Very impressed with the quality of customer service. Adriane is extremely friendly and helpful. And we were impressed with their level of organization for a junk yard. We have gone to other yards that really do not know what they have and it is very hit or miss on what we were looking for!
Where to begin...I stopped in desperate to find a rim for a 2004 toyota sienna, and not only was I greeted with a smile and patience, because I needed time to confirm my decision, but a sense of urgency when getting the part I needed. That was a horrible experience. I need an ignition switch for a Honda Accord. They sold me a faulty switch and then charged me a 25% restocking fee due to their error. Please beware they will take your hard earned money for attempting to use their salvage yard. Great job Bee used auto parts.

Best service ever! They had thee body parts I needed that matched the color of my vehicle pulled and ready for me to pick up. They even loaded them into the truck for me! Prices were perfect for the hood and two fenders I bought. Highly recommended I will be using them from now on when I need something for any of my vehicles. 5 stars isn’t even enough for the rating they were absolutely AMAZING!!
Called to ask about a specific part, they found it and even texted pictures of it so I could confirm it was the right one. I wasn’t able to pick up the part the same day, but when i went in the following day, it was still waiting on the desk. Incredibly nice people, very helpful and very prompt. Definitely will be coming here again, there’s a few other parts I know I’ll be needing soon!

Went in to today to pickup parts for my 2006 honda element was greeted with great customer service great inventory selection and even better pricing as well as pehonomal customer service team who quickly got me in and out with my used parts
Called this morning, spoke with Adrianne. She had all the parts I needed. Sent pictures and prices in a timely manner.Told her I was coming from 1 1/2hrs away. When I got there everything was pulled waiting for me. Ordered another part after arriving, it was pulled within 5mins. 20mins after I left Adrianne called me to tell me I dropped $60. I had no idea, she could have easily kept it. Great customer service, and integrity. Definitely will be my first call when I need parts. 10/10!!!!

Not worth ur time. They say they are open and I called 6 times and no answer. Also tried their chat with us section and no response but, they say response time with in 5 min. I waited an over an hour with no response. I gave up. So spend ur money elsewhere. They don’t want it obviously!!!!!

I love this shop. I needed a passenger side mirror for my Altima and they sent me a bunch of pictures of it via text. The mirror works perfect. If you have to make a decision between any other shops. I would have you choose this one every time. Everybody that works here are wonderful!
We own a automotive repair and bodyshop, we purchased parts , the representative Adriana was very pleasant and helpful and gave us a fair price. She even sent a video of the car running and moving before the transmission was pulled. Thanks that type of service is hard to find in this industry , give them a try.
Best service I ever received! Great people from the ladies up front all the way to the gentlemen in the back... I appreciate them all! And service over the phone was so great, I drove 2 and 1/2 one way to get the seats for my truck tbsp were needed even though I had other options closer to home!
