I always have very pleasant experiences with lake Jackson towing but Mr Tony was amazing last week. He was very attentive and friendly. Even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I highly recommend him if your looking for someone to tow you.
Had my vehicle substantially damaged by this tow company and received zero support from them. Negligent driver scratched my bumper and provided me a number to call Scott. My conversation with Scott was unnecessarily contentious and his primary sentiment was “I don’t believe you”. I did not receive an apology for the loss of my valuable time nor the carelessness of the driver. Furthermore, I had to circumvent the company to find their insurance information which should have been readily provided to me. This is a shady, low class business who prioritizes their perceived well being over the satisfaction of their patrons. Stay away!!!
Can not recommend Lake Jackson towing enough. Lewis was phenomenal. He got the car out of a very tricky situation without causing more damage to the car or area around it. THANK YOU, LEWIS!!
Tony did an outstanding job! Very thankful he rescued us after midnight on I-10. He communicated with us prior to arriving. He told us step-by-step what he would be doing as he prepared to tow our Sprinter on a flatbed to the dealership in Tallahassee. We appreciated how careful he was and we were thankful for his vehicle knowledge as he helped us with the electrical system.
Always a bad experience when you're in traffic with lake jackson towing. Passing on double lines, riding inches off people's bumper, just so aggressive. Danger to other drivers.
Greg is awesome! I happened to have a flat tire and pulled off to the gas station where the tire entirely deflated - and suddenly as I’m so bummed a towing truck just pulls into the gas station right in front of us. I knocked on the door and asked if he had time to tow me down the street and he said yes actually I have about 45 min til my next job and was just gonna sit and wait here til then. I called the business and they gave me a good deal which cost me significantly less than going through my insurance and paying the extra Distances. I was so grateful they were able to accommodate us and happened to just be perfect timing. Then the best part was Greg, he has such an awesome personality and made the entire experience enjoyable. Great customer service! I broke down in Sonny’s BBQ drive thru. How embarrassing! Lake Jackson Towing was there in about 20 minutes to tow my truck to a garage. Then they were kind enough to drop me at home. Friendly and reliable family-owned business!
I own a racing shop and a restoration shop, lake Jackson towing came out today and moved two cars from Tallahassee to crawfordville, the driver took some time out to help my technician push and tug and pull on cars until they got them all lined up, this company is one of the best I've ever used, FYI I've been in business since 1982
I drove my little car so deep n the mud, even the mud thought it was funny. I called Lake Jackson Towing and Adrian got here in less than a half hour and he knew more about what my car had in the trunk to help the situation then I did! Plus, he brought his assistant who helped lift my spirits because I was very late to work. I’d call them again in a flash. Really outstanding service.
This place is the best! I'm an elderly widow and I lost my key fob. I had to get my van towed to the dealer. It was locked. The brake was on. They came out, got my car unlocked by sending someone out with a kit to pop the lock (which took a while) then carefully loaded the van on the flatbed. They had to wait until the van was received to place it where the dealer wanted it. They did not charge anymore than their original quote which was priced lower than the other tow services I had called. The driver was so warm and kind. I would recommend Lake Jackson Towing to everyone!
They get 5 stars because they didn’t have to come out on a Sunday but they did and got my truck running. The dispatch lady was patient I will definitely recommend them. Also the guys that came were cool

I had a map sensor that failed and needed a tow…a tow truck came in less than 20 minutes and the driver , Jacob was very cool. My car is pretty low to the ground and he took extra care in lifting the car to not damage my front bumper or my intercooler.. hands down my best experience with a towing company. Thank you lake Jackson towing. Jacob deserves a raise!

Got a flat on I-10 and AAA apparently doesn’t do weekends. Called these wonderful folks and Ms. Sheila was so kind and had someone on the way immediately. Randall had my spare on in minutes and escorted us to the nearest exit to make sure we were safely off the interstate. I recommend 110%!!!
Lake Jackson towing saved our Easter weekend when AAA and Five Star towing left us stranded on the side of Monroe street for 24 hours on Easter weekend!! In under 10 minutes since Randall pulled his truck up to our car, he had us on the way to enjoying our weekend! We can’t say enough good things about them and the amazing customer service from Miss Sheila! Excellent local family run business!
My rather large 5th wheel camper broke and axle, I had hired another company to move it but that company turned out to be unreliable. I called Jackson Lake Towing and they figured out a way to move it at least 30 miles safely and on the same day I called them. I will definitely use them again if I am in the area and need towing services. Very friendly and kept me up to date on the status of my camper and charged me a very reasonable rate.
Our 24ft Motorhome broke down 4 hours and 30mins (about 280 miles) away from our destination, after calling nearly every towing company in the area only lake Jackson towing was willing to make the long drive. The operator answered the phone everytime no matter what hour and was able to set us up and provide information the entire time. When it came time to tow, they hooked our RV up nice and secure and was extremely friendly and professional the entire trip. Even after we reached our destination they gave us a jump start and offered to help in any way to get our motorhome in its spot at the park. This was the best expierence I've ever had with a towing company and I highly recommend them. I would've never made it home without this company
I was involved in a traffic accident and they towed my car. It’s the weekend and they are closed but Mrs. Sheila called me back and set a time for me to pick up my things from my car. Everyone I have spoken with has been helpful and kind towards me and no one spoke with any sort of tone and was not disrespectful in any way form or fashion. Would highly recommend them.
These guys are phenomenal!! Last night my daughter's vehicle broke down in a relatively low trafficked highway. She contacted Verizon Roadside which was a fiasco and no help ever came. When she would call them "the contracted towing service" would extend the ETA. Five hours later she reaches (not contracted with Verizon) Lake Jackson Towing and the lady on call could not have been nicer. (She must have been a mother!) She contacted a driver who was not scheduled to work and convinced him to go get these two girls off the side of the road. I spoke with her to pay the fee and was so impressed with her empathy and compassion. These employees are saints in my opinion!!
I called into their office to make a towing appointment for my car to get to the shop. The lady in the phone was professional and very patient with me. The tow truck was on time! Quick and reliable. The driver was so nice and funny. It really makes a bad situation like a busted engine seem much less stressful when people make them go right and these guys make it right.
Have used this company on two occasions to take cars to my mechanic. They are quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. The rates are good too. Some towing companies can be a little sketchy, this one is not. I would prefer not to need their services, but if you do need a tow, I highly recommend Lake Jackson.
100 miles from home, our Mercedes died at a rest stop in west Tallahassee. Lake Jackson was there in 20 minutes with a very modern and clean flat bed. Larry and Larry (yep, both had the same name) were very professional and courteous. The car was loaded and on its way to the Mercedes dealer in 15 minutes. Very reasonable price.
