Gotta say I don’t think I’ve had a better experience at a parts store ever in my life, had a lot of issues finding a part for my car and Alvin went out of his way for over an hour looking for the part with me until we found it, finally got my car fixed thanks to this man and I would definitely recommend people come here if they’re having a hard time with their vehicle because he will pull through and help, 5 star service

Perhaps the best automotive retailer in all of Tampa! This location consistently gets me in and out with the exact part I need in just minutes! Fast and friendly customer service even during peak hours! If I were retired, I would definitely consider working for management here, they are doing something right!
Honestly I had nothing but a great experience here at this O'Reilly's. Seems like the management has everything going in the right direction. Employers were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job finding the parts for me!

I came in early to replace a fuse for my car’s dark dashboard and was impressed that O’Reilly opens at 7:30am. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I brought my car’s manual and mentioned “Fuse 69,” and within seconds they found the exact part I needed. The whole process took less than 2 minutes, and I was able to fix the issue right away. Great service and a smooth experience!
There were 2 guys by the name daniel and Lenny that were very sufficient in gathering details for every concern and I walked out with emotions and heart felt intelligent and will be back to visit. these type of gentleman is what bring the environment and community together. We really worked hard and efficiently as a job well done. I'll be back again.

This is the only O’Reillys in Tampa that I will shop with! The customer service is phenomenal. Alvin and Ruby are some of the best workers I have ever dealt with at any establishment. I am grateful to have went into O’Reillys and was provided with the customer service that those two provided to me overall I love O’Reillys I would not choose any other Auto parts store
I visited Oreillys on Bush and my visit at O’Reilly was super pleasant! From the time I walked the cashier was so warm and friendly and welcoming. I felt like I knew her already. I explained that my passengers headlight went out and that I recently purchased the headlights from there some months ago. She assured it was covered under warranty . She had Alvin assist me with the rest of the way. Alvin went over and beyond to assist me with fixing the issue. He did an amazing job!
Mani,, always provides good service every time I go he looks for a way to solve the problem 100%, he takes his time so that the client is satisfied he always looks for a way to make one feel comfortable, he is a wonderful worker for that establishment and for our community

The store is clean and well lit. The inventory levels are just right because they always have a products and parts we need. Terry is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; always has a good recommendation and advice. Zach is also very helpful.
A great place to shop when you need something for your valued family member on all four wheels. I care for my car aka family member and this location never seems to disappoint. Especially mr.terry he helped me well enough to give me a great customer service representation of the company need more please like him.
Best auto-parts store in the greater Temple Terrace area. I've been to all the others and the best people and service is here. It's either my first stop or my last stop when searching for something specific, but usually both!
So I had a bearing explode on my boat trailer, I brought the entire hub to oreillys and got the best service ever. Joe, Joel, mark, and Mike got me all the tools I need, was able to get a rounded off lug nut off for me and was a great help, by far the best experience I’ve had at any auto parts store. Thanks guys.
Really friendly and accommodating staff, good selection of products for most common vehicles, and most other parts can be special ordered. The only issue I have is that their automated system for searching for the right part for your vehicle, can really be a hit or miss.
Went in for a wiper blade and didn’t know the trick on changing it so I asked the associate if he knew and he came outside and tried to change the wiper blade but unfortunately it broke and he told me he would go and get a new arm at the dealer and to meet him back there in a couple hours. He got the new arm and everything is all good now!
Joe was great happy yesterday ! He was quick and he help us fine exactly what we need and told us the price different with the different item . Will be coming to you guys for all our car needs from now on
I needed new wiper blades. I walked in the store and was greeted by Joel. He asked if I needed any assistance. I told him what I needed, and he asked what budget I was working with. I told him and he found what I needed, did the installation, and I was out 10 minutes. Very happy with Joel and his professionalism! Thank you very much!
They have signs that state customers must wear a mask; however, I have been there twice and the employees refuse to wear masks. The first time the manager stopped me in the parking lot, and told me everyone who worked there would be wearing a mask next time I came back. I thanked him and said I would return. My next time back, the guy at the counter has no mask. Hopeless.
