Danny B towed my car after it was totaled in an accident. I was worried when I heard my car was being towed to a lot (I was in a bit of shock I believe the police called him), where I used to live there were a lot of predatory towers but Danny B was very kind and helpful, definitely recommend him.
Donnie went above and beyond on Thursday when he picked up my mom’s car. I was in Tampa annd had to drive to Tallahassee to get her. On Friday, he met us and allowed us to get her things. We want to thank him for all he did!!
Great guy & very professional. My friend locked her keys in her car. I had seen Mr.Dannys business around town so i figured I'd ask. He said he doesn't normally do that kind of job but he would try to help. Really meant alot to us. Especially because we had groceries in the car & because of covid-19. She didn't want to be in public any banter than needed. He came very quickly & was very efficient. He worked it like a magician & had us back on the road in no time. We will definitely call him in the future for any towing needs. This was something he didn't have to do & he did it anyway. Which really goes to show how much he cares about his community.
Similar to another reviewer, I ended up using someone else to recover my car, because Danny B's explained that they would be less expensive for what I wanted. Wonderful to come across a company who try to help save their customers' money. ( They recommended Parkway - also 5 stars.) I will certainly check with Danny B's first for any future recovery work.
I have been towed many times over years for many different situations and vehicles I've owned. Well recently I was in need of a tow and my experience, simply put, was amazing. This gentleman and his wife are the most caring people I have met thus far in this line of work. And because of their willingness to help me out in my situation I have a new found respect for recovery towing specialist. Thank you Danny B's
Reading the reviews I decided to give them a call first. After hitting a pothole on campus and getting a flat spare, I dreaded having to get my car towed after classes. I explained my situation and the kind woman said she wanted to give me a number to someone else who would be less expensive, and able to get my car out of a parking lot. It's nice to know there are some business people with integrity. If I ever need a tow or roadside assistance of any kind, I know who I'm calling!
My vehicle was stuck in a really deep ditch, even the law enforcement was concerned that I was going to need two wrecker's, but when Danny got there (faster than expected) he took a look at it, and very carefully pulled my pathfinder right out of that ditch! Great service! Very friendly and the most helpful! I will always be using Danny from now on, and will always recommend him! Thank y'all so much!

Excellent costumer service. I couldn't afford them, but they referred me to another reliable towing service within my price range. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant.
Car wouldn't start. Dispatch Suggested security system probably disable it. Sure enough. I feel stupid but thankful for great customer service. I have found my go-to tow service.
Seriously excellent service. The man who came to help me, Danny, was extremely polite and helpful, and gave me great advice on how to fix my car (I had been having battery issues and was having it towed to the dealership). He went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible for me, and took great care of my car. Would definitely recommend!!!
My Honda Odyssey wouldn't work and I was stranded in a Publix parking lot. As it turns out my starter needed to be replaced. Danny, the owner, came and was very nice. He explained to me that his company didn't do any malicious towing, and walked me through what might be wrong with my car and everything that he was doing. He explained a bit about how some of the other towing companies towed cars illegally, and it was great information to know. Overall, he made what would have been a really irritating experience almost enjoyable.
The dispatch was extremely helpful in helping with a car blocking my driveway. Directed me in what to do, and helped find a solution fast. Great customer service!
