But I sent them a thing to find out what they want to give me and they try to lowball me on a caravan van with a motor alone worth about $1,600. They tried to give me 350 when I know they're going to make a few thousand off the van specially the engine and being in good shape. And then when I pointed out the issue that they're going to strip it down and make a few thousand and they want to give me $350 this woman Elizabeth I guess. She said why don't you do it yourself then become a millionaire. well they're the ones to become millionaires off of us. They want to give you $350,500 then they strip it down and make $3,000 off that vehicle. They're worse than a Democrat. I won't use them or suggest anybody else to

Everything was easy and fast. We had the pink slip on hand which helps. Took some photos, and answered a few basic questions. It was about 24 hours from our initial call to having a tow truck come fetch the vehicle and hand us a bank check. It was so much easier than expected.

The process was difficult to say the least but eventually all worked out. I had multiple conversations with people that do not speak English well and had difficulty finding a person who could or would give me the info I needed to get the vehicle picked up. I asked multiple times when would the vehicle be picked up and kept being told the driver would call an hour before he came. I asked to be notified the day before or several hours before pickup because I needed to make sure I could be there. The driver called me when he arrived at the driveway and then he had to wait for me to come there from another location. It was not easy for me to drop what I was doing and drive there but I did. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and am really glad it is over. It was a stressful process. Very poor customer care.
Excellent service from start to finish. Used the website to get details of procedure, set appt to pick up vehicle, On the day of pickup verified with representative. Professional car hauler driver called 30 minutes out. Arrival was on time, paperwork completed quickly. Excellent start to finish!!
So much easier than i expected! I even had an emergency the day of my original scheduled pickup and it was a breeze to get the pick up rescheduled to the next day! The driver was great and called to let me know he was on his way and then again when he was 5 mins out. So far no issues cashing check. Would 100% recommend!
