I went to visit Plant City Auto Salvage, and was very impressed with the parts on hand and the impressive detail they offer when you are looking a particular part. In other words they really know their stuff, not some guy pushing buttons on a computer that hasn’t a clue about what you’re looking for. Hometown Service at its finest!
The service was fine at the counter. They tell you to go outside to get the pots off the shelf. They have a part number on them. Well it would be nice if the pot number was facing. You not thrown on the very bottom shelf all the way against the wall and you had to get on your hands and knees in the mud to get your pot and it was thunder and lightning out when there was plenty of room on the front of the shelf to put it right there. But no you made the customer work for it need to have a talk with your workers. Tell him to have some consideration

do not bay parts from this city auto salvage , they sell defective parts and do not provide a guarantee , they are not reliable, they just want to sell and don't care about quality.
Alex sent me pics of the seats that I wanted to verify that they were in stock unlike another Yard that I drove 1 hour to and then they didn't have the right color. Much better service here. Thanks
If there was a option for a zero star they would have it I called for a part they say they have I drive a hour then they have me wait a 35 minutes just so they could say they don’t have it that’s a horrible way to do business and unacceptable
Call for a seat for my Yukon the salesman on the phone was rude and short. I was referred from another shop and when I got them on the phone he told me to come in and look in the yard. When I explained I was in a wheelchair and the other shop who recommend them told me send one of my relatives to come look. I think that I would now never come in and would never recommend them. I was in the automotive repair business 20 years and if I ever talk to a consumer like that it sure would affect my business earnings. Don’t worry guys I won’t be bothering you anymore.
Bought a alternator a little over 30 days ago and finally had time too get it installed as soon as I drove it not even 20mins into the drive my car nearly caught on fire definitely will not be doing business with them again as now from what I found out from my mechanic they sold me a faulty alternator thats bearings were frozen in it

I drove 2 hours one way to get a set of seats on a Saturday that Eddie says yeah come get them cause Saturday was my only day I can make the trip…. long story short THEY WERE CLOSED..wasted my family’s time and did not care that he did at all!!! I asked if they could deliver them now one person said yes but Eddie says NO! Your beat!!! I WILL NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS SHADY PLACE!! Bunch of time wasters! And Eddie ain’t man enough to square up like the liar he is!!! Karma is a good one Eddie !! You will get yours!! This place is absolute TRASH …guess that’s what they get when they have trash liars working for them like Eddie!! Can’t wait to hear their response to this!! Wonder what kind of excuse or story they are gonna make up!! Lying scam artists
I called them for a fender,they had it in stock,I went there and payed for it,boom! My truck was fixed for $80.00 bucks. AWESOME! Same part on E-Bay was $317.99+$75.00 shipping. Strongly Recommend Local Plant City, 5 minutes from Home!
Called to price a part, thought the phone hung up and got yelled at because I wouldn't hold on then when they checked availability they said they didn't have it and hung up before I could say anything!
Save yourself the time and look elsewhere because these people clearly don't know what they're doing!
Good place to get your parts. Mike help me out finding a transmission for my Nissan truck. It's getting really hard to find these cars and I was really happy I find someone with them. The shop was nice and clean and I would definitely come back.
One transaction here was enough for me, I'll never spend another dollar with them. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are many other junk yards to do business with. I imagine most of them believe in customer satisfaction unlike this place.

Not only did they take the time to find the part I needed for my Ford Ranger, but then they drove it to the Ford dealership where my truck was being repaired and DID NOT CHARGE me for anything! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend using them for your auto part needs.
Mechanic that pulled my headliner awesome. Then another gentleman helped also me tie it down in the bed of my truck so it would not fly away on my trip home. Very Very much appreciated. They both went the extra mile. Thank you so much.
They had just what we needed. Hadn't found a transmission for a good price, until we happened in here. Had to go up and pick it up at the other location, but that worked out well, since we then picked up a few more things while up there. Great, knowledgeable staff who were very helpful.
Horrible customer service, when I bought a part from this store I tried to explain that I live about an hour from the location and that it would be a hassle to have to come all the way back for the part the employee said “not my problem I’ll call you when the part is ready “ almost two weeks went be and I never got a phone call, so I come to get my money back (with the receipt in hand) because now I don’t even need the part. I tried say I’d like to get my money back for a part that I never received. The employee (a different guy that was just as rude as the first) cut me off before I could finish and said “that’s not gonna happen” before even looking at the receipt. I got the part (which was a cold air intake) and it had a huge hole on the bottom of it. keep In mind that if the first employee would have pulled it when I bought it I would have saw this and now have gotten the part. So I go back in to show the guy the hole he says right as I’m walking in the door “you’re not getting any money back fella” this was a waste of time and money I would recommend that everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Very helpful and pleasant atmosphere did not have one of the parts I needed but they called and got it from somewhere else. Very reasonable in pricing Highly recommended for used parts
With 2 locations I can usually find the part I'm looking for at a reasonable price, even hard to find parts. If they don't have the part you're looking for they will usually tell you if someone else has it. If you go in ask for Skip, tell him Russ sent you
If there was an option for no stars, that's what I would've given. This company sold me a transmission that was supposedly "90 day warranty". The transmission was worthless and broken. I repeatedly called asking for the manager. Conveniently, he was always in a meeting or not there....
Just went in. They said that they won't replace, or refund me for the transmission. How can a company give a warranty, and yet not give me the replacement or refund I'm entitled to? THE WORST USED PARTS PLACE YOU COULD POSSIBLY BUY FROM. We are a company that works off of customer service. If I treated my customers like this, I'd be out of business.
