I have had to use H & Y Towing and Transport twice this weekend and both times they were prompt and provided courteous service. I appreciate them helping me out, and remembering me! Prices were fair and overall great experience!

Affordable (not cheap because nothing is folks), professional and got the job done.

First of all, they answered their phone! So important if you want to generate business. Secondly, their price was very fair. And last but certainly not least, their service was prompt and excellent! They even sent me a picture once the car got to its destination. I'm adding them to my phone contacts so if I or anyone else needs a recommendation, I will, without hesitation give them this business as a reference. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews but H & Y towing was a massive help. Arrived quickly and charged a very fair price for 23miles. They took my car to a dealership after it broke down and helped hand the keys in saving me time and money. Once they delivered the car to the dealership they sent me a confirmation photo and then you pay!

Used them this morning. My F150 broke down on 75 around 6:30. Called around and they were the only ones to answer. By 8:30 my truck was back at home. Fast and great service. Would definitely recommend them for your towing needs. The guy that helped us was Mr. Briceno he was very nice and responded quickly. Also would add that it didn’t cost an arm and a leg the price was very reasonable. Thank you for coming to the rescue!

I can’t saw enough how helpful And professional and competent this company is. My BMW completely died at a car wash. The car wash mgmt was kind enough to call a tow service and before I could even speak with AAA, H&Y called me, said they’d be there in 30 min even though rush hour was starting in Tampa. They treated my car like their own, put it on Dollie’s as it was basically dead, and got it to the dealership quickly. Once there, he sought out my normal Service advisor and got him On The phone with me to ensure a professional Handoff was accomplished. While you never “want” to need a towing service, I now have one that I can trust and will ALWAYS call before AAA. Thank you!

I have used H & Y Towing more than once. The professionalism and care provided is top-tier. This man takes pride in his work and it shows. He went out of his way to help me when I was in a pinch, when he easily could have said "no". He arrived on time and charged me exactly what I was quoted. He has a customer for life!

Had one of our work vans get a flat tire on the way to a job site and was in an unsafe area to repair it. They responded quickly to tow us to safety and get it swapped. Then discovered the spare was bad. They then not only offered to tow us but found us a reasonable tire shop. Have added them to our list of preferred service providers and would confidently refer them to anyone!

On the way to a job site one of our fleet vehicles caught a flat tire. There was no way to change the tire safely due to the slope of the road and weight of the van. Hilarion came out within 30mins and assisted our crew and got them to a tire repair shop as there was also an issue with the spare on the vehicle. He was kind and helpful and made sure our crew was taken care of. Highly recommend H & Y Towing! Top-notch company!

I am very happy with their services. I used them to tow my toolbox from my old employer to my garage at home, they were on time as promised. They also were very clear about pricing with no hidden fees. The technician was very helpful and made the transition nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend and use their services again. As a mobile mechanic I appreciate good honest service.

Literal guardian angel. We were stuck on the side of the road after our tire blew out and went completely flat, not knowing what we were going to do… this gentleman came to our window asking if we needed help. We found out that he is with this family business, he was very thorough and helped us tremendously. He changed our tire but went the extra mile by putting our spare tire on the back and the back tire on the front because we still had a ways to go. He then checked our tire pressure and put air in our tires to make sure that we would safely reach our destination. I would give 6 stars if I could, if you’re ever stranded call their number. Amazing service, and he did a great job!! Thank you!!!

I am not usually one to write bad reviews, but the situation that occurred with the owner of this company was so appalling and crooked that I have no choice. A tow truck driver came over into my lane on i75 S. I tried my best to avoid, but the truck ended up scraping and denting my car. The driver did apologize and tried to push the dent back out but the damages were apparent. This was my very first car incident so I wasn’t sure what to do. I knew information had to be exchanged, so when I asked him to provide his, he put in his name and phone number into my phone. I told him I was also taking a picture of his license plate and he then asked to fix his phone number in my phone… he proceeds to enter in a completely new name (Hilarion) and number. It’s obvious he was originally going to try and avoid giving out real info. I feel the owner of a tow truck company should know what to do in these instances and not take advantage of a young girl who openly told him I had no idea what to do (lesson learned). I tried calling later that evening to get his insurance information after being advised on what I should have gotten from him during the incident. He claimed he didn’t have it on him and he would call back later, which he never did. He also then claimed that his truck was damaged too, and that it was my fault. I feel SO taken advantaged of and my interaction with Hilarion reminds me that people exist out there who are un honest and deceitful.

Today my van broke down in the middle of 301 in the middle of the day. H&Y towing came to the rescue very quickly and were very reassuring. They towed, they fixed and they kept me updated patiently through the whole process. The price was reasonable and very fair. The customer service is above and beyond. We are very thankful and will be using their service and recommending them to everyone we know to save their information in case of an emergency like we had today.

Hilarion came highly recommended by Express oil change & tire engineers when we found ourselves needing last minute towing . We are so glad we called him . He came to us within the hour & honored our military discount . Polite , professional & respectful. Will definitely recommend and use for our needs in the future. Mr Lian was very understanding and professional with my request to have this car towed into the driveway spot seen in the photo. I damaged my key and was unable to put the car in neutral or turn the wheel in a way to position it how I wanted. He was careful, precise, and knew exactly how to handle this uphill request without any damage to my driveway or vehicle. Response time was fast, customer service on the phone was friendly and left me feeling like my business was important and taken care of. You’ll be in good hands with this company for your towing needs.

The experience was perfect, he came on time, the price wasn't outrageous, he didn't have a problem where it was located, he got the job done and was very respectful and nice, if you are in the Riverview area I would highly advise calling H & Y towing first before anyone else.

These guys are great. First time ever needing a tow and I found these guys locally. Gave them a call and they were very easy to talk to got everything set up in just a few minutes. Their service was phenomenal and didn’t have a single worry the whole time. They got my car from my house and to the shop in our scheduled time along with phone call updates through out the process. Once my vehicle had arrived at the shop I received pictures at drop off. If you ever need a tow, these are your guys!
