International junkyard is the worst junkyard. I have been to all day care. Is getting your money not making the parts right or is changing for another part. I hope everyone sees this and do not choose to go to international. There are no good business.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I dealt with this company. It’s clear that this company has a reputation for dishonest business practices and for giving customers the wrong parts or parts that don’t work. My transmission went out in my truck and I purchased a used one from these thieves. I found someone to help me change the transmission out, only to discover they gave me the wrong one. They said bring it back and they will get me the right one. Well, they now have that transmission back and still have my $535. I returned their property on Saturday with the promise they would find AND deliver the right one on Monday. I have been getting the run around. I called today to speak to the manager Tim, who is a condescending idiot. I explained to him that I have not had an operational vehicle for 2 weeks now because of their incompetence and I want a full refund. These geniuses can’t even locate the correct transmission for my vehicle. I have lost my job due to no transportation and I will soon loose my home too. This is my LIFE they are playing with. Tim told me to “stop whining” about it. He told me he spoke to the owner and wants me to bring them my old transmission and they will make sure to get me the replacement. I explained I am unable to get someone to take the transmission out of the truck until I have one to replace it with. He then asked if I could bring the whole truck in to them. Um no, since it’s sitting here on blocks with the transmission halfway disconnected from the first attempt at swapping it out. I have reported them to my bank for the charges, I have also just started the process of filing a civil case. All I wanted was my money back. But since they can not be decent, honest people I will now hold them responsible for the loss of my job and anything else I can get them for. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I hope that my experience will prevent anyone else from being taken advantage of, but that likely won’t happen until this place is out of business. You what they say about karma.

Terrible customer service damaged my parts and wouldn't give me my money back

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS Ordered 4 cylinder heads and we were overcharged $25 per head more than agreed upon. We payed a courier to pick up the heads and when they arrived they were missing 8 cam shafts all the 40 cam caps and all the the 48 rockers. So we called and Spoke to Tim the "Manager" Same day and past 3 days and We were told he would Speak to the Owner and "RETURN our call" and NEVER called back. He also stated he had all the parts he did not. He then tried to say those parts don't come with the heads Even though We ordered and payed for them to be complete. The caps alone are cast to the head Therefore must come with the head. So now we have paid the courier 3 times back and forth For nothing. Finally got a callback to state heads don't come with parts when we have bought a complete head from them a week ago and now magically they don't come complete. 1.UNPROFESSIONAL 2. RIP OFF AND LIARS

NEVER AGAIN! The Indian man who works there, I’m guessing is the owner is by far the rudest, ignorant person ever. He didn’t want to do his job and simply told us “the guy isn’t here” basically shutting the door on my husband. My husband is a plumber and brought in a little brass and a small but of copper and he said “oh guys not here” there’s one special guy, it’s not even that, he was extremely and was obviously judging us I guess on our appearance (tattoos) and had the nerve to ask us where we got it? Speaking to us as if we are some drug addicts. From the very start. And no, we are not, we are responsible and working people of this community so to be treated that way DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!

Large lot of cars but did not have what Mercedes parts we needed.

A year ago I was in PA and they said they had my part so I sent the money $350. The part never arrived! The owner said the guys forgot to send it but he was looking right at it and would send it right out, it never came and he refused to talk to me after that. As luck would have it a good friend of mine lived in Spring Hill and she surprised the owner and showed up for my refund....and got it! He said he'd send it to me but she insisted he give it to her.

Bought a rear diff that was avertised at$148.14 and he charged me$199.00. Both sides The bearings and seals were bad and I had to replace them. Along with a good cleaning that they were supposed to do.

I went there to go buy a transition shift linkeage for a 2008 Ford Focus. The part only cost $10 plus tax new in O'reilys or Auto Zone unfortu ately they didn't have it in stock. So I came to this place that came highly recommended. I get there the guy didn't want to assist me so I sent my husband in and the guy wanted to Charge him 150.00 for a 10 dollar piece. He did not want to get under the car to get it out so my husband was going to do it but he still wanted to charge 150.00 for a 10 piece. He is price gauging is their anything anyone can do about this. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first or last person he's done this too

We drove 50 miles to get there and managed to get there right before they closed. We needed a fuel pump for a Mercury Tracer. They knew we were coming so they had 2 ready. They told my husband if they didn't work to come back tomorrow and they would get him another one. Unfortunately, neither one works. So he will make another trip there tomorrow.

