messages the entire way. He went above any customer service I’ve had with any other mechanic/ towing companies I’ve ever used in the passed.
