This company doesn’t follow Florida Law and uses their HOA contract and the HOA’s insurance to cover their illegal actions. Any Home Owner’s Association thinking of doing business with them should think twice. Furthermore, if this company were doing business legally and properly, they wouldn’t need to do business outside of their office on the sidewalk (as stated on their door), and they wouldn’t have to operate on a cash only basis. Bad business, illegal practices, and a legal liability to any HOA or apartment complex choosing to do business with them.
Stolen cars, horrible people and business. Taking cars called by anyone and everyone and demanding money to give it back, like ransom. Never known a tow company that lets any random person come to a random home and steal a car without talking to the property owners. They know what they're doing just read the reviews and check the responses. This place is a joke. They'll probably just delete this review like they do others. Sad to see the owners just don't care. Very Sketchy business.
Edit: The ABS Facebook page has things like "We make your cars disappear!" and is evident the ownership has operated in this callous way in justifying false information on laws or regulatory status of vehicles, just trying to take advantage of people and pretending they're doing as instructed by businesses, when that is sadly, not the case. Many people have had issues with property damage and theft due to this disregard for quality and morality of service. Using work arounds to dodge laws and taking money from innocent people to keep the business operational is distressing. It is evident they do not value any customers or, human beings, by the clear response of ridicule they use to demean others on any negative reviews. I urge everyone to view their Better Business Bureau website page. Thank you.
May be it was luck but I pull up to my apartment and see a guy searching my car. so I pull up on him asking why?so my tag was off the same day because I arranged for a next company to buy it off of me other the replace my alternator I just get a new one drop off 3 days before he too it.so I took the tag off witch was up to date. I first show him the tag in my car I was driving and I told him but he said for him to walk away I need to pay 75 I said but it’s not hook up so why? He was being defensive also look high so I said ok I’ll pay the 75 but I do not have cash he said I should go and pull it so I did very quickly because the people was to get it the day and I was thinking I getting 1500 for my car I can fix the issue with the company after. by the time I bring the cash and pulling to my home he pulling away with my car making sure to drive slow so I can see him drive to the gas’s station and park so I got out my car and took pic of his truck saying I’ll call the police, he did not want me to call so he them told me if I give him my money he will bring it back to my apartment. so after I give him the only cash I had in hand he told me he need 100 more to put it back at my apartment I told him no and he drop it off at the gas station and drive away so had to call a next company to put it back at the apartment. These people just drive around apartments to hustle off people and need to go get a real job. Because the fact of the matter I show him my tag that is up to date so he should never take it in the first place. Watch ur truck camera it will show u over and over I had my plate in my hand and it’s in the dmv system it is. I can understand if I never see him doing it but I did and I deserve all my cash back.
The owner of the company is extremely rude, was having side conversations talking shit about other customers while on the phone with me instead of helping me with my issue. She cussed me out for asking how much it would be to get my car out. Told me to show up with the police to get my car because I asked her why she was being rude. I have the whole interaction on recording an will be showing up to get my car with the police. See you soon :)

Company showed up today to recover property which is fine and saved me time coordinating with the finance company. The problem however is the agent not only dropped the motorcycle resulting in damage to the unit he also unloaded it after loading it once and proceeded to ride it up and down the street before reloading it and finally leaving. This was immediately reported to the finance company with the pictures and video and made clear that I am not going to be responsible for the damages to the vehicle.

You only get 1 star because THE OWNER EMPLOYEES seem to have more sense than the owner herself. I called to get an estimated amount to show up with ,and must’ve caught this lady on the wrong time. I have everything recorded for record with dash cam due to them now saying I must come with police to pick up a little ole car that I have been perfectly calm about being wrongfully towed for my apartment complex. The fact that towing companies that work for the police of fort myers is taunting to the public and is allowed is ridiculous. Can’t wait till we all meet in person today this should be fun must be a miserable life to find enjoyment in others inconveniences
This company towed my car from a guest lot and claimed I was taking two spaces. They charged me 240$ to get it back. They provided no proof. They are predatory and this was an easy money grab. There are not even signs posted. I had to call the police to find who towed it.
Predatory company. Spend all their time driving around apartment complexes looking for vehicles to target. Rude and unprofessional. Also, only accepts cash payments ‼ That's a huge red flag. They claim to be working with leasing offices. When discussed with leasing they have no knowledge of any such agreement. Be very leary of these guys

The lady in the front desk was very nice & helpful I understand they are just doing their job so I gave respect and I got respect right back. Shoutout to this company! I do understand how hard it is to run this type of business so I appreciate how kind they were to me considering they probably deal with a lot of crappy customers.
Although they did tow my car, the ladies in the office were very friendly and answered all my questions patiently. Very helpful and was an easy process to get my vehicle back.

