I'm not sure who the folks that says the customer service is bad was dealing with every time that I've been there it's been nothing but class a service I take my grandson all the time to take his scrap metal that he collects off and it's nothing but a great experience.
I wouldn't give this place a pop top from a can brought in clean aluminum told me I was getting .75 cents a pound after I unloaded it they gave me.25 cents bunch of crap don't waste your time.with these cheating mfr's
They suck! No customer service skills. Had a car hood and fender and a RO water tank. They informed me they were not buying steel because their buyer was not taking any from them. So I offered it for free, no deal. So I ask the guy next to me who had a trailer full of scrap metal if he wanted it. He said yes, so I unstrapped the hood So I could throw it in his trailer. The witch then comes out and says "you can't do the here" after I had it unstrapped already. Ok I said. I'm through doing any business here. Will not go back after 33 years.
Very disappointed in the customer service provided here, please keep in mind to those wanting to do business here . Making racial comments is unacceptable and unprofessional at any company. It is stated for every employment handbook and when applying to jobs. It is not accepted in any facility. So saddening to see the owner speak that way to our seniors .
Great folks good service beats ramm all too pieces took same aluminum that ramm said was not extruded to MM they gave me 3x as much and it was extruded
The guys are real nice. I'm disabled and when I go alone there's always someone there help unload. Their prices, I think, are fair for being in a recession. Just depends on what you take. The ladies in the office are always happy with smiles. I'd definitely recommend them.
Well I have nothing but excellent service from these guys. I have been doing business with metals& materials for over15 years. I known the family longer than the business it's self. Marty and his employees are stand-up people. Fast and accurate at getting you paid and out the door quickly.
This place is very well organized, they help you with unloading and answer any questions you have! They always have good and fair prices, I will be coming here for now on.
