  I asked for a clutch kit and a master cylinder slave cylinder kit. A cashier convinced me the latter was included in the clutch kit. It was not. Napa train your cashiers better. You’re supposed to be better than this.

  Used the Napa website to order 4 motorcycle spark plugs online. You do not pay until you pick up your order or you can pay shipping so the parts come directly to you. Either way you have to call the local Tallahassee store directly to complete the order process. If the item is not in-stock locally, it is shipped from either another store anywhere in the US or the order can be shipped from their warehouse. The shipping/freight costs are generally passed onto the purchaser (you) unless it comes with one of their weekly store deliveries. On this occasion the store dropped the shipping/freight charges. The website always shows "order completed" even though their product hasn't been paid for or picked up. So while it is a little confusing ordering parts online with Napa, in the end they came through for me.

  If you want to deal with a real auto parts"counterman" then this is the place. Quality parts and service. Don't go to the "box store" type places, where the clerk doesn't even know that there aren't really bearings in a muffler or that spraying oil on your brakes to quiet a squeak isn't a thing.
