  Horrible service, police called them even though the insurance had different tow service on the way. Told me they were under no obligation to let me know, they were not from my insurance company. Charged me 180 for less than 5 miles and told me to be grateful, he could have charged me 220. This was the owner. Use anyone but them.

  Said lot was closed and I would have to wait until tomorrow to get my vehicle which is completely illegal. 715.07 Vehicles or vessels parked on private property; towing.— Florida statutes. I will be reporting this business.

  Damaged my vehicle, refused to allow me to get my vehicle for more than 24 hours hours (whereas by law they must allow you to retrieve your vehicle within one hour), demanded cash payments only. Got my vehicle and it would not drive, not the condition it was in prior. When I started iterating the law he became upset, raising his voice. This is an unethical man. Reported to law enforcement, also reporting to BBB.

  I would not recommend using this towing service. The owner is extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone. I would not use this towing service if I was broken down in the middle of the desert even if there were no other options. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

  Terrible experience. They towed my car incorrectly, damaged my radiator and denied being responsible. What was suppose to be a battery replacement ended up being a radiator replacement costing $600. They also ignored all my calls. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Don't make the same mistake I did. Look for a different towing company.