Don't buy anything expensive from there, you cannot get your money back. Which is not something they specifically tell you when you make the purchase, it's in tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. They will only trade it out for another one. You could end up having to go back a dozen times before you get one that actually works. Waste of money, gas, and time.

Could I give this place a zero star report??? I work for a salvage yard in Georgia, and ordered an engine from this business. I verified the engine/vehicle by VIN #, with a dealer. They did not send the correct engine. Promised for three weeks the correct one was on the way. Then claimed it was shipped to the wrong business and we would have it in three days. Professional crooks! They will not answer the phone now. The owner does nothing. Do not do business with these people! Worst experience ever in the automotive industry thus far!

I used to go there often but the service and price changes have driven me away. Question.... come look and see. Really, you don't know what you own and sell? Source of last resort.

Had a part shipped out. Supposed to arrive Tues. A week later, still waiting for it. Customer is screaming at us. We call every day. They at first gave a lame excuse about they forgot to ship it. Now they say its been shipped 2 day UPS. Five days later were still waiting. Lying Basturds.

1) They sold me a wrong transmission for my truck. Clerk asked me specific questions and swears his computer will give me the correct transmission. I paid and took the transmission to my own mechanic who after installs it realizes a plug (overdrive sensor plug ) is missing and International auto sold me the wrong transmission. 2) After sales clerk refuses to take blame for selling me the wrong transmission we then agree on a price for his own mechanics to replace the transmission. 3) I drive home and my dash board lights up with an Overdrive warning light.I return my truck second time to them. 4) over drive light is off. I drive truck. 3 days later truck stall at light due to transmission converter . Everytime truck is shifted into drive engine would stall. 5) They replace the transmission a third time because the other 2 we're NO good. 6) clerk has the nerves to try to charge me an additional $200. And owner said he needs to make up labor cost because transmission labor was done 3 times. . I threw him $50. And walked out. They are not very Accurate in selling the correct parts and I appreciate they fixed the issue but am insulted that Owner would up charge and not accept the responsibility for them selling me first the wrong transmission and then a bad transmission. Heads up if you ever buy parts there.amd agree on a price then stick to it.

I puchased a used fuel pump. It turned out to be faulty. When i called and returned to the place. They gave me replacement part. While I was there an elderly woman came after her car was damaged in small wreck. She bought replacement headlights and brackets. They gave her a hood , and installed it . when she saw what they did her face lit up. I was blessed.would not lock down and it was dangerous. aThis act impressed me in these times. Most places would not do a good deed such as this. I will always use them for parts needs.

Unethical business. Buyer beware. I spoke with Bobby about a 1999 Chevy Tahoe engine he said they had still in the vehicle with 142,000 miles on it and it ran. He agreed to hold the engine for me and bring the Tahoe to the front of the yard so it could be started and I could here it run in the vehicle. When I arrived the next day, I had to sit and wait an hour while they supposedly brought the vehicle up front. After an hour of waiting, Mike took me for a ride through the salvage yard looking for the Tahoe and engine. After another 45 minutes of searching, Mike told me there was no Tahoe, and this was not the first time Bobby had misrepresented what they had. So, Bobby just plain lied to me and was hoping I would take a bait and switch for a higher mileage engine. Absolutely dishonest with me.

I have been sitting here for an hour waiting on a tire he tells me yesterday when I called $25 today there telling me $25 for the tire $7 to take it off the rim $7 to put it back on the rim and the sign in here says it's cheaper they don't have a balancing machine so I have to go else where to get it balanced than there telling us we dont need to get it balanced as long as it's in the back and the tires they tried to sell us have chunks missing and there still trying to sell them to us for now on I will be using LQK or steps towing

Really not bad but the parts puller guy was kind of rude to me. Guess he thought I was a stupid girl. However office guys were okay had hard to find stuff reasonable

Not a very wide selection so you must know your part and be able to cross refference. Had a bad ac compressor about six months ago. Used parts so buyer beware

Was questioned alot about inatall via me being a 23y.o. was doubted a bit until fluid was checked. Had to go back and have a transmission replaced that was bought used from them a week ago and lost reverse o.d. and 3rd gear. New selonoids fluids seals etc. Installing trans number 2 from.them today. Stuck with 3 stars via it being a Chrysler transmission.

Very rude owner. Wouldn't tell me the price of a part over the phone because he doesn't have time for customers.

I'm very displeased with international auto parts they don't stand by there return or exchange policy i will not recommend them to anyone when there are other auto parts yards that are more of a good company for better parts with better prices

Not sure if they are still in business but called them few times Friday then on Monday and all I get is voicemail
