Need to hire some better employees that actually know what there doing instead of just sitting around or saying "oh my manager isnt here so i dont know the answer to your question". Called because another store told me that this location had what i needed. And the employee i was on phone with couldnt confirm that they had it or not. That he couldnt look it up in the system
Does not want to warranty their crappy batteries. Diehard gold batteries have a 3 yr free replacement warranty and they will not warranty a battery that’s less then 2 yrs old. What crap. Service is rude and like to talk down to you.
On Sunday morning I decided to take my car to check on the battery upon arriving I was pleasantly greeted by Greg. I asked if I could have my car tested he immediately answered sure and stop what he was doing to take care of me. We tested a few things and he was so patient and you can tell he took my problem as a priority. He made my experience so pleasant. I will definitely recommend everyone to this service site.
We had to have a new battery for our RV and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond to replace it and make everthing safe to travel on. I would give them a 10 if I could!

The young guy at this store was exceptionally rude and impatient. Don’t visit the store unless you want to get hassled. I like O’Reilly better anyway. The UPS service brought me to the store, but I will come back.
I have been dealing with Mike the manager for several years and have never had a bad experience! He does literally everything in his power to get you what you need for a reasonable price! He has walked me through several repairs on my vehicles over the phone, he has never once gotten frustrated with my numerous phone calls and millions of questions. He is very mechanically inclined and actually knows how to install the parts he sells unlike other part stores that just tell you I don't know. If you're looking for a great automotive parts experience , there aren't enough stars on this page to properly describe Mike's wonderful customer service and know how!!!
Very rude and unhelpful. I had a simple request and they wouldn't even try to help. I went across the street and they helped me out in 2 minutes. Terrible customer service tonight by both employees.
Went in to purchase wiper blades. Posted in store and on flyer that the product was $15 off. The POS system would not allow the discount and I was told I could wait for the manager to come back or return in 30 minutes. Will not return here again!!

Spent more time talking on his air bud than paying attention to customers, when asked a question his reply was " I dont know Im not mechanically inclined" ... The associate which whom I spoke with prior to my arrival to verify they had the part and its price was heard in the back of the store carrying on a personal phone call , but didnt have time to serve his customer ... this was at 8pm on 11/6/23
I used to do a lot of business with this store that all changed a bit over a year ago just because of this lack of service ... I see things have Not gotten better with time.
They installed the 3 windshield wipers we bought, waited for us to test them, and gave advice on other items we purchased. I'm glad we were the only ones in the store at the time, so they could answer all our questions.
Decent selection on hand but not really good for unconventional and specific items and the prices are becoming really high and the quality and knowledge being executed is very poor at best

I spoke with Stacy about an order I need delivered to me at my dealership. She refused delivery because I want to pay out of my pocket rather than issue a purchase order.
Customer service sucks and couldn't get any help with what i needed done. Never going back there again.

Went down the road to get what i needed done at another auto parts store so i gave them 5 starts foe excellent customer service and help.
Customer service was a nightmare! Spent hundreds of dollars on all new pads and rotors and the pads glazed within a month! They claimed to have lifetime warranty and they didn’t cover anything! I bought another pair and they did the exact same thing never ever shopping at an advance again!
The clerk I had was excellent. I gave him a corporate review of highly recommended. He showed me and installed my new headlights and was extremely Knowledge. He made the entire trip to find the right bulb for my vehicle, then explaining why bulb grease was best and showing me how to fix it...well all in all...a breeze!
(Parents shopping with small kids tip: save yourself the hassle, don't park on the north side. The entertainment or "toy" store next door is definitely adults-only.)
Purchased headlights from them and was told they could not install them for me. The worker then showed me a video on YouTube and told they had to take my bumper off to install them. Went to Auto zone and got them installed with no problem.
Super knowledgeable staff. Always ready to lend a hand installing stuff in the parking lot because let's face it I'm no mechanic. My first choice for auto parts!
