Phenomenal experience I called many used auto parts store all rude but this one was helpful they had the part I needed some sidekirts at a reasonable price great place
Called for a fender and told them I was looking for a fender with no dents the paint I wasn’t concerned with. They told me that they would have the people pull defender off and call me later that day to come and pick it up. I didn’t receive a call so I called the following morning seeing how I would be driving from Orlando to get the fender because it was hard for me to find one I needed to make sure they had it pulled off the guy who answered the phone was very rude. Cut me off and didn’t let me finish speaking as I was on my way to go check myself as I work in Tampa anyway They called me and told me that it was off and that there was no dents or nothing wrong with it other then sunburned paint.Almost a 2 Hour Drive later I arrived to find a fender that had the metal separating from it and more than three medium dents. It was in atrocious condition and they still wanted $85 for it when I told them I wasn’t interested. They tried to tell me That it wasn’t that bad and I should just buy it. It is an absolute crap hole.
I had an issue finding used parts for my 05 sequoia, I was directed to this place by a salvage yard near me. I called them and asked if they had the part, I received the best customer service you can ask for. The place is an hour drive from me, but instead of driving there, the part was packaged and shipped to me proffesionaly, they went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for used parts. Thank you Steve for outstanding service.

Worked with Hassan on getting car ready for inspection having rebuilt title. This morning was the best experience at Japanese & European Used Auto Parts. I purchased a rear bumper and having called earlier the part was ready upon arrival. I have purposely driven a couple times from Orlando to purchase from Japanese & European Used Auto Parts and it was worth the trip. Listen when you can find someone that immediately knows the parts and definitively knows their inventory, make the drive! They have a large selection of Japanese and European parts, therefore highly recommend this business. Their staff is professional in person and on the phone, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Also if a spare part for any reason doesn’t fit in your car or is the wrong one, not matters who’s fault is, they TAKE 25% OF YOUR MONEY OUT when returning, so you lose your money,
I bought spindle knuckles for my 3rd gen Honda CRV and they came with working ABS sensors, wheel hubs, and bearings. One even had a decent rotor on it and they were both well priced!
The best thing about these guys is that they are totally honest. And they really know what they’re doing. They also get the work done quickly. They communicate well so that you know what to expect I would highly recommend them and have to my friends and family.

I called on Thursday to order a cylinder head. I was assured there were multiple available and in good condition. The sales rep even sent me photos of the product. I asked if he could offer a better price since they were charging a premium and my drive would be an hour each way. He declined and said the product was very nice. I drove down the next morning and arrived to see all the valves were bent and the head was trashed. I wasted two hours of my time and money here. Very poor business.
My son has a 2001 Honda Prelude. When he had a minor accident, the rims on one side were ruined. We looked everywhere for replacements and FINALLY got the referral for this place. It is easy to find. The gentlemen who helped us were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the price for the rims reasonable.
Extremely well stocked. It appeared to have the most inventory available in one location, in all of South Florida. The staff was very knowledgeable. The prices were the lowest I have seen. They were selling single items to larger orders. I was very impressed with how I was treated They definitely get my business again.

DEEZ NUTZ!!! I called ahead for parts. Rep advised parts available & gave prices. Specifically asked if parts pulled already..... ' they sure are. I'll hold them for you!' GAVE HIM MY NAME TOO! Needless to say I drove 20+ miles the next morning only to be told they not only had to order them... they also cost more!!!! After giving the guy's name whom I spoke to, they proceeded to apologize that I must have misunderstood (the conversation they claimed not to know about previously)........ And it turned out great as I spent 15 minutes at LKQ to get the SAME parts and 4more for $50 less (all together) than with these jokers!!! So as I said...DEEZ NUUUTZ!!!

I have never encountered more helpful or attentive customer service. Steve Sholeh, specifically, made my purchase experience easygoing, and I cannot thank him enough. My wife was satisfied, and gentlemen, we all a happy wife makes a happy life.
These guys are a bunch of idiots with no sales experience whatsoever. I called for an owners manual and speaker covers for a Toyota Camry and the guy said to come check myself because he didn't want to waste his time looking. I actually couldn't believe he actually told me that. These guys are bad for business.
The guy that helped me was very friendly and respectful. I called on a Friday for a replacement door with a price for another salvage yard and he matched the price. Monday I drove down and he had one of the guys get the door for me. He informed me right away when he found out the door had some minor issues and offered to show me another one they had in stock. He reduced the price for the minor issues and I walked out with my door.

Gentleman on the phone was very rude not friendly, no greeting, very short! The prices that were quoted were outrageous!!! Definitely over priced especially when many parts come from damaged cars that they purchase. Take the parts off the cars fix if needed to be fixed then sold at an unreasonable price!!! I don't recommend this place for parts. Cheaper to by them online or Craigslist even pick a part!!! I would not even give them a star!
Just spoke with one of their employees on the phone, and was just extremely rude, if I ask for help, I think it's obvious that I'm asking for a reason, by the way I've been a customer before years ago and was never treated this way, maybe the guy who spoke to me doesn't know that if he has no customers he probably won't have a job. He should work on treating the people who pay his bills alittle better.
Sold motor to me, 38 days later motor was bad. Called for some assistance and was told they only offer 30 day warranty. Offered to sell another motor at same price to me. I buy a lot of motors from other suppliers and will continue to buy from them. NOT FROM SOMEONE WHO WONT BACK UP THERE STUFF! Stay away!!!
They gave me one price but said if the part matches my car that they will have to charge me more. The part did not match but I have never heard any BS like that. Not to mention that I paid 133 and the part in the correct color was being sold on Ebay for 119, however I did not check until after I bought and installed the part across the street.
Place is a junk yard people...its gonna be dirty. As for the customer service, it was pretty busy in there . They're taking phone calls as well as people coming in. Went in for a part, they had to pull it, and was out the door within 20 minutes. It wasn't that bad.
