La alineación de este lugar es especial Lol, FATAL, casi 1 pulgada doblado a la derecha mi volante, decidí devolverme por garantía pero evidentemente no todos saben ser profesionales, si vas a este sitio, antes de pagar, asegúrate de que todo esté bien (300$ entre montura, balanceo y alineación), la respuesta a mi problema fue: “llantas muy grandes y usadas, no se puede colocar el volante derecho, en la computadora todo está perfecto”… mira la foto
Moises & Oriana gave me excellent customer service being my 1st time buying parts here. Brake pads and rotor were at fair pricing and thankfully they had free delivery as my car was out of order and transportation from Doral was difficult. don’t dare to go here I went for an oil change and they don’t even know how to turn on a start button car or do an oil change they seem lost and so unprofessional!!! do not go there
Gotta be honest, horrible service. Extremely overpriced parts. Pro tip: if you need a part and can wait, search for it on Ebay or Amazon. It'll be 1/3 of the price. Maybe if the service was decent I wouldn't mind the overpriced parts. But nope service sucks too.
They have really good prices,l and if they don't have something in stock they will get for you, just called them before you go they are nice over the phone as well.
Superior customer service. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to help you to get the part you need. Cheaper than other auto part stores.
