I had a stressful moment with a dead truck battery as night was approaching, and I trusted AutoZone to come through. Levi went above and beyond to make a challenging situation much easier. As soon as I walked in, Levi noticed my urgency and approached with a calm, professional demeanor. He correctly identified the battery brand and explained that it was from a different auto parts store. Despite this, he didn’t hesitate and still provided thorough help, including testing the batteries to assess what we needed. Levi directed us to the location where we could get a replacement that's still under warranty, saving us time and uncertainty. His friendly, respectful manner made a stressful situation feel manageable. He was patient, clear, and genuinely put the customer first. If you ever need automotive help I highly recommend asking for Levi at AutoZone on 301 in Parrish, FL. A true asset to his team.

Javier and Mike, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You two are the definition of true professionals and genuine good people. When I showed up completely unprepared, no tools, no backup, you didn’t hesitate. You stepped up, went way above and beyond, and made what seemed like an impossible battery swap on my watercraft feel almost effortless, even with that ridiculously tight space. You guys are incredible, and don’t be surprised if Dunkin’ comes knocking. Thank you again, truly. 🙏

⭐☆☆☆☆ (If I could give zero stars, I would.) I ordered a part from this location and paid extra for expedited shipping with a promised delivery date and time. That date and time have passed, and the part still hasn’t arrived. I calmly asked the General Manager if the expedited shipping fee could be refunded since the service I paid for wasn’t delivered. His response was that it was “not his problem” and that he “can’t control what happens in the world.” Respectfully, that is an AutoZone problem when you promise a service and take extra money for it. When I asked for the district manager’s contact information, he refused and claimed the receipt explains delays due to traffic or other issues. We printed the receipt and it says nothing like that anywhere. I read the receipt thoroughly before making the purchase and again right there in the store. During the conversation, I remained polite, respectful, and calm. I gave my name, never raised my voice, never interrupted, and never used disrespectful language. Despite that, the GM turned to another associate and referred to me as “they,” then literally waved his hand at me to dismiss me. I have never been treated like that—especially by a General Manager. Eventually, he said he would refund the expedited shipping only when the part comes in, which completely misses the point. I paid for a service that was not provided. This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will never do business with AutoZone again, and I will be sharing this experience with others.

Hi can’t say more about auto zone , we tried to get a quote for a battery from macis pope road, all they said was between $300 and $400 couldn’t quoted a price, went auto zone on 301 north had a battery put in less than 15 minutes, price was great for a 4 year old battery, the fellow who did the install (lived in Hawaii for a while) was great 😊 👍🇺🇸

I needed a new battery and during this stressful moment the store manager Carlos made the experience better. He was very professional, friendly and informative. We don't say this enough, but thank you for helping out in a stressful moment!

I had to get a battery. Went to AutoZone. Bottom line: price was a little less than I thought for a 3 yr battery. The super nice employee had my new one in and bracket secured in 10 minutes or less at no charge to install it. From here on I will use AutoZone as my first choice!!!! Highly recommend!

This is a convenient little store with the essentials. Eady in easy out to grab a battery or a case of oil and a filter. The store has good employees who are trying to do well and that matters to people.

“I want to share my experience with the AutoZone here in Parrish. I went in needing just a simple part, and the salesperson Bryan was extremely attentive, really knowledgeable with technical explanations, helpful, quick, and even replaced my car’s bulbs with the best option. I was really satisfied and I want to give my compliments to that store and to that professional.

Needed basic wiper blades. Purchased and tried to install in the parking lot. I selected the wrong ones and needed assistance. There were only 2 employees, 1 was a manager. They had several people waiting in line to check out. Store was understaffed to the point the manager had to watch me ask for the next closest store to buy blades while I left.

What a fantastic store. Gentleman greeted us as soon as we walked in. We felt welcome which is rare these days. He and the manager assisted with getting the right wiper blades and they even installed them for us. Amazing customer service, super friendly and I will do all my automotive shopping at this store.

We went in with a possible battery/alternator issue, and Andres was absolutely amazing. He made it easy to switch out our battery and let us know that we could bring the car up to test the alternator if needed. If we could give more than 5 stars, we’d give them!

Dustin (who worked on 3/12 around noon) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive in his approach to solving my problem. He was personable and efficient with helping me with offering to change my battery! I came with my own tools ready to do the job myself but he was kind enough to offer help without me asking! Great customer service, strongly recommend!

