My car broke down on the way to getting it serviced and I requested a roadside assistance in and Danny was not too far from where I was located and he was about five minutes away and came and hooked up my car and took it to the dealer. I’m extremely grateful for Florida Tow and their fast response to this urgent matter. Highly recommend these guys.
Andrew was AWESOME! I called to ask for an ETA, and he was very specific—he promised to call when he was 20 minutes out, and he did . That gave me plenty of time to get to the truck.
When he arrived, he introduced himself and clearly explained what he was going to do. He then followed me back home and parked the truck perfectly in the parking spot.
What truly meant the most to me was how he interacted with my elderly father. My dad speaks broken English, and Andrew spoke with him patiently, without hesitation and without rushing him at all. That kindness and respect were absolutely priceless to me.
Danny was so fast to respond, polite, and helpful. He easily dealt with my car in a tight spot and was unbothered at having to do extra work for my car because it couldn’t be put into neutral. Highly recommend this towing service.

Wonderful experience with the towing team! Ryan was very communicative, arrived on time and did the job wonderfully. I had forgot to pull my windows on the car and he did that for me after the car was towed.

I was absolutely astounded how Ryan scheduled my tow request SO RAPIDLY! I was equally shocked to quickly here from driver Jared how quickly he communicated to me how he was already en route to pick up my disabled vehicle just minutes after Ryan scheduled the tow. Jared took the time to carefully consider where to pick my vehicle up from and how exactly it need ti be shipped and dropped off at my home driveway. AND he executed it PERFECTLY with images to share for proof. He was also able to process the billing for the service over the phone with no issues. These guys ARE THE BEST! I will be going to them for all my future towing needs.

MANUEL IS MY HERO! Thank you FL Tow LLC!! I had to get my vintage VW towed to the other side of town and NOT ONE company in Pinellas felt they could handle this job…ALL declined this service request! Not #FLTowLLC in Tampa! Manuel communicated with me as soon as he was dispatched and walked me through what he was doing after he asked me a couple questions about the vehicle. He was very positive and professional. Promised me he would do his best. He assured me he would take care of me. Oh, and most importantly- Manuel listened to me and I felt heard. He did not disappoint and I am beyond grateful!! Great guy with STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Highly recommend THIS TEAM for any future tows you can’t leave to incompetent wrecker services. My new “go-to” team going forward!
