I believe I had José. He has excellent customer service and helped us with all the details to get my car stored and parked safely. My tow job recently was very professional and they are hands down the only tow company I would recommend in Tallahassee.
Matson was EXTREMELY professional and courteous. It was already a stressful day with our truck broke down 750 miles from home and a travel trailer to deal with too, but these guys showed up in every way possible and made the day 1000x better!
This is the company you want to call when your car or truck needs a tow!
This place is a joke! $420 for a tow and one night storage. Pitiful men just pitiful. We are American and should not do this to fellow Americans. Get it right

Honest! Over the top! Best in Business! Trustworthy! My daughter’s car got sideswiped and McGuffey’s towed the car to their yard over the holiday weekend, stored the car at their yard, and stepped in and saved the day when my insurance dropped the ball getting the car to the collision center. Every phone call answered when I called and even texted me updates! I can’t thank them enough for helping me (mom 3hours away) and my daughter an FSU student out during a very stressful time! We were stuck most of the night on the interstate pulling a camper. We were turned down by 8 or 9 other towing companies (because of the camper). Wish we'd called these guys first. Very friendly, quick and professional. They came back and towed our camper to an RV park as well once we found out our vehicle wasn't going to be a quick fix. Best company in Tallahassee.. I've called them all!
I went through this mcguffeys to tow my truck and trailer back to Jacksonville from Tallahassee.
