Employee at front was on her phone and never looked up from it. Needed a battery tested but apparently that would have interrupted her texting as she let me know they couldn't do that.
Went to a different store where my experience was the complete opposite of this one. I will never step into this store again even though it is closer.
Absolutely horrible experience. Two of the workers had no idea how to properly change a car battery. Instead, they completely cut off the electricity in my car, leaving it in worse condition than before. It was clear they were incompetent and not certified to be doing this kind of work. DO NOT TO ADVANCED AUTO PARTS if you care about your vehicle.
Christie and Micha were both awesome and helped me resolve my battery issue. In a faced paced store they took the time to listen and help me. Great store and great people.
Had the motor oil for my antique car in stock. Few auto parts stores stock the oil needed for old cars. Thank you for keeping what we need in the store. 20W50 VR1.

I just had a pretty rough morning and my car was acting up on top of it. Ive been to this spot before and its always been great. The associate who assisted me today, Antuan, was so helpful, friendly, and professional. He ran the codes on my car and luckily it was just my battery that needed to be replaced. He was very quick and I really appreciated that he was able to take care of that for me. Could not have been a better experience.
Nice and friendly staff knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to get the old battery tested first and get a replacement battery since I purchased the old battery there for my car within 10 minutes even though they were busy I waited patiently while they took care of the other customers.
They wouldn't take back a brand new battery that wasn't used for starting anything it was bought in error prior to diag by my girlfriend while I was out of town driving. It tested good at that store, however the caps were removed so yeah. It also does not state on the receipt you can't return electrical parts. I went to the Advance it was purchased from and returned it no issues. 10/10 recommend.
We love the south Monroe store. Rod is a great employee. He is always will to help us research and find out what's the best product for our vehicle. He listens and jumps into action to make our experience great. He has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to make sure we get the right product. Thanks Rod for all you do. We will be back.
I love this Advance auto parts every time i come this store has what i need in that's just great in awesome customer service to everyone who work here the worker are always friendly to me they made a person feel right at home everybody nice and friendly
Lewis needs to be replaced before somebody hurts him. You do have a life outside of this place soo always remember that. Complications with vehicles are very aggravating and the last thing people need is rude customer service to add to the issue. Very rude and unprofessional save yourself time and go on Tennessee street, there they are more professional with better customer service. Did not deserve any stars but had to use one to leave this review.
Better to go to Wal-Mart for basic tools and fluids, much cheaper. However they do have some special tools, but still pretty limited. The tool loan is convenient if you have the money to front.
its convenient to my home, other wise ied go somewhere else, customer service was a complete joke..brother was more concerned about his food , than waiting on a busy store that day.
Manager Antoine was very helpful. My brother and I came in with a bad part he had purchased. The part was tested and verified to be defective and before we knew anything the manager had ordered the out of stock and sent a driver to pick it up. In less than a hr we had the new part and the battery was charged. Thanks advance for swiftness and customer service.
My check engine light came on while traveling with my 3 young children, this advance was a little out of the way and not in the best area. However, the gentleman came out right away and checked to see what codes my minivan would show. He assured me I would make it to my destination with damaging my van and he was correct. I was able to take it to Honda and get it fixed.
This is a great store. Mike is very helpful and also the other guys that work there. When u walk in everyone greets u. That's tell u right there that all have a good personality.
