The truck tailgate that I saw online was exactly the part that they had waiting for me at their yard, in perfect condition, and once I paid for it they had it ready to load in my vehicle within five minutes. The folks In the office were friendly, courteous, and professional… Overall, a very good experience, and I would buy from them again.
Called the day before to see if they had a door, guy tells me yes and to come in to look at it. I drive almost 2hrs only to get there and to be told "hold on they are looking for door". STOOD waiting for an hr to be told nothing...i walk out and ask 1 of the workers if they found the door and guess what no door... wasted time and money coming here service definitely was poor!!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called at 8am from Sarasota fl to ensure the part (door) was available. The guy at the office confirmed it was. I explained I will be heading that way to pickup and even offer to pay over the phone. After a 1 1/2 hour drive and 50 dollars worth of gas I made it to the office. I advise immediately I had called and what I was there to purchase. The guy in the counter acknowledged me. Said thank you and sat down. I waited for one hour and eight minutes. I inquired about the status once and was told there a lot of orders. The guy helped about 12 clients who are regulars and needed their parts right away.
After waiting I got up told them I didn’t want the door no longer both guys in the office looked at me and kept working on the phone.

This is the worst autopart store. I called and spoke to Valentina to order a part. She told me she had the part and would have it ready for me. After driving 2 hours away, she said she did not have the part. What type of business is this? I don't have time to drive 2 hours for a part, let alone after I get there; you don't have it. Let's make it make sense—one star for unprofessionalism.
Got two parts off of a Chrysler 300. One of the parts was a running board. The guy who removed it did it very carelessly and ripped it off causing all of the clips to break off. Due to this I am not able to correctly mount this part on to my car and cannot buy replacement clips because they do not sell them. Got stuck with the “now” useless part anyways because they have a rule where “if u have us take a part off then there is no refunds or returns” I now understand why this is a thing there because I’m almost positive this isn’t the first time someone received a part that was taken off of a car carelessly and not able o use it for there own vehicle.
I was trying to find a difficult to find part for my 04 Excursion Limited. I spoke to Valentina and she had the clock spring pulled so we could check numbers , sent me pics and it was the exact one. Although they do not ship I had a relative in the area on vacation who will pick it up for me. Thank you Valentina.
Mike and his whole team provides excellent service and is very professional. Also they responded very quickly and offered a more than fair price. I just had back surgery and they were more than patient with me. Also wish to thank Miss Valentina and Mr. Carlos. They are a professional scam
I bought a ABS unit ,I install in the car and don't work ,I call back next day and the guy at the phone say As Is ,no credit at least o exchange
They charge me 280 $
On the back side of the invoice I find the term of sale and warranty information
When I read it I understand that they are a professional scammer
The people at the phone never say anything about the not warranty ,the warranty disclaimer is on back side of the invoice that mind nobody read that untill the payment is made
I do not recommend this place
Great service, fast, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. Although there's no warranty on electrical parts. They meticulously removed my part. I got it home installed it and it works flawlessly.

We came all the way from Orlando to pick up a tailgate it was well worth the trip pricing was very fair and the people were very kind and helpful if ever I need anything for my vehicle again I will try them first it was a pleasure doing business with them
I need the part for Chevy Van Express 1500. Found it in Marketplace on Facebook. Asked for verification from the shop. Franco replied that they don't have original but have the same part from another vehicle and will sell it for $120.00. Also, they have a steering wheel for $60, which I also need. They gave me an address in Tampa. I told Franco that we are driving from Lehigh Acres and it is 2 hours drive each way. He confirmed the parts are available. I spent 4 hours driving to the shop from Lehigh Acres and back. I spent $140 on gas. I showed you the photo. They confirmed that you have the part. I spent an hour waiting for you to produce the part. Eventually we were told that the photo was done when the vehicle was just received. And since that time the photo was not updated and the part is no longer available. They can sell us the steering wheel only with airbag (which I don't need) and the price will be $560!!! The airbag was not mentioned before. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS!!! I believe it will be fair for "Solutions" to reimburse me for $140.00 that I spent on gas.
Pretty bad service. They only sell things as sets and want RETAIL PRICES like it would be with shipping on eBay. Rude guy didn’t even want to negotiate at all. Would go somewhere else for sure. If I wanted to pay retail, I would just order things on eBay I would I need to come to your location? I asked for a few plastic things that were in poor condition and dirty and the guy wanted 160 bucks for them. Good luck.
The worst!!!! Be very careful with this place! They tell you they have your car part and after driving from another county far away when I get there they don’t have the part!!!!! I waisted my time and money!!!! I don’t recommend this place at all! To replay to the message they will tell you a lie! I spoke to someone before going a week before and even the same day earlier in the morning that I was on my way to get it!!!!! NOBODY TOLD ME TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT! I’m telling you this place will lie lie after lie. After getting there they didn’t have the transmission out they want it me to wait and said in 30min another lie ! Now saying in the comments after 2hours SMH! I’m telling you this place will waist your time!!!!!!!!
