Absolutely awesome customer service drove down Highway 60 from Tampa had a piece of metal in my tire that they took care of patched and did it in no time for an absolutely phenomenal price in great service.
This was my first visit to this location. Employees were great. I showed up at 4:00 to just drop off a flat tire to be repaired. I was expecting to pick it up the next day. They jumped on it right away and had me out in 15 minutes.
The service provided by the crew at St Lucie Tote & Battery was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The service was super quick. Will definitely continue bringing my car in for service with these guys!
St.Lucie Tire and Battery is by far the worst experience I've ever had, the tech used extreme vulgarity and hung up on me. This is a lack of respect of himself, me, the company and as a ex retail manager I say there is no professional behavior at this location. My friend, no name mentioned, had loose lug nuts after being serviced there that is a safety hazard. Please don't waste your time with vulgar lazy staff go else where, remember you get what you pay for, they may have fair prices, but why deal with verbal abuse to get a good deal?

I based my review on how I was treated by your unprofessional employee that I did not name, because I am a decent person, further more I will not tolerate being cussed at especially when all I spoke was "hey". It's rather embarrassing to your company that you responded, that you felt the need to come at me when I was the one done wrong, and it took you a week to come up with a response, the tech is the one who shared with me the failures of your staff, himself in particular making errors due to his extra curricular activities? please accept what is, and teach your employees professionalism and if he was " professional" he would have simply hung up instead of cussing me on the company's phone. Extremely helpful. Was leaving on a extended vacation and had a leaking tire on our car trailer that we haul behind our motorcoach.

Absolutely fantastic service! I walked in with a nail in my tire (no appointment) and they were lifesavers. They took my car in immediately, fixed it incredibly quickly, and were so friendly. On top of it all, the price was very affordable. Highly recommend!
Don't go here unless you want to get financially taken advantage of! My husband was caught between a rock and a hard place when he got a flat tire on the way to work early in the morning. He had to get towed off Beeline Hwy and ended up at St. Lucie Battery & Tire in Indiantown, the only nearby option. When we called ahead, they said they had his tire size in stock but only one option, a $200 tire. Not ideal, but fine given the situation.
Once he arrived, they suddenly claimed all four tires needed to be replaced because the “wear bar” was bad and they “couldn’t patch it.” That seemed suspicious since the tread looked fine to him. He told them no thanks, just replace the flat. They did… for $200.
After showing the tire to a mechanic in our family, he confirmed what we already suspected, the tread and wear bar were perfectly fine. Makes us think they could have easily patched it but chose to take advantage of the situation, knowing my husband was stuck and had no other choice if he wanted to get to work.
We won’t be returning and will make sure others know to think twice before trusting this shop.
I had a low tire light come on in my car and stopped in to have it checked. They were able to get me in and repaired my tire that had a screw in it in short order at a minimal cost. Great service!
These guys are awesome, scheduled for the very next day. Work was done flawlessly and they text me as soon as it was done. Joe at the counter was very friendly and professional ! Hats off to Joe for a job well done !!
Went here to replace a dead battery. The gentleman who helped me told me to contact the dealer first because he suspected it was still under warranty. He was right and saved me a couple hundred dollars. Very thankful and impressed with the honesty and professionalism.
Overall, I’ve been pleased with all of the St. Lucie battery and tire facilities and the work that they’ve done I took an RV in and had four tires put on it in Vero Beach and it was out in 45 minutes. Unbelievable five people worked on it. It was in and out I’ve taken my vehicles there for tires for years and for Oil changes and other problems. Everything gets rectified and you get a fair and honest estimate. Good job guys.
I had an early morning oil changed scheduled for my 2017 Jeep Cherokee at 8 am, and I missed my appointment. I called at about 9:45 am and they rescheduled me for 11 am and I was very appreciative. The fully synthetic oil change price was very competitive(It was cheaper than the vast majority) plus there's a convenience factor of the location about 1½ miles from my house. Now if you couple those two together, with a quiet atmosphere...well it doesn't get any better than that. Thanks guys...oh yeah they are very respectful too.
The person at the counter was nice and was doing her job I don't appreciate all of the up selling your company tries to do. I was told my battery tested bad when the the car starts and drove fine to and from the store. They told me that I needed several other things that I personally take care of because as I told the person at the counter that I'm a mechanic but they still tried to upsell me. The tires are great and I'm sure I paid more than if I would have gone into Stuart for the tire. Bottom line I feel as if I probably won't be going back even though they are 5 minutes away.
Joe went above and beyond when my battery died and needed replacing. He helped me in the torrential rain/hailstorm. Steve price matched another quote for a new battery. They're great and I will definitely go to them in the future when I have issues with my car.
I went to get my VW an oil change, i waited 3 hours when i had an appointment at 1. I finally get my car at 2:53 and it’s making a whining noise when i go to crank it up (as if the wrong oil was put in) i ask them about it & the employee acts as if he “ can’t hear the noise “ i then point the noise out again & he hears it lol i was then told my alternator is going out…all of a sudden after a 3 hour wait under my car for a OIL CHANGE, my alternator is going out & mind you they never mentioned anything about an alternator after checking my car & handing me the keys back. Once again my car was perfectly fine no noises whatever before hand!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
Went for an oil change and they found some other issues which I appreciated. Had them fix everything. They did a great job, and called me when it was done. Friendly staff and clean waiting room. Definitely using them from now on.
My oil change was great. Made appointment smooth- oil change done while I waited. Topped off my fluids and checked tire pressure too!! Everyone was professional and pleasant
Followup - Next oil change and tire changed since. Great service had them do an alignment as well.
So far so good. Just had an oil change done. May do tires there next. They couldn't find my wheel lock to do tire rotation....it was in the glovebox! My tires will be replaced soon anyway...could be a five. 5 for convenience and timeliness though.
I needed a set of new tires and Joe was very helpful in getting me in on Saturday. He was short handed and only was working until 12:00 pm on Saturday. I ordered the tires On Thursday and they came in on Friday. He gave me an appointment for 8:00 am Saturday.
