Will sell you the WRONG and OVERPRICED parts and will not exchange them or try to give you a refund upon trying to return the parts. They just tell you “sorry”.
I found the most beautiful door for my 1990 Toyota pickup thanks to this business and LeighAnn. She was wonderful informing me about what was available and at a great price! It was a long drive from Tarpon Springs but it was so worth it! Check them out-hopefully they’ll have what you need.
They had a hard to find pcm for an old saturn I've been working on, it wasn't expensive, both of the ladies I talked to were kind and the pcm works perfectly. Thanks again!
I was needing a pcm & wiring harness.The reviews made me think about not purchasing but I did. I had 0 issues with Leigh Ann she is honestly kind and attentive answered all my questions parts arrived in great shape with proper packaging.
Sold me a motor that was locked up and was hateful as could be when I called to see about the warranty. They warranty it if I can get it running and it locks up but I guess if it’s already locked up it’s on me. By far worst experience I’ve ever had with a business.
Very courteous, willing to ship a part to me several states away, part was exactly what I requested, neat & clean. worked perfectly!

This place don't want to succeed. They played the game of Bait and Switch with me. They had a listing for a part that was $48.98. I clicked on send me a quote. I got a quote for 48.98. I call to pay and arrange shipping. 5 calls later I'm told the part is a $150 dollars+ 30 shipping. I was nice to the Lady. I tried to explain it is against Federal Trade Law that she was using the tactic of Bait and Switch. Advertise an item for a low price and raise the price once your purchasing the item. She said this is America and i can do what I want. Well you sure can! And So can I! I do not recommend anyone doing business with this shady outfit. Below is the screen shots of the item listed. and the quote I got back. Slander is when your trying to smear someone with lies. the Proof is in the listing and Quote. Dishonest people. Rude when called out about it. I recommend all stay clear of this business. It obviously does not have any Moral compass. definition of Moral Compass = used in reference to a person's ability to judge what is right and wrong and act accordingly.

I seen alot of complaints but I have never been done wrong by Landress. I honestly find the staff very delightful. We have been lucky in being able to get many things we needed at a wonderful price.
Helped us get a non rusty part for a pickup truck. Was as described and shipped up north for us within a week. Great people don't see why so many bad reviews. Live in Illinois had a great experience. Respect goes a long way!
I recently purchased two tire trims for my truck from landress. Leanne was happy to sell them to me. I was replacing a bent rim and ask her if I could return them if they were bent also. She stated that she had more in stock and there wouldn't be a problem if they were also bent. I had the tire store put them on my tires and then drove them for a week. I noticed my truck was still shaking so I took them back to the tire place. They stated that the two trims were indeed bent also. I called Leanne expecting her to honor her word and exchange them for good ones. She immediately became very rude and condescending to me and stated they had no road hazard since I had driven on them. I ask to speak with someone with more authority. She would not give me a name and told me to call back and speak with someone else whom was not the owner or the manager. I'm giving up on landress and want to warn everyone not to do business with these people.
Leighann at the front desk needs to be FIRED!!! We spent over 1,000 into a axle that was broke to begin with and they wouldn’t except a return or exchange it atleast! The lady made it out like My husband broke it his self and she said she couldn’t help us . This place is definitely not the place to go to guys!
This lady leighann at the front desk is a horrid person to deal with and has no customer service skills.she is an avid lier and intentionally don't tell you the whole story.thats same as stealing. I paid up front 450 for a rearend that not only was not the one she said it was.and was three days late ,but was complete garbage and worse that the worn out one I had. No refund no swap no nothing and was ugly to my female friend who picked it up. I add that she was all sweet and nice till she got my money then she didn't care anymore because she knew that was the end of that transaction. She told me that her guys (whoever they are)checked the rearend out and it was good which turned out to be a lie.i should have read these reciews before and maybe the next person will . A family owned business it may be but to me it's more like a chop shop and the whole bunch should be arrested for fraud and stealing. Beware of this business on all parts you have to pay in advance or wait for any length of timeand Beware of this leighann who is a terrible business and even worse customer service person. After reading these reviews I think it's clear that they pick and choose who they treat rudely and the locals they know are the ones who give them good reviews. People everywhere in Geneva counnty have nothing good to say about this lady and this business.
The receptionist that answered the phone is very and was very rude and disrespectful. She said the part for my wife's car would be ready for pick up Monday Morning and we get all the way there and the part was never pulled. The receptionist flipped an attitude with me over the phone. And I personally think if she can't do her job rite then she needs to find a new job.

So I bought an engine from Landress Auto Wrecking. After purchasing the engine no shop would not install the engine due to prior dealings with Landress. After finally begging a certified mechanic to install so we don't void the warranty. (Keep in mind I'm no mechanic) so the mechanic calls me and tells me he installed the engine and it wouldn't crank so he removed the engine and did diagnostic on the engine to solve the problem. Come to find out the engine had a hard spot like it had spun a barring is what the mechanic told me. It's like speaking so Spanish. So I immediately call and ask to speak to Luanne that works for landress with the mechanic on 3 way.
Me: hey Mrs. Luanne i have the mechanic on the line and he ca......
After rudely interrupting me she proceeds to say..
"If you dnt have an invoice number then I dnt need to talk to anyone until you do"
Keep in mind I'm a business owner myself and I can pull up every invoice from 2014 up by search key of anyone of my customers name in a matter of seconds.
If anyone knows me knows I'm try to carry myself very respectable at all times and the thing that pisses me off more than anything is someone trying to get over on someone else. $800 dosnt make or break me but I would hate for any of you guys to give your hard earn money to a company of such bad integrity!!
I have always been happy with the service and quality of parts. Leigh Anne has been a joy to work with for the past 16 yrs. I myself have been a Master Auto and Heavy Truck Tech for 30 yrs so this review may carry a little more weight than some.
Awful! These people told my husband they had his part, and the price. I walk in to purchase the item and the receptionist tells me she forgot to call my husband back to tell him otherwise! Completely inconvenient; also horrible professionalism!
I have ALWAYS gotten good results from them. Helpful and courteous staff. If they don't have the right part, they try to order it, or help you find a place to find the part for you or steer you in the right direction to find the part.
I spoke to two women and they were both rude! I tried to be so nice to them and they just hurt my feelings even more. Even refused to sell me the part I needed because they wanted to save it just in case a local customer wanted to purchase it. I need it now and they rather NOT sell it to me and save it JUST IN CASE someone who lives in their area needs it. Was willing to drive 4 hours and pick it up, but they refused.....weird. These women need to learn business, and people skills.
Isn't weird most of the reviews mention about one lady in a bad way over and over again? Worst customer ever! If you keep hearing bad things about Ms. Leigh Ann, it is not just coincident She is know for being rude and not being helpful. It's bad whenever they were the one telling us they wanted to business with us and my first try I got told by Ms. Leigh that I can just go somewhere else.
Great parts at a great price. Love dealing with Ms. Leann, she is very knowledgeable and professional. Super fast finding and delivery of A+ parts with customer service being their first priority. GREAT JOB L.A.W.
