Ashley and Josh represented this towing company when they came and “towed” my 03 civic from Orange city to fort McCoy. Originally for a transmission swap that they said they had at their yard, they said it was gonna take 3 days. They kept me waiting after the 3rd day and finally contacted me to tell me it needed to be rebuilt not swapped and said the price would drop. They suggested doing my valve cover gasket and oil change and I accepted assuming the agreed upon amount would be relatively close, after 8 days of having my car they didn’t wanna bring it back since they were “still working on it”. On the 10th day I said bring my car back now or I’ll involve the police Josh became aggressive and threathened to put a lien on my license and car since he has a “dealers license”. The car drive when I gave it to them, and the car isn’t driving now. And I don’t believe they did anything to the car, I’ll be continuing with legal action.
Terrible experience. Took my truck from hwy 40 less than 24 hours and it was not dispatched by police. They are thieves. The lady was rude and told me not to step foot on her property. Now she is lying on me saying I threatened her. When in fact I did not. She is just trying to cover up her company's theft of my vehicle. Bad place. Bad experience. Thieves
Car broke down, and I needed a tow on short notice. They arrived quickly, and the driver was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this service.
Absolutely great people, really nice, and professional, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very informative and helpful, ended up selling them a junk car that has been in my yard for a while, since I didn't have they couldn't pay for the car, but they did give me $100 for storage. So that definitely helped a lot!!!
This company charge us $780 to help with a flat tire. My husband said it was a little too much for the job and the person asked how much was our budget(weird question). They over charge if the feel you have a big need. Another company in the neighborhood came for $150.00 in 30 min.
Awful. If you need a tow don't call them. I waited 4 hours and they never showed up. Rude hung up on me multiple times. Call Triple A. Or anyone else other than these people.
Great people to do business with. One of our contractors was involved in an accident and Boatwright opened early Saturday morning to allow us to get some important specimens from his car. It's obvious that they genuinely care about their customers.
The driver was very curious And timely. The secretary over the phone was delightful and informative. Pricing was affordable and they got me a snack for my son. Even drove me all the way home. Amazing experience. Recommend highly.
