Your quality, incompetence and disrespect sent me to a JUNKYARD ON HANSEN.....VERY CLEAN. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, brain fart on the name!! Don't give these folks the time of day

Chris did an amazing job getting my buick lacrosse today. No damage and used some great maneuvers to pull it out safely. Ray was awesome at getting me an appointment today and kept in communication with me the entire time, informing me about my drivers eta.

I asked if they had any vehicles matching what I needed. He didn't know. "Just go in the yard and see." I had to pay $1 to go into the yard. The only matching vehicle was stripped. I have been to many U-Pull places. I'm unimpressed.