Very helpful! Both of the store personnel were very friendly, acknowledged you, explained there was a small line and would be just a minute, gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable regarding the issues with the car, the coding tool was used and he was able to explain what the part was used for, diagnosed my battery problem without hesitation the second he opened the hood, basically they went above and beyond. I am very satisfied with this particular auto zone and will return if needed again; would recommend.

Went in Saturday evening to pick up a gas strut for my vehicle that was in stock according to the website. I was told to "look in aisle 4" when I got there. Nothing there. I then looked again with the help of the young man that was there. Nothing there. I asked how accurate was the web inventory that said two were in the store. He said "hit or miss" or something like that. He asked the store manager on duty and they looked in the back. Came back with one. There was an obvious air of disinterest while not being rude. I decided to purchase it even though I thought it may be too strong. Went down the road to Advance Auto and it was a completely different experience. Engaged employee who walked me right to the part I needed. Even measured it against the one I brought in while asking me questions about what kind of car it was. I took the first one back and got a refund which was handled smoothly.

My battery was covered under warranty and I had it replaced today. There was no issue, warranty was honored with no issue and installed by two of the employees in a professional and friendly manner. I also had rainX wipers installed ( highly recommend them with rainy season coming) . They installed them for me and also they have a sale on them at the writing of this review. Great customer service !

I just wanna thank the girl that sold me my wipers (I’m sorry I cannot remember her name!) but she sold me some wipers for my 2006 Civic. One was the wrong size. Not her fault at all! So I came in the next evening to return the one that didn’t fit. The younger guy at the counter returned for the right size. I didn’t have my receipt but I had the card I used, so he just did a swap. And it fit! But the next day the girl who sold me the wrong one called me personally to make sure that it fit! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Excellent customer service. That’s a first in a long time a company has done that! Thanks so much. I always come to your store because it’s so clean and well stocked! THANK YOU!

Visited store # 06724 at 9105 US HWY 301in Parrish, Florida with a dead battery issue on my Cadillac and had outstanding customer service. The manager, Carlos, and his staff, Diego and Jaylen, were knowledgeable and friendly with assisting me. Special thanks to Carlos for taking the time to help me with the actual battery replacement on my vehicle. I'm an AUTOZONE customer for life!

I woke up to a dead battery. Ugh. I have been going to Autozone for over 15years even use them out of state. My experience today was less than impressive and makes me think I should consider other auto parts business in the future. The manager Carlos was more interested in policy and the expired date of my emailed coupon rebate offer from them. He refused to give even a little. I had been traveling heavily for work and really wanted him to extend me a little bit more of support and customer service. Carlos refused and walked away!. I give the store 1-star. However, Josh A. Was outstanding excellent. He helped me and took care of my battery problem. Although he couldn't override the prices and give me more incentive to continue to be an Autozone customer. Josh was awesome. Autozone should fire Carlos and give Josh the store manager position. 5-star Josh. Beware when choosing auto parts business there are many choices. Thank you Josh, Good bye Autozone!!!

Honestly I was in this AutoZone for 2 minutes. But it was as efficient as you would want an AutoZone stop to be. I don't think I need to be over the top impressed by smiling employees and gift cards to walk out of the door with in order to give a 5 star rating. Sometimes things are just exactly what they need to be. Not done in a rush. Just professional, proficient, and to the point. I was able to walk in, ask a question, get an answer, purchase my product and leave. I don't see any reason not to give 5 stars for being exactly what people need it to be. Well done and I appreciate it.

I was in there today to have a battery replaced and was helped out by Cody. He was a great employee, super helpful, very informative, and helped install my battery. It was really hot outside and he did the service with a smile, and did it super quickly. He definitely deserves employee of the month in my book and I think would make a great store manager. If I could give more than 5 stars for my experience, I certainly would. If anyone needs help with car parts go to this auto zone!!!

Annabelle is the best, as a woman frustrated with car trouble she made me feel so comfortable and took great care of my car and I when I needed a new battery. She was efficient and took the time to educate me on some other parts and maintenance under the hood. My husband spoke highly of his previous encounter with her also. We thankfully live close and plan to use this location for all our needs.

My daughter's friends car was running a little rough. The staff at Auto Zone diagnosed the problem and helped her fix it. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall a good experience
