Maybe it's because I am a female that all guys were in there working and no one addressed me or even took the time to ask if I needed help. I didn't need the help, but it's the fact that they didn't even address me as a customer as 2 were sitting and talking at the counter with one gentleman while another employee was on the phone.
Friendly on the 1st call to get my new starter ordered and when picking it up, best price around for a brand new unit. Came in quickly and fixed the issue as it should. All around great experience. Check them 1st when in search!
Didn't want to install battery and returned to be reimbursed for charges old battery then they took forever to check me out. I will not be back here ever.

Got a serpentine belt here a few days ago brake fluid oil all sorts of stuff for a good well kept up car.workers there are kind and talkative,was admiring my SL1 Saturn2000 just days be for that Saturn got TBoned. Sad it was ready for a road trip and now the person's insurance wants to total it. Sings softly, least I got a good day here prepping .
