Amazing service and very affordable prices. I was stranded in the middle of an intersection at night and they got to me very quickly. I highly recommend using them.
We had an excellent experience with A Bay Towing. My husband’s truck wouldn’t start after his haircut, so our insurance dispatched them to tow it to the dealership. Brian and Michael showed up fast and were incredibly kind and professional. These newer push-button trucks can be tricky to load, but they got it done safely and efficiently. I really appreciated that they documented everything with photos before loading and again after unloading—great attention to detail. They took great care of us, and we’ll be using A Bay Towing for any future needs. Five stars!
On 09/29/2025, State Farm dispatched A-Bay Towing to assist me. At 7:30 PM, I was advised the truck would arrive within 60–105 minutes. Instead, I was left waiting over 4 hours with no proactive communication whatsoever. The only updates I received were after I repeatedly called, and each time I was given inconsistent information and the runaround.
While Tori, the night dispatcher and daughter of the owner, was courteous, my interaction with Jennifer, the owner, was appalling. Jennifer was hostile, aggressive, dismissive, and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism or concern for the situation. She claimed they had “attempted to call,” which I never received, and then abruptly informed me they were closed—leaving me stranded after hours of waiting. While expressing my concerns she then hung up on me.
This company displayed an unacceptable disregard for basic customer service, accountability, and reliability. It is difficult to understand how A-Bay Towing is still in business when there are multiple other reputable towing companies in the Tallahassee area. I strongly urge others to do their research and call anyone else. Choosing A-Bay Towing is a mistake you will regret.
Bay Towing towed my car to a local repair shop while pulling my car up on the flatbed the driver placed his hooks in the wrong spot so this error showed itself to me on I 10 when the valance plate started dragging on the highway while traveling to Jacksonville for a funeral. I have tried on several occasions to contact the owners to take a look at it, I have been given the runaround for two weeks. Called the office left messages was told the owner will call me back. My driver, Doug, was the best. He was there very quickly, within 30 minutes, and loaded my car up quickly. He also drove me to the dealership and helped me with the paperwork there. He is amazing!

We had to wait 5 hours and 30 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. Our 17 year old granddaughter's car stopped running on her way to school. She had to wait 5 hours and 30 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. We keep getting updates that said they would be there in 60 - 80 minutes. Then they would update the status saying in would be 30 -45 minutes. Then it would go back to 60- 80 min. This went on for 5 hours. We called the company several times and was told they would be there in 30 minutes several times during the 5 hour and 30 minutes wait. The last time they told us it would be 15 minutes and it took an hour and a half or more before they finally arrived. She missed a whole day of school because she was told that the person on the insurance policy had to be present to give the driver the key.
I can't believe the company would leave a 17 year old on the side of the road waiting 5 hours and 30 minutes. If they told us it was going to be over 5 hours we would of called another company.
The one star was for the driver that picked up the car. He was very nice and loaded the car up in no time.
One of the best towing companies I have ever used. Leah the dispatcher was super friendly. She went above to arrange a particular time for towing for my son's truck which broke down in a parking garage. Doug the tow truck driver was super helpful to help my son maneuver his truck out of the garage safely. I will highly recommend them to anyone especially if their student needs help getting their vehicle to a a repair shop

A Bay was phenomenal with my latest breakdown. The tow truck driver got there shockingly fast, towed me off of I-10 in minutes, and had me to a reputable and affordable mechanic in no time. Very thankful for the driver and this company making a bad scenario stress free.
I only left one star because it was the lowest I could leave. This company was contracted by AAA to tow my daughter's car at 820 pm on 07-07-23. No updates nothing from this company until 457am on 7-8-23. Then they were calling AAA to see if she still needed assistance. This is a college town, please be more diligent in making update calls. I could have made it to her from Miami faster than this company did. After reading the reviews I wonder if it was because she was on the FAMU campus.
Had a vehicle issue 40 miles east of Tallahassee making it undriveable at 5:00 pm the Monday Ian is approaching. The nearest dealer told me it would be 5 weeks before they could even look at it. Decided that towing to Pensacola dealer 250 miles away and closer to home would be best option. The driver was there in an hour and made the trip, dropped me at my exit, then dropped the car at the dealer in Pensacola, left the note and the keys in the dealer drop box. Called the dealer the next morning at 7:30 am they were already looking at it. Awesome service.
Tire blew out on the interstate. scary situation, called 3 different tow companies and this was the only one who helped.. they sent a driver right away, the car was towed in about 30 min. very friendly, professional driver and staff. Thank you!!

Incredibly professional and kind. I needed my SUV towed and they were prompt, super easy to work with and very understanding. My car made it from point A to point B effortlessly and I can not speak enough of how kind the two owners are. HIGHLY recommend.
