Brooke made my warranty claim for my battery super easy, I had it installed and I was gone in maybe 5 minutes. I had a good first impression for this location!
I had a belt that was slipping on the way back into town from a weekend camping trip with my sons boy scout troop. I had several scouts in addition to my son in the car, but opted to make a slight detour to O'Reilly to get a can of belt dressing to see if it would fix the problem. Hopefully it was just sand, not a serious problem especially with young men in the vehicle who were not my family. I use O'Reilly on Apalachee parkway to maintain the 4 vehicles in my household, and had a business account for my company. I am very familiar with the company, and have always had good if not great service. Sadly, today was NOT one of those days. One employee was busy talking on his cellphone about his Saturday night with someone, and other employee was busy helping the one customer in the store. Amazing it took me 15 minutes to purchase a single item and I literally had it in my hand within 90 seconds of walking in store. Really bad customer service experience today. The West Tennessee Street location is not recommended, other than the situation I would have left and gone to one of the many competing stores nearby.
I enjoy going in here because these guys are very knowledge in what they do. They have an understanding of the store, the supplies, and are able to work with you on your needs.
The atmosphere changed at this store. I don't feel welcomed by the newer employees... I try to get served by the one employee. That makes me feel like I matter.
After a very bad experience at a different auto parts location, I drove here because I had a two hour drive back home, needed oil and my hood latch was broken. The employee was eager to help and got me back on the road.
Madison was most helpful. The two gentleman behind the counter, not so much. Wish they had been more approachable, but they seemed annoyed by a simple question.
A young man named Calvin exhibited poor customer service skills toward me which caused him not to receive my $18 sale. I called before I came to determine if it was in stock. It was, when I arrived he was very abrupt when I asked questions???
I thought I needed a new scooter battery, but Derrick tested the two dead ones I brought in and told me one of the batteries was still good, it just needed a charge. He charged it for free and called when it was done. Derrick was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish.

Called around to find an outer tie rod for my vehicle and Autozone & advanced auto parts said $70 so I called O’Reillys and they had 2 in stock for $31 and the customer service ( John I believe ) was awesome and really professional over the phone and was quick with finding my part.
When checking out ( Calvin I believe ) helped me out because I also went to get some sea foam for the car and he recommended Royal Purple Max-Boost because it’s much safer for the engine and less wear in fuel lines and other components.

I am a 60 year old widow navigating my new life alone. I try to do as much as I can off you tube. Went in to W Tennessee Street location for a bulb for my back blinker. I asked the associate that checked me out if he thought I could youtube how to replace the bulb. He said let me take a look. Well he not only replaced the bulb for me but showed me how in case I needed to do it again. It might be the socket so he said come back if I have problems. Thank you for being so kind Justin.
My daughter came in on Thursday after her car “yelled at her” and your employees were so kind and helpful. She had called me in a panic because her car said she was low on coolant. I talked her through how to check it but I wasn’t sure if she was really understanding what to do. She came into the store and she said that the employees helped her to find what she needed and talked her through it -teaching how to put it in her car. As a mom far from Tallahassee I really appreciate knowing there are kind people looking out for our kids at school!
Amazing staff work here, usually always have the parts I need. However don't bother trying to call them, usually you can expect a 10 minute hold followed by them hanging up before even speaking. Plenty of parking and an great hours

Called from Apopka Florida to this location in Tallahassee to assist my daughter attending TCC with a dead battery. The associate that took my call, Theo, was very helpful especially considering our situation was right before closing of business. It helps to know that being 4 hours away from my daughter that there are people as helpful and professional as this young man was!

Love this place! Went there for a battery warranty replacement. They had me back on the road in no time. One of the techs installed my new battery while I shopped inside. Great customer service and awesome selection of products.
Every time I go in I am greeted. The staff are very helpful, and do their best to save you time and money. They are the best of their competitors, and I have been to their competitors. Thankfully I don't have too far to travel to get to them, but I would if I had to.
Went in looking for a 6 spline drive and couldn't find it. I asked the guys at the desk and they pointed me to the aisle with the tool and said "it should be in there somewhere". That was the extent of their helpfulness. I ordered it online and picked it up at the same store 3 hours later. Thanks for nothing you turds.
