I broke down in the middle of a busy intersection in a construction zone during rush hour, then the skies opened up and it started pouring with my phone at 3%— basically the start of a disaster movie. Tow truck driver showed up fast, navigated the chaos like a pro, and had me out of there before my phone died. Absolute lifesaver. Highly recommend Berg’s Towing, awesome service.

The guy running this place is money hungry. He illegally towed my car, giving me at least four different reasons for doing so. Where I was parked didn't have any signs about parking, towing etc. To release my car, it cost $342. I could only pay with cash or use Zelle. I will definitely go through the proper channels to ensure he stops ripping people off for nothing!
Update! After filing a complaint, the tow company was found to have a few violations. Like I said, I should have never been towed! I was charged the gate fee (he didn't have my car more than 6 hours), texted a receipt, only allowed to pay cash or Zelle, and more. He was told it would be of benefit to refund me my money verses paying the fines he'd otherwise would have gotten with his illegal tow! I knew he was a crook and runs a crooked operation. If ever towed by this company, please ensure the tow was justifiable, and if not, make a complaint!
Great service. I was very happy that tech was readily available; being that i was stranded on I4 with a cargo trailer. He helped me with a flat tire. very reasonable fees too.

Very helpful even though he couldn't help me out he pointed me to someone who could help me out for a good price. This is the second time I've used him and the first time he really helped me out by just charging me the hook up fee and no mileage fee. I definitely recommend.

I called Bergs towing on Saturday, and my truck was picked up that night, They were able to get my truck diagnosed and my fuel pump replaced by Monday.
Communication was great throughout, I would highly recommend it if you need a tow or repair.

They replaced my transmission same day and got me out of there cheaper than all the other shops I got quotes from. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m glad I found this shop, it’s hard to find a legit shop to give your business to. I don’t have to worry about finding a good shop with good work that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg anymore, it’s a good feeling knowing I’m covered.
These guys were great! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable! They took my car in the next morning, and had the job done shortly after. They even went out of their way to switch out a part that I got the wrong one of.
