We were stuck in the muck in our truck, out in the Withlachoochee State Forest! With the sun setting! No one else could come out and help us out literally! Except for Yambo towing and transporting! Around 11:00 pm my car died on 50 called a few tows before I came across Yambo they immediately picked up the phone even tho him and his wife were just about to go to bed, out of the kindness of his heart he decided to get up get dressed and come to the rescue there were a few complications with my car but he wasn’t leaving me he stayed by my side by the time we got everything figured out it was 1:30 am I am so grateful for there help and determination. Amazing people.
Yambo and his son showed up for me late after work when my tire blew. They got to me so quickly I barely waited 20 minutes and took about 5 to put my spare on. He went above and beyond and even waited for me to safely leave the parking lot because it’s late and im a female by myself in this situation. Wonderful person and even better service! Last night at 7 I needed a tow. Called AAA and they said someone would call me with arrival time. Waited an hour called them back they're working on it. Waited till after 9 no response. Called Yambo guy said he'd be there in 30. He towed my car in the rain. Price was very reasonable. Very nice guy.
The gentleman that towed my ban was fantastic he was courteous, kind and understanding. He had patience with me getting in the tow truck as I have a bad hip and he help me get out of the truck as well. He called when he was on his way I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.

Where do I even begin. We had an appointment scheduled with another towing company that cancelled so we called Yambo. He arrived quickly, he was supposed to tow us to a dealership 45 minutes away but instead diagnosed the problem with our car in the driveway within 10 minutes. He saved us so much time and thousands of dollars that we were quoted to repair the car. He was very personable, very friendly, and knowledgeable! Truly an angel sent from above! Had my car breakdown today and was pretty stressed out about not having a working vehicle to get to work, needing a tow, and auto shop costs to come.
