Horrible service, police called them even though the insurance had different tow service on the way. Told me they were under no obligation to let me know, they were not from my insurance company. Charged me 180 for less than 5 miles and told me to be grateful, he could have charged me 220. This was the owner. Use anyone but them.

Damaged my vehicle, refused to allow me to get my vehicle for more than 24 hours hours (whereas by law they must allow you to retrieve your vehicle within one hour), demanded cash payments only.
