Makayla did an excellent job installing a new battery in my old car. She assured me on the phone that she had the battery I needed. Then she worked very hard to install it and I was on my way. I'll definitely call Makayla whenever I need auto assistance.
They did not have the part but I wish that I'd got the older gentleman's name because he went way up and beyond call of duty to try to find my part even looking on the
internet at other providers... too bad everybody doesn't have that work ethic would be a better country
Tony could not have been more helpful. He figured out what was wrong with my battery, corrosion. Cleaned the battery terminal and removed the corrosion and charged my battery. He went above and beyond what I expected. He was a big help.

I ordered an ignition coil pack online and went to pick it up 1/2 hour later. They had it ready for me. Also, they usually offer a discount for online orders. In this case, a 15% discount. Sometimes as high as 20% , always at least 5%.
I love this place. I am new to Tallahassee and I visited them for new wiper blades. They were so helpful and courteous that I returned again today for wiper fluid. Store was like most Advanced Auto stores. Worker was polite. I placed an order online for pickup. Had to wait a few because of the limited staff. Eventually she called for back up and things picked up and I was out without a hitch.
