He helped me out immediately (was there in 10 minutes), went above and beyond by paying for my outstanding bill at Firestone in order to have the car released (they wouldn't take payment by phone) and trusted me to pay him on Venmo for it. Guy was the most pleasant towing person to talk to! He arrived quicker than what he said he was, took his time to make sure the care was hooked properly in this HOT sun. And the price was amazing for a 5-6 miles destinations :) overall pleased !!

I have to give a shout out to Guy Jones. I can’t say enough great things about him. He went above & beyond and saved the day. You just can’t find customer service like this anymore. Just absolutely outstanding. I’m new in town and originally called a random tow truck service with supposedly good reviews. However, they did not show up after hours of waiting. They kept telling me they were on their way but never came. I called Jones Towing and made an appointment for him to come out & tow my car the following Monday when my mechanic would be open. Unfortunately, my apartment complex had my car towed to an impound lot over the weekend. I called Guy and told him what happened. He took the time to tell me about the towing rules & regulations about Hillsborough County. And what my options were. Seeing as I was new in town. I didn’t know much about this sort of thing. He was very informative and made me feel comforted by the information. A little information goes a long way. He met me at the impound lot within 20 mins. The impound lot was over charging me which he stated on our phone conversation. When I got there he did make a comment to them on my behalf about the price being too high and they did reduce the impound fee. I doubt that would have happened if he wasn’t there. He saved me $140. I almost cried. Being a female in situations like this and my car tags are from TN some people will take advantage. Like the impound lot did. But Guy Jones had my back. He went above the call of duty and I didn’t feel like I was all by myself dealing with this ordeal. I felt like I had a friend with me. He was very gentle towing my car onto the truck and even sent me a picture of it after he towed it to the mechanic. To let me know it was safe and sound. If you’re looking for a tow truck company just stop here and call. Guy is your guy!
A gentleman from this company went above and beyond today. I was driving on 75 when my tire blew out. He saw what happened, that it was a minivan and a woman driving and he immediately pulled over with me and changed out my tire. He didn't have to. But he did. He was kind and attentive and made sure my children and I stayed safe on the shoulder. Once he got the spare on my van he made sure I was able to safely merge back on to the highway and he followed me until I got to my exit. There are not enough words to explain this gentleman's kindness and selflessness. He was an angel sent from God exactly when I needed him. The ethics shown in his generosity can only mirror this company. They deserve your business.
OMG where do I start! Jones Auto was everything and more! I traveled from Atl to Tampa for a business trip and caught a flat somewhere in between, smh. I have a BMW so you need a wheel lock to change out tires. Couldn't find it anywhere, Jones Auto came out to assist with the tire change and took me 27 miles to BMW of Wesley Chapel with no discrepancies. The price was well worth it. He was very polite, very professional and just all around a great guy with a super big heart! Guy Jones, from Jones Towing, arrived promptly and kept me posted when he was enroute. He had the necessary equipment to jump start my car, which was parked in the garage and inaccessible to jumper cables. Answering my questions, he was informative about the possible causes of other car problems aside from the dead battery. I would recommend him and, if, heaven forbid, I need a tow or other roadside assistance again, I would certainly call Jones Auto and Towing.
Strongly recommend this company as your first choice for towing providers. Service was very quick and price was way below market average. I had the unfortunate event of being stranded on the side of the road. After calling several providers, this company was by far the most affordable and arrived within 20 mins, whereas other providers were willing to charge 3 times the price and took 2 to 3 hours at a minimum to arrive. Additionally, this provider was able to tow my car from my house to the dealership the next day, without me needing to even be there; talk about amazing service. This company is definitely a hidden gem. I don’t ever post reviews, but felt that I needed to spread the word because this company is amazing.

Got the service paperwork from good year and gave it to the service center at Ed Morse Cadillac. I was very stressed out. And they did what I could not due. Took my credit card. Guy was the driver that towed my jeep. He was on time , courteous and very professional in every aspect of the job. I really appreciate the love and respect shown to his profession. I informed USAA that they should stop looking to save a penny and go straight to the professional that get the job done. Jones towing is at the top of my list.

My car died leaving me stranded at a gas station. Had to Uber home and Guy gave me a quote to pick up my car at the gas station and drop it off at the dealership. He came by my house picked up the keys, was super friendly and professional. When he got to the gas station, he figured out the issue, called me and saved me hundreds of dollars at the dealership. He towed the car to my house and even gave me a refund for the difference of not driving to the dealership. What an honest, amazing guy! Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would super recommend

I highly recommend this company. Mr Jones is the owner operated of his towing business. We broke down on 75 near sun city and he was there 25 minutes. Such a nice humble man to do business with. I will continue to use his towing services when in need.

Guy Jones is not only professional, but generous and kind. He towed a homeless veteran’s suv to a Meineke shop miles away on E. Brandon that offered to repair without charging labor if the vet could get it towed. When Guy found out he didn’t hesitate, but immediately offered to tow the vehicle and asked what time and day he needed the service. I was there when he loaded the car and witnessed personally the compassion, friendly disposition , and genuine interest in helping the veteran. If he treats his paying customers half as well, I know they will be happy they selected Jones Auto and Towing for their service needs. I highly recommend Jones Auto and Towing!
Definitely a pleasure to do business with! Owner was courteous and punctual! Great conversation as he waited for the new to me forklift got repaired (didn’t have to) before it was loaded on his tow truck. The 7000 lbs of forklift was then delivered to my residence. Definitely a big plus to see them have one of the cleanest tow trucks I’ve personally seen. To me it is an Indicator of pride for the work they do and a big plus for me is when the tow truck doesn’t leak oil/coolant all over my long porous concrete driveway like I have had happen in the past with other companies. What an amazing experience! We just had the Cadillac service of the towing industry. I thought all towing services are the same - until we had our BMW i3 towed. Guy was professional in every possible way - dressed professional, communicated professional, did his research on our all electric i3. Having your car break down is a nerve wracking experience to begin with but not knowing where to turn at that point makes it worse. Guy helped make a bad day so much better by coming to my rescue! He arrived in a timely manner, was incredibly professional and even took a look at my car to see if the problem was a quick and easy fix prior to towing it off. I was also unsure about where to take it but Guy stepped up to the plate yet again and, at my request, got me in touch with an awesome mechanic as well! I was absoulety blown away by the entire experience! We had very fast and affordable services. The owner Guy Jones was very friendly and extremely trustworthy.. He has a background of being in the military as well as being on the police force. I honestly felt very safe and secure while riding with him in is new flatbed tow truck 32 mil. from the Riverview are to Tampa. I would recommend this business to any and EVERYONE in need of all of the services they provide.. Guy was awesome! I was stranded, my fleet manager called a tow company that said it was going to be 3 hours. I called Guy, told him approximately where I was on 75 and he got to me in 20 min. Also had to get approval by calling the fleet management company which took some time and he was nice the whole time they transferred us through the different approval channels.
