  Great people all the way around. Great parts and a lot of combined knowledge amongst the staff. Use the car computers to check a problem. Ask really hard questions... Chances are you will get an answer you need. I would recommend this store to anyone. Friends AND family.

  Electricity off due to tornadoes in Tallahassee, had generator hooked up so the card machines worked, otherwise they were working in the dark only light what came through the windows, helped find what I needed to get my generator going, great help, would recommend them to anybody.

  The girls who work here always have some kind of attitude for some unknown reason. Normally they have what I need in stock, except for having to return a brand new gas pump because it didn't work. It's a decent parts place.

  Came to figure out what I would need to replace my back breaks. JD went above and beyond to serve me and get me all that I needed. He is highly knowledgable and helpful. He had great customer service, but was also real and personaible. If he hasn't gotten a raise recently he definitely deserves one. Because of him I will be returning for my future auto needs.

  I came in for a part and JD and mike had excellent customer service. They made everything so easy. They both deserve raises and the proper praise for their outstanding service. Excellent.!!! I absolutely love this location. I live off of n Monroe but always choose to come here. I love it here

  For this visit they didn't have what I needed, but was able to order it and have it in stock the very next day at a discounted price. The staff here was super friendly and they even told me what tool I needed to install the item upon my request. They had the tools in stock, so I purchased and had an easy install.

  Very friendly staff as they helped me navigate where I needed to go through the store. I had two toddlers with me and the staff did well at being understanding of the situation. things where not the easiest to find but the place seemed clean.
