Everything was great—they certainly have everything well organized. The only issue was that even though I paid to enter, I couldn't find what I was looking for.
This place is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful. They got me out on the lot quickly.
Its all super organized and finding the vehicles I needed was a breeze. They have an online portal to track what models they have on the lot, super helpful, way better than some other lots that are just like: "meh, maybe we have one, idk, go look around the yard for an hour to check"
Brought all my treasure back to purchase, and they had me checked out in 5 minutes, prices are very fair.
Definitely coming back here for all my replacement parts.
I went there with my husband for some part. At the front you ask for the car you looking for; then they gave you a list of all the cars the have and the row they are at. They also sells used cars ( for that you have to call a guy they give you the information) At the end you pull the part you looking for pay for it and if doesn’t work you can bring it back for some credit to buy something different there.
3.00 to get in asked for help are you kidding. Then was told wheels off jeep grand Cherokee will fit a Cherokee so I removed them at row 20 aka bf Egypt and got them to pay. Ok don't fit do my $125. I got 33.00 back oh but now I have a store credit of 92.62 that maybe in 10 years I might use.I would say don't go there place has gone bad

I went for plastic timing cover for my Eclipse. they wanted 15$ !!! wow - for used filthy plastic + 3$ admission and I have to work myself to pull it apart in the sun. NO THANK YOU. I found this part NEW in eBay for 20$ + shipping.
I was also looking for fender liner, they want 15$ for this too !!!. for a very filthy piece of plastic I bought in the past for 3$ in other junk yard. with the admission 3$ and me working in the sun to pull it off. WOW. NO THANK YOU. Ill just order this part online.
They should get 0 stars if it was possible. I will never go back to this place.
The car I sold has engine problems, but drives. They came, picked up the car, and gave me a check. I went to the bank to cash the check, and the check is no good. I tried contacting U-Pull-&-Pay and was sent to a call center that kept hanging up on me. If you ever have to use these people, expect some kind of bullshit...
Great and kind people, willing to help and are understanding. An individual called Nelson was extremely insightful and helpful. Another was Lexi, who was kind and even handed out water! 10/10
Overcharging even though the sign says the price Is less.
Multiple signs for used tire says $21.99 clearly. Yet they continue to try to charge me $28.99

These guys prices are nuts. They have blanket pricing for everything. I went there yesterday to get fenders for a Ford ranger and they wanted $120 for them. Brand new they're only $140 shipped. I tried to talk with them about it and there was no wiggle room so I left it and spent time and money for no reason. The guy working the register pointed out two large green trash bins filled with parts of people refusing to pay their prices ..I'm like okay so the owner must like watching money walk out the door over a couple bucks. I would avoid this place if you have a regular car. Now if you own a Mercedes or BMW to pay $120 for two fenders wouldn't be bad but not for a ranger.
Best u-pull it I've ever seen! Organization is top knotch! Find the vehicle on the kiosk and your receipt tells you where the vehicle is, both foreign and domestic vehicles!

Place was super organized and they had everything. The staff was nice and helpful thank you Mindy and Max. They made the first time visit so welcoming. Will return and recommend to others.
I can't even tell you how great this place is. All the cars are neatly organized and mapped, and up off the ground. They have carts and wheelbarrows, outhouses, and I think engine stands even. If they don't have your car, just keep checking on the website. They get new (parts) cars all the time. Prices are waaaay cheaper than new, and a lot of parts are just not available new. It's like a DIY candy store.
I needed a wheel and tire for my Kia Soul, to use as a spare. I was helped by Brent, a U-Pull-It employee, who used an impact wrench to loosen the stubborn lug nuts. He was very helpful and friendly, as were the ladies at the entrance and exit. I didn't expect any help, but was pleasantly surprised. I was happy with my purchase.
Just sold my car and got them to pickup at my house and was such a great experience. Thomas was awesome and made it very easy to transfer information and take the car fast. He went above and beyond with customer service and cause of him I’ll definitely use u pull again soon.
Junkyard is fine. Customer service is disgusting called for 2 hours straight. Can't get customer service was disconnected 10 times the one time I was connected Woman was nice tried to transfer me directly to fort Myers was disconnected.Now I am still calling...
I needed parts for my work truck so I came here,. Yard is clean not very organized anymore like garden street was but still found what I needed to get my truck back on the road. Kind of pricey for a junkyard but better than paying new prices for what I needed. People at the register were helpful and respectful.
Total disappointment. 1/2day of my life absolutely WASTED! I left 90% of parts pulled after hearing price they wanted. Def NOT a good ol fashioned boneyard the Average Joe stretches his dollar at. Online pricelist is outdated! Do urself a favor, order from Ebay/ANYWHERE else. Might even save acupl bucks along with TONS of aggravation...
Hands down one of the best salvage yards I've ever seen. Well organized, well run, and reasonable pricing. Their website I quite accurate to the vehicles they have in stock. Highly recommend checking them out!
This is certainly the most clean and well organized U Pull I've been to. They did charge $1 for entrance, but when the yard looks like that, paying a buck is a pleasure. Staff was friendly, but I can't say anything about there prices as they didn't have the specific item I was looking for.
This is the most cleanest, friendliest, helpfulest place you can go and get any and everything you need. The area where the cars are placed is labeled like streets. The cars are all off the ground and easy to get to. If u need information the workers in front and back will help you to the best they can. They even have a golf cart the use to help the older people get to the area
