Let me start by saying I will never go anywhere else, Alfredo towing has proven there is no job to big or too small, my Volvo excavator got submerged in the mud didn’t know what to do , I called multiple companies some were outrageous overpriced and didn’t give any gaurentees , one company made a few attempts but were unsuccessful. I was referred to Alfredo Towing and they surprise me. They had the necessary equipment to recover my excavator. I was shocked at how efficient those guys worked one guy even got it out of the mud submerged himself in that water to get the job done. Let me tell you how much I appreciate you guys and I will always refer you guys to everyone that I know Thanks for your help now all I need is a good detailed person to clean my excavator
I had my car break down and keep calling around. It was either no answer, my calls getting sent to vm or ppl telling me to hold and never get back on the phone. The prices and wait time was ridiculous I did call Alfredo Towing and a female told me she would transfer me and my call got disconnected, Angel Santos was at my job and gave me his card a few days back . I called him and he helped me get my car towed and made it so stress free. Had my car towed before I left work. The price was way better than I expected I expected. I would recommend Alfredo Towing anytime and Angel Santos.

My husband and I needed a class a RV towed. We called a whole bunch of people, including this towing service.
This towing service we told them that it didn’t run, To make, the model, And we answered any questions they had regarding the vehicle. (Like if it goes into neutral. Which it didn’t and we told them that.)
We did mention to them that we also got a quote from stepps. (Came up organically in the conversation I wasn’t trying to put competitor against competitor) They Asked what steps quoted and we told them. They did Beat steps by saying “800 flat”
So we chose to go with this towing service the tow truck got there and after about an hour and a half I get a call (my husband was at the pick up point and I was at the drop off point) Saying that the total had been updated to 1500 due to “sewage line, a generator in the Rv and that the driver had to hook it up, pull it out of the carport, then drop it and align it with the road and they had to jump it twice (but they weren’t charging up for that which scares me if they did because we are already at 1,500 which At that point would’ve been the most expensive towing service we had called on top of that they never asked about a generator and I would figure all RVS like this have a sewage line so why wasn’t that integrated in the original quote.. ). Mind you, she called me after he had done most of these things… So it was kind of a little too late…
Now, before I say anything further, the tow truck driver himself did phenomenally. He did much more than I believe any other tow truck driver would have. So I have no problem with the driver he did great. 10/10 he deserves a RAISE.
My issue comes in with price transparency. We gave them all the information, Answered all of their questions and we ended up paying $700 more which thank God we have an amazing Church they helped us with the difference because my husband and I are now in the negative in our accounts.
We had it towed 12 miles. The driver backed it in the straight driveway (which is LONG AND NARROW. we were personally amazed at the fact he did that and on top of that turned it and put it where we needed it to be. Was NOT an easy job in the end. But again, my grievance isn’t with the driver. It’s price transparency…. $700 more is not a small leap.
And to hear that the original 800 they quoted.. he only gets $200 is mind boggling!!! Give this man a raise he’s out here doing the hard stuff!!!! The call lady apparently takes out 500

The Only Reason for 5 Stars is they don’t have 6 or more. Never used a towing service before and had no idea of what to expect! My Driver was Victor Boss. He arrived sooner than expected and Truly knew his Stuff. Dealing with a Vintage Porsche he treated it like it was his. No scratches or harm anywhere. Loaded and took us the most direct route to our house! The Cost was about 1/2 of what I expected! Thank you again, MR. BOSS
The owner of the company actually came out and did the work himself. I was so impressed with his experience so fast I never expected it again. They always come through. I've used these guys four times in this time was a heavy duty excavator that had to be retrieved from a pond. These guys are the most professional exceptional company I've ever dealt with well worth the money. They're the best out there.
