Called spoke with Anthony about a part detail info on my vehicle and what I needed he said he had the part but it was not a match for my vehicle which was a regulator and with motor and switch neither part were a functional. Disappointed that now I have credit but I wasted money
Excellent place with wide arrange of vehicles. Needed cat eye front end and Eddie was kind enough to drive my daughter and I around to locate the best parts. Customer services was superb and very friendly. My new spot for when and if I need automotive parts
I had a very unpleasant experience. I drove over an hour to pick up a part, and when I arrived, the person at the counter was rude and aggressive. He started yelling and said no one has the right to tell him how to run his business. This is a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I do not recommend this place.
Went there on Monday and Anthony ordered the part in for me said it would be there Friday. Went on Friday and left with the part loaded up. Exact fit and in excellent shape.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious! I bought a transmission from them two weeks ago and it is running horribly. I was told that I would have a 60 day warranty when I called the shop and did not have the exact invoice number. They told me that there's nothing that they can do to help me. Even though I can give them transaction receipts.. They even went to drop the transmission off at the shop and pick the old transmission up from the shop that was doing the work and still do not have any record of it. These people are shady doing shady business do yourself a favor and stay far away. Sincerely, one absolutely pissed off customer!!
I wouldn't trust the transmissions you get from here, a lot of them have failed miserably.
I get you're a junk yard, but you should actually test stuff you're selling so we're not having to go through so many hoops.
Sold me a transmission for a Dodge Ram 1500, had my mechanic install it for $750 and it was bad. Took 2.5 months and 50 phone calls for them to exchange the bad transmission for a good one. Another $750 labor and it’s bad too. All they sell is junk parts. Stay away.
Amazing service!! I searched high and low for a hood for my car and they had it already set up for me. On top of that they even helped me install it!! Kevin rewired the windshield spray and fixed it into the new hood. Anthony gave me the best deal around! I will forever be going here for parts. I suggest them if you need something of good quality with excellent service and price. I can’t recommend them enough!

Horrible, rude customer service. They have no problem cursing and yelling at you or yelling at their employees in front of you while you're waiting to pick up parts.
This ppl don’t know how to talk, nobody can raise their voice, I asked only for engine and oil is leaking , warranty don’t work here, if you have any problem for warranty , they make a drama to make you leave or call cops! Please stay away, how EPA don’t see the soil contamination from oil and antifreeze, I stop by EPA for sure, stop soil contamination in Pasco county
Got an engine for my Miata race car from here a few weeks ago. After installing the engine, my team went on to win the 8hr endurance race the following week. If I need another engine, in the future, I'll be buying it from International.
This got shot me the finger and cussed me out never shop here . See you in court. Sold a bad engine and lied about the condition. Wouldn’t refund or give me another engine

Anthony is the best salesman in the country. Whatever auto salvage business has him under their wing is experiencing a true legend and a boom for their company. A dying breed in the junkyard business. He knows his stuff better than anyone. I highly recommend you go to him for anything car part related.

International junkyard is the worst junkyard. I have been to all day care. Is getting your money not making the parts right or is changing for another part. I hope everyone sees this and do not choose to go to international. There are no good business.
I guess I should have read the reviews before I dealt with this company. It’s clear that this company has a reputation for dishonest business practices and for giving customers the wrong parts or parts that don’t work. My transmission went out in my truck and I purchased a used one from these thieves. I found someone to help me change the transmission out, only to discover they gave me the wrong one. They said bring it back and they will get me the right one. Well, they now have that transmission back and still have my $535. I returned their property on Saturday with the promise they would find AND deliver the right one on Monday. I have been getting the run around. I called today to speak to the manager Tim, who is a condescending idiot. I explained to him that I have not had an operational vehicle for 2 weeks now because of their incompetence and I want a full refund. These geniuses can’t even locate the correct transmission for my vehicle. I have lost my job due to no transportation and I will soon loose my home too. This is my LIFE they are playing with. Tim told me to “stop whining” about it. He told me he spoke to the owner and wants me to bring them my old transmission and they will make sure to get me the replacement. I explained I am unable to get someone to take the transmission out of the truck until I have one to replace it with. He then asked if I could bring the whole truck in to them. Um no, since it’s sitting here on blocks with the transmission halfway disconnected from the first attempt at swapping it out. I have reported them to my bank for the charges, I have also just started the process of filing a civil case. All I wanted was my money back. But since they can not be decent, honest people I will now hold them responsible for the loss of my job and anything else I can get them for. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I hope that my experience will prevent anyone else from being taken advantage of, but that likely won’t happen until this place is out of business. You what they say about karma.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS
Ordered 4 cylinder heads and we were overcharged $25 per head more than agreed upon. We payed a courier to pick up the heads and when they arrived they were missing 8 cam shafts all the 40 cam caps and all the the 48 rockers. So we called and Spoke to Tim the "Manager" Same day and past 3 days and We were told he would Speak to the Owner and "RETURN our call" and NEVER called back. He also stated he had all the parts he did not. He then tried to say those parts don't come with the heads Even though We ordered and payed for them to be complete. The caps alone are cast to the head Therefore must come with the head. So now we have paid the courier 3 times back and forth For nothing. Finally got a callback to state heads don't come with parts when we have bought a complete head from them a week ago and now magically they don't come complete.

NEVER AGAIN! The Indian man who works there, I’m guessing is the owner is by far the rudest, ignorant person ever. He didn’t want to do his job and simply told us “the guy isn’t here” basically shutting the door on my husband. My husband is a plumber and brought in a little brass and a small but of copper and he said “oh guys not here” there’s one special guy, it’s not even that, he was extremely and was obviously judging us I guess on our appearance (tattoos) and had the nerve to ask us where we got it? Speaking to us as if we are some drug addicts. From the very start. And no, we are not, we are responsible and working people of this community so to be treated that way DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!
A year ago I was in PA and they said they had my part so I sent the money $350. The part never arrived! The owner said the guys forgot to send it but he was looking right at it and would send it right out, it never came and he refused to talk to me after that.
As luck would have it a good friend of mine lived in Spring Hill and she surprised the owner and showed up for my refund....and got it! He said he'd send it to me but she insisted he give it to her.
Could I give this place a zero star report??? I work for a salvage yard in Georgia, and ordered an engine from this business. I verified the engine/vehicle by VIN #, with a dealer. They did not send the correct engine. Promised for three weeks the correct one was on the way. Then claimed it was shipped to the wrong business and we would have it in three days. Professional crooks! They will not answer the phone now. The owner does nothing. Do not do business with these people! Worst experience ever in the automotive industry thus far!
