Great customer service! They always come through and have what we need at competitive and reasonable prices. They know their stuff and it's not just from looking at a computer screen to tell them what to recommend like the other big box stores... From chemicals and shop supplies to brake kits, exhaust, gaskets, wiper blades and everything you need to rebuild your engine, they have what you need!
Great prices and always friendly... Edit... Horrible business... I purchased a power steering rack for my lincoln town car with CASH MONEY more then a month ago... received the part no problem but then wrecked the car before I could install... Returned it and was informed they have no cash in store and I had to receive my ($418.00+) on a debit card... I only had a cash app card so had to use that... Fast forward a couple weeks and still nothing... Now more then a month later and still nothing... I check with my card holder and they inform me that parts house canceled the return... I vist The parts house and they tell me I should have received it... well I didn't and it's horrible business and I'd suggest you tread very lightly with this company... They're definitely going down hill...
