He arrived earlier than expected, very curious, extremely knowledgeable, and detailed with his methodology of getting the vehicle on the flatbed. He completely removed the stress of having a specialty vehicle towed.
Anthony and Angel were very nice, quick and great communication. Did not have to wait long at all. They called me when they got the dispatch, gave ETA, arrived on time and delivered the car with no issue. Will use again if ever needed.

I would definitely recommend Alfredo Towing Services. After my roadside assistance sent 2 other tow truck companies that couldn't help me Anthony at Alfredo showed up and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and took great care to get my truck out of my tricky driveway and to the dealership safely.

Dispatched num65 was very rude nasty didn’t want to help me at all Im trying to ask him questions but he seem to have a nasty attitude I have car insurance with tow he stated I had to pay him two hundred up front my insurance company agreed to pay it this tow guy

Earlier today I needed my truck towed they picked up on the first ring. I had some of the best customer service ever polite and patient with me. After we confirmed everything the driver was very professional as well. He called with a ETA to my destination when he could. Upon arrival He was very professional. I couldn't ask for a better interaction in a low point of my day. Thank you again
Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a business. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and call someone else to tow your vehicle. So, the story goes.... I had a flat tire and needed my car towed to the dealership. The driver takes my car to the dealership and sends me a video of my car there. 10 minutes later I get a call from the driver telling me he forgot to collect my payment of $14.50. Ok, no problem. He gave me the payment options but if I didn't have Zelle I would have to pay a $10 charge. I said I have cash. We got off the phone as I was going into a signing with a customer. 5 minutes later he is blowing up my phone over and over. He probably called my phone 30 times. I couldn't answer; i was in the middle of a signing with a customer. About 15 minutes later I finish with my customer and the dealership calls me saying the tow truck driver is here asking for your key back and taking your car. What? Did I mention $14.50?!?! THAT HE FORGOT TO GET WHILE HERE. Then he sends someone in my job all frantic to collect the money. Great... because I had cash and I'm not paying a $10 fee. I try calling the tow truck driver to find out where my car and key was and would you know it. No answer. I finally got in touch with the dealership to learn my car is there and they have my key. Very unprofessional.
The Only Reason for 5 Stars is they don’t have 6 or more. Never used a towing service before and had no idea of what to expect! My Driver was Victor Boss. He arrived sooner than expected and Truly knew his Stuff. Dealing with a Vintage Porsche he treated it like it was his. No scratches or harm anywhere. Loaded and took us the most direct route to our house! The Cost was about 1/2 of what I expected! Thank you again, MR. BOSS
I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with Alfredo Towing, especially their driver, Alexis. From the moment I spoke with dispatch till the driver arrived, it was clear I was in good hands. He showed up right on time, was extremely professional, and had a calm, confident demeanor that immediately put me at ease.
Alexis took great care with my truck, treating it as if it were his own. He was clearly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing whether it was positioning the truck, securing everything properly, or navigating tight spaces. What really stood out was how respectful and courteous he was throughout the entire process. Alfredo Towing is lucky to have him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again Highly recommended!
Currently being ghosted and my calls are being rejected. I called them to have a lift winched out of some soft ground. I told them I wanted to be there to assist. They said they would get it out and call for payment. They called alright and said that it's worse and they would have to charge me an additional $1000 on top of the $500. I get to the site to add full to the lift, and it was buried into the ground in a direction it would never be able to move from. Naturally, I called them and had a major issue with it. The lift is supposed to be getting picked up in the morning, and it's $800 a day to rent it. It is currently way worse than where I left it. I told them it needed to only be pulled 20 feet and you can see where it needed to be, because theres already some shallow ruts where the ground is harder, but they pulled it in a direction that it will never be able to be pulled out from without getting another truck in here and getting that truck stuck to pull it out. They had the audacity to ask me. "Are you telling me that my guy doesn't know what he's doing?" And I said, "Yes, I am. This is worse than the way I left it." And he said "can i get a big truck in there?" I said "no, but how long is your cable?" He said "about 500 feet" and I said "more than enough." See the pictures for yourself. And I highly do not recommend this company unless you're going to be there, to make sure they can do their job and do it right, because obviously, they can't.
The owner of the company actually came out and did the work himself. I was so impressed with his experience so fast I never expected it again. They always come through. I've used these guys four times in this time was a heavy duty excavator that had to be retrieved from a pond. These guys are the most professional exceptional company I've ever dealt with well worth the money. They're the best out there.
