I had 2 drive tires on semi blow out and John came right out with 2 new tires and got me going back down the road in a timely fashion!! And he was very fair on price for road call service and the price of new tires…. I Highly recommend there services!!!!

A very polite young man, John came to our aid. It was Easter Sunday, so he was pulled away from his family. We had to wait with him on the side of I10, but he was the greatest guy to pass the time with. We exchanged life stories. We would recommend this company.

I can’t say many positive things about my car rental company but I am thankful they contract with these guys. Jon showed up with a truck full of tools and the knowledge to get the job done. He plugged and patched my tire and even checked (and filled) the air pressure on the spare that we didn’t have to use! Jon, you’re welcome on my zombie apocalypse team any day. He knows his stuff.

Timely and very friendly service. The service man came out and was very attentive to the issues I was experiencing with my tow dolly and parking break. He showed me how to use the tow and explained the issue with my break to me. Thank you so much All American!

Awesome service and experience all the way around. We were on our way from Jacksonville Florida to another part of Florida when our car went late that night. The gas station associate gave us the number for All American Auto. We called and Mr. Joe came out late that night and had the car fixed and on the road the following day in a very timely manner. Joe is an excellent mechanic. He helped my father and I a lot while we stayed in Madison. He aunt offered us a ride service through the town form the hotel we stayed. Highly recommend him for all kind of jobs.

I called and told them I needed a carrier bearing on my truck stuck on the side of the road near Perry. Guy shows up and rummages around for an hour looking at stuff. He has 3 people pull up to meet him for some shady looking stuff. Finally gets around to working and gets the part in for about $800. A week later the bearing is making a crazy noise, so I climb under the truck and call them to inform them the dust cover is broke on the new bearing. He tries to blame my U joints, but they’re good. My employee brings him the truck and he breaks the rest off and tells me for $350 labor he’ll warranty the part.

Joe and Brent were outstanding today. I was broken down on I-10. We were able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone, he found the parts, then drove out of his way to pick them up. Repairs were made, I was on my way and he even called 1hr later to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend

Our engine started misfiring on a Sunday afternoon along i10. Joe was there to assist within 30minutes and was extremely helpful in getting us back on the road.

I got a flat tire on I-10 on a Sunday afternoon and Joe promptly came to help. He texted to let me know when he was on his way and again when he was 10 minutes away. He was able to change my tire quickly and get me back on the road. Great service and honest, fair pricing.

Just need to say how wonderful joe was. He came out and saved us, we were stranded on the interstate 10 o’clock at night and he towed us all the way home and even looked at what was wrong with my vehicle.

Joe was the best. I called him at 9:30PM with a flat tire. He was there in 20 minutes, changed the tire and tried to plug the flat tire so I would have a spare for the rest of my trip, but it had a cut in the side wall. He was such a nice man. I was two hours down the road before AAA called me back!

Stranded on the side of I-10 some miles east of Tallahassee with a dead engine. Worked my way thru several towing companies before settling on All American. They were the only ones who would haul the car the 106 miles to Gainesville tonight, and at a substantially lower cost than the other companies that would deliver sometime next week. Joe from All American was prompt and friendly, and had the car loaded up and down the road pretty quickly.

These people are amazing people. We found them when we were driving down from Tallahassee, and we called out to them from across the road, and they came and helped us and didn't overcharge us or anything. We didn't have an appointment, and we were strangers to them. They are honest a good people If you're ever stuck, you should contact them

Amazing service. We saw them helping a truck on the side of the the highway and they guys saved our lives. Our rear tire was so wobbly. 2 lug nuts were missing and the tire was moments for flying off. If it wasn’t for them pointing out that issue when we asked for help, my tire would’ve flown off and my car would’ve been totaled. They promptly helped us with our situation so we could get back on the road

So grateful for these guy. My husband and I were on our way home to Mississippi with 8 hours left in our trip and our tire got a bubble. It was a SUNDAY at 7pm. I just knew we weren’t going to find anyone, BUT we did. These guys got out here with in 45 mins and got our tire changed and us back on the road. They are so nice and we are so thankful they really are 24/7!!

Found ourselves on the side of I-10 completely out of fuel. All American came out when no one else would to get us enough fuel to make it to the next gas station and he even followed us to make sure we got there. This was at 1am in the morning. I see there are other awesome reviews on here about this company. We are very grateful for them otherwise we would still be sitting there. I will add it was 32 degrees so freezing and we were starting to feel the effects of not having any heat and they showed up just in time. Thank you for getting up in the middle of the night to help us out!

Professional, kind and trustworthy service. My wife and I broke down on I-10 due to a blown AC compressor that resulted in severed serpentine belt. It was already after 5pm and few days after Christmas so I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone for a while. Joe was the only person in the area that answered my call and I’m very grateful he did. Joe arrived an hour later and towed my van to his shop which was about 30min away and also dropped us off at a hotel another 20min away. The next day he was in touch about the cost of the parts which had to be ordered. They didn’t arrive until around 3pm the next day and he was still able to get us back on the road that night. Throughout the whole process Joe treated us with genuine kindness and compassion and I’m grateful he was the one who ended up helping us out.

Great service. Electrical issues on the 18 wheeler. Diagnosed late evening. He Ran around a lot to find alternator. Got it replaced, went extra mile to charge batteries and check Electrical system to make sure everything was up to par. Outstanding. I do recommend.

I called because of a runflat tire on my BMW. Had no jack or spare...Joe came out to replace my tire...went way out of his way to get a replacement tire for my vehicle. Not only was he very professional,curtios and did the job in a timely manner....he was there for me in a time of need also that had nothing to do with my tire! I made a friend! These guys are great.!! I just needed my alternator replaced, they charged my battery while replacing the alternator. I also had a a/c problem I was going to get fixed on a later date, he went ahead and fixed it for me right then and there.
