They scheduled a time with me on a day. They were within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. They gave me a range of pricing for moving a 20 foot container from Port of Tampa to Wesley Chapel. They charged me on the lower end of that range. The driver was polite and knowledgeable. He put it where I wanted it with minimal damage to the ground. I would highly recommend both the company and driver.
Update. 2 weeks later I had them move another container. To make it short and sweet, same result. Different driver, I think he was a little early but same result. If I need another container moved or just a vehicle tow I have a company to call or recommend.
I was not expecting to pay more than double of what I was quoted. I wish I was better informed. You guys have recorded calls and can go review how I was quoted $552 only to find out I had to pay $1186 when the vehicle got home. Regardless that you have some random dispatchers that you farm out you should be a bit more clear on communications and what your charges are. I had 2 other quotes for a few hundred dollars cheaper. You could have handled this better and assumed your mistake. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Besides that your driver was professional in all manners.

When Google Maps fails you and you end up stuck in sand on a “road” that no longer exists, these guys are the ones to call. Kevin and Juan worked together to find a way to get my daughter’s car out of the sand with no damage at all. Both guys were courteous, friendly and professional.
Derek with Crocketts Towing was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure our Peterbilt was towed without any damage, I would recommend Derek without reservation to anyone needing a semi truck towed!

Chad was absolutely amazing when he towed my mom’s car. From start to finish, he was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a stressful situation. He took the time to explain everything, made sure my mom felt comfortable and safe, and handled the car with great care. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Chad did exactly that. We’re so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a tow. My car got locked while running. It was on a hot day and my dogs were inside. While the air-conditioner was on, the car was over heating. Crocketts immediately sent someone out keeping communication with me till they arrived. The man who assisted me, I wish I remembered his name, was so caring. He quickly unlocked the car with no trouble. I definitely recommend them!
We had a total vehicle breakdown while traveling I-75 and towing our camper. FDOT Roadside Assistance stopped and provided a couple of places to call. We called Crockett's and they sent Mike Hadden #66 to us. Mike was absolutely great and we ended up paying to have our vehicle loaded on the flatbed truck and camper towed to our vehicle dealership location by our home in Florida. Highly Recommend!
Mike (truck #66) was very professional and friendly. It was pouring down raining and he got our car hooked up quickly. Delivery to the repair shop was also smooth and protective.
Last night I was driving and got stuck in some sand on an unfamiliar road. Called this company and they showed up in only a half hour and pulled me out quick. Devin was the driver who helped me out and he was very professional and timely. The price was also very reasonable considering the situation. I would definitely recommend calling them to anyone who needs a tow in the future.
Tow job went absolutely amazing! I had Thomas come get me in the middle of the night after my tire blew out, he was very professional and respectful, a great conversation on the way home. I highly recommend this company, they had me home and even parked my car in the driveway with the truck!

Tow truck was prompt and driver knew what he was doing since we broke down on busy rode with not much room to maneuver. Not expensive. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Great experience getting my car towed by Chad! He went in on his day off to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick me and my car up. Then drove me 2 1/2 hours to the car shop I needed dropped off at. Great service and great conversation. Overall 5 star service, made an unfortunate situation just a little more enjoyable. No complaints here!
Anthony did an amazing job taking care of my Lexus. Took care of it like he was his own. Was hesitant from speculation riding with a driver, but he made conversation easy and made me feel comfortable. My experience was way over what I anticipated. Anthony was way above my standards.
Broke down 3.5 hours away from home. Called Crockett’s and Kevin arrived expeditiously! He had my truck loaded up and ready to go in minutes. It was impressive to watch a professional who obviously knows what he’s doing! Crockett’s is second to none!

Truck arrived just after Road Ranger and before my personal ride home. In times of distress this is the company that makes a difference. I have AAA and they are usually hrs out and always send the wrong truck for the job. I made a great choice in my decision to call outside of AAA and pay out of pocket. Driver was courteous and helpful.
So let me first start off by saying the biggest thank you I can. Today a delivery service decided to save us 7 minutes by guiding us down Houston road. Little did I know the road was basically not a road but a sand road if that even exists. I found myself and my disabled son in the middle of the pit spinning. Without the guidance ans strength of two amazing men Raul and Streeter we would have been lost.. This wasn't a typical tow. They hand to push us out of the sand road the old fashioned way. If you're ever in need call these people ASAP. We only waited under 30 minutes to a tough location. They made us feel at ease with the process and more then anything just great people. Thanks again .
We were so happy Devon was able to take care of us. He was able to deliver our Supra safely without scratching the low riding undercarriage.

I was stranded for a while because my alternator was dead and Devin came to pick up my car. He made it such a smooth process and even had costom ramps for my lowered car to get it on the lift. Amazing driver I give Devin 5 stars
Man. Our driver was awesome. I think his name was Sean? Punctual. Considerate. He was able to assist in thinking outside of the box in a unique situation (we had a stuck tiny house). Awesome guy! Told him he’s welcome anytime to pop in for a beer.