While I was out of town the tags were stolen off of my car and a police report was filed. My car was towed out of my apartment complex despite my ability to change that. When I called the tow complex the desk lady told me that if I did not return early from my trip that I would not be the rightful owner of my car. She then said that every day I was gone would be more expensive to keep my car there. I understood that there was policy that in normal circumstances would make sense to charge for but asked, considering the circumstances if there was anything they could to to help me and the desk lady told me I needed to educate myself on Florida state statue and hung up on me because “she had other calls to take” and then did not pick up my following calls. I’m currently out of town with no idea what do to all because someone else stole the plates off of my car(which is not the fault of the tow company) but very much so in the dark because the lady behind the desk decided to forget that the people over the phone are people as-well and have their own individual circumstances that are out of their control.
I had an excellent day stopping in at abs today as always the owner was very courteous and cordial and very professional. I will always be willing to work with their company
Tow Companies often receive a bad rap, but my experience today tells otherwise. While I take responsibility for the initial mistake, their team demonstrated exceptional customer service and left me satisfied. I appreciate their dedication and hope to not require their expertise in the future, but if necessary, they would be my go-to choice. Rhonda is extremely nice. Just great people with a difficult job
They mishandled my property, leaving my belongings in a vehicle that was sent from Fort Myers to Tampa. I understand that mistakes happen, but I’m leaving this review because they did not apologize or take accountability, or acknowledge this as their mistake. They said they couldn’t get into my trunk without a key, trying to blame it on me, but they sure got into the vehicle anyway, and there is a trunk open button In the vehicle as well as every other vehicle I know of.

I had a very positive experience with ABS. They were extremely accommodating given my unique situation and went well above and beyond what they needed to in order to make sure I not only got my car back but was advised on how to avoid being towed in the future. They even gave my battery a jump to make sure I could get to a storage location after the fact.
No one wants to wake up to see their car has been towed, but if it had to happen, I'm glad they were the ones to do it.

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the services here. The staff colludes with local security guards to tow cars, even those with parking permits, and then demand exorbitant fees without providing receipts. Despite having a valid permit, my car has been towed multiple times. When I try to address this, I'm treated poorly and faced with unjust cash demands. Additionally, there's a concerning issue with the office staff who worryingly asks not to be sued, suggesting awareness of their wrongful practices. This place not only demonstrates discriminatory behavior but also handles vehicles carelessly. Moreover, I've had alarming encounters with a tow truck driver who resorted to threatening me with a taser when I merely tried to show my parking permit. This entire experience has been deeply troubling. THIS BUSINESS DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!

These guys are great! Of course, I was the one wanting a boat repossessed, not the person missing payments. They checked all of my paperwork to ensure all was in order and legal. Once the day hit that the boat was ready for repo, they did it within a couple of hours. Very efficient, and I did not have to deal with any legal issues of going on to someone’s property, and I avoided any conflict that could have gotten me sued. I was allowed to inspect the boat the same day, and I picked it up the following day. If you miss payments, call the person holding the note and work out a SPECIFIC payment plan with a SPECIFIC day. If you don’t, you’ll get repossessed. You do not need a warning. A contract is a contract. Be an adult and pay up on time, and communicate any problems with the note holder. If you are a note holder, and you are having trouble collecting payments, stop wasting precious time. Repo it as soon as you are legally able to do so. Your property will get destroyed if you don’t (mine was leaning that way), and don’t do it yourself. It is worth the fee for the experts to handle it. Call these guys.

I had a bad experience with this company, a rude woman humiliated me and said that I cannot take my own personal things from my son's van, which I drive, such as: check and personal work tools, how am I going to work to support my family?? there are more than $3,000.00 worth of tools, why don't they want to give it back to me??, they said I need to make an appointment to get my things. Like this? What the bank needs is the car, what's inside is mine, give it back to me!
As a young individual struggling in South Florida, with the dramatic increased cost of living, I was a victim of repossession. And I use the word victim lightly because it is no one‘s fault, but my own. This company did their job. Sandy was extremely respectful and professional, did nothing but calm me down and lay everything out for me, and as a matter of fact, made me more than comfortable enough to work with them to get my vehicle back. I was rude and disrespectful and expected to be treated the exact same but in return I got nothing but respect as people in my situation typically don’t handle the situation the best. But this company handles their end, professionally and respectfully. If you walk in with a respectful attitude, expect to be treated with nothing but respect. Everyone on here with negative reviews can’t admit to their own faults and have to be mad at somebody else so they choose the tow company who’s doing nothing but their job. And good one at that!
What a mess of company. I had my car repossessed with all my personal possessions including 1850 in cash to pay my rent, and they SOLD 1000, and have the nerve to belittle me, wow. I will be making a police report and filing a law suit action for discrimination. You guys should here how they talk to me and my husband like we are the thief. All know my moral character I would not blame in vain.

I parked in my parking space . Just a little over the white line due to the car next to me parking so close to my white line. I wake up and my car is gone.
They're supposed to give you a warning but they just towed my car. But didn't do anything to the car next to mine. The lady in the office was being a total B!
I wouldn't call or recommend this business for anything.
