Terrible service, they make you pay up front before performing service. Then when they never showed up to tow the truck to dealership. I was passed to another secretary that had bad English. i asked for a refund, they with held $29.00$ transaction fee. if you tell me you will be there in 30 minutes and its 2.5 hours later i believe a full reimbursement. once I got pissed with their customer service, I do not believe this is an actual towing company. I believe they tried farming my towing service out to others.

Scam! Don’t pay them online! When I called the number the guy who answered said it’s NOT a real business. They’re using his phone number bc in just listing a random local number, it’s not a real business. Avoid this business!
This is a fake company posing as another. Do not use this company. They charge over $300.00 for a $80.00 tow. Call a real company. In response to the owner, you are located in California and have people pay your ridiculous prices the call local companies to do the actual work for pennies on the dollar. Your company is quite a huge scam.
Listen to all of the other 1 star reviews and don't use this joke of a towing company. Ridiculous pricing, rude service, and little to no communication. I was charged a $120 cancelation fee because the driver didn't know how to put my car into neutral. Seriously, do not use this company. They have no idea what they are doing and you will end up paying for a service even if they do nothing.
I called another local tow service and the driver had the car hooked up in 5 min and I only paid half of what Talahassee towing company wanted to charge.
If you want to be stolen from, lied to, overcharged and left stranded, by all means waste your time with these people. They charged $205 for 3 miles, withdrew the money from our account then never picked up the vehicle nor refunded the money. Even when on the phone with the bank, the bank telling them that both the bank and visa verified tallahassee towing had withdrawn n received the money they proceeded to argue they had not, then ran our card SIX additional times without consent. Talk about a joke of a "company". Please please please, save yourself the headache and money and go with a legit company! I recommend Hobby towing, they are nearly 50% cheaper and great people to deal with!
I called his business to get a quote, and they answer the phone to tell me to call back later made no sense to me if you didn’t have your services available why even answer your phone
We called for a tow service at 9:50am and we were strung along(being told “a driver should be there in 30 minutes”) until 1:30pm with still no tow truck. They request you pay upfront(260$ for a 5 mile tow) and do not commit to delivering service as expected. If other reviews are accurate then you are better off calling another service for a better price and better service
This company wanted $300 to tow my vehicle 3 minutes down the road to a shop, they were extremely rude and unprofessional on the the phone to the point I didn’t do business with them. Called another local company that got me taken care of for a quarter of the cost and a lot more professional
Our vehicle was stranded and I had no idea where to begin. I have never used a tow service before. Called Tallahassee Towing Company and spoke with Matt. This guy, Matt, is top notch! Very polite, super helpful and talked me through the details. I was NOT able to meet the driver, but my car was delivered to my house, no problem. I came home from work, and the car was in the driveway, in the exact spot where I asked to have it set. I was able to arrange for payment over the phone, and an invoice was delivered to me via email. My dad, who is a school crossing guard, got his pickup truck stuck in the mud this morning after his morning session. Matt, who just happened to be nearby in his towing truck, saw my dad in this situation. Without hesitation, he hooked up my dad's truck and pulled him out.

Matt was nice man who help tow my car to the tire shop and when I got home I had another flat tire I called him right back and he came out again for me with no problems at all he hooked up my car and took me back to the tire shop for another tire He was respectful, helpful. The Price for the tow was good not expensive and he gave me a few suggestions on where to get a tire from cause i am not from here and I don’t know that much down here he was very helpful and I took his information down AND I WILL BE USING HIS SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE WHEN I NEED IT

Your description states you are the fastest company. Based on my experience that’s because your pink and white tow truck with Tallahassee Towing Company on the side violated numerous traffic laws in the Florida Statutes Chapter 316 which governs State Uniform Traffic laws. Your truck performed a U turn at a busy intersection on Appalachee Parkway caused me to stop to prevent a head on collision. The truck then makes a right turn and an immediate left hand turn by the big sign that states no left hand turns, never once using a turn signal. Your driver was reckless and a liability from what I saw. I called several times in 6 hours only once did someone answer and he hung up the phone then wouldn’t answer.
So i called today for a tow and this guy gets lost and blames me asking me for a gate code my apartments don't use a gate code by the way wouldn't let me explain that to him. I'm not sure how he got lost on the phone he read the address back to me correctly. But what makes me mad is how he talk to me over the phone im not sure if he was having a bad day but don't talk to people any kinda way.
This is was first experience with lody and he is awesome. He got there as fast a he could did everything fast and was really nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company to someone who needs something towed.

I was given a eta of 45 mins got to me in about 20. Matt quoted me a cheap price of 75 and for the distance of 10 miles with 2 other companies quoted me 140 just for 5 miles I will use them again if and when I need them.

I'm giving this company five stars because yesterday on November 29th my vehicle was stuck at a Publix and I called him and they were very punctual he told me 30 to 45 minutes was there in 30 minutes got my car loaded up very safely and quickly got me home and I was amazed because I'm new here to the Tallahassee area and for this to be my first experience with the tow truck driver this is a great company and I will recommend it to anyone and his pricing is very fair
