The most professional place to take your car in town...They definitely know what they’re doing as they have years of experience!! very reasonable prices & actually take the time to show you the reason and problem that should be fixed instead of going by the book and doing every little service your mercedes shows needs to be done after so many miles as we all know that can be very pricey!!!especially if you have a car w low miles and well kept...I’m beyond thankful my friend referred me and saved me from having to renew my warranty...I was so afraid to have just anyone touch my AMG as most places love to charge double for partts that dont even need replaced...to my surprise I couldn't believe it was cheaper to have my oil changed on my Mercedes than my Mustsng GT which uses full synthetic!!! Thank you Bill’s European Car works for fast friendly service!

worst experience I've ever had with a shop. had my car for 4 months for a job that was quoted to take 5 days. they had every excuse as to why my car wasn't getting done then after I get it towed back home cause I'm done with the games I find they left parts of the car not put back together and that they never completed any of the work they had claimed was done months prior to be sure my motor was good before they put a new transmission in it which they were about to do finally but thankfully they didn't cause my coolant tank was still full of oil leading me to believe the motor might be blown but was told they flushed my motor multiple times and replaced parts an ran test thrugh the coolant an were positive my motor was good an they were not getting any more oil in the coolant but as soon as I took possession of my car an looked my coolant reservoir had no coolant an was almost full of oil. the last excuse was my key wasn't talking to my car anymore an that I needed a new key for them to complete the work. told them I had had that problem before an that we were able to go thrugh pro tools an re set the key they said they did everything they could an could not get the key to work. 20 min after having the car home we with the correct key. had it started with pro tools the same way as before. this shop is a joke, out of all the months my car was there I was told multiple times they would call me an give me an update. never happend. I either had to stop in or call multiple times to get an answer as to why my car still wasn't done. all the way down to when I took the car back they gave the tow driver another customers key an had to drive my key back over an collect the other customers key from me. would highly recommend taking your money else where have delt with alot of shops over the years an have never seen as much bs as I did here blows my mind he still in business.
Brian and Kim are great to work with. I bring my older bmw diesel here to keep it running top notch. Brian has a wealth of knowledge on these vehicles and I feel good knowing I’ll get it fixed right the first time.
Bills a liar. Said he didn’t have the tool to relearn my mass air flow sensor on my Mercedes Sprinter. Charged me $90 to tell me he couldn’t work on it. I bought a scanner off of Amazon and was able to relearn the sensor. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
I have had both of my BMW's serviced at Bill's European. Both of them have left the shop way better than they went in, with some relatively minor issues with the drive shaft bearings, bottom engine shield. That was on the 328i last year, at this time.
I just bought a 2011 335i, that needed a new camshaft actuator and a new module that affected the adaptive headlights, plus the valve timing control, and a new valve cover.
When that car came in, it had about 10 codes in the ecm and was surging at idle. The car now has a lot of power and idles so smoothly, that you can't even tell it is running. Both cars run very well.
They are very knowledgeable on every level and any subject about these cars, that I can inquire about.
He even answered a question and had a resolution about a trim strip missing on the convertible Hardtop.

If you drive a European luxury or sport vehicle and your not using Bill's European Auto Works, you are really missing out. Had the chance to spend some time with Brian installing some equipment at his shop, the whole crew is knowledgeable and courteous when it comes to servicing or advising on these cars. I mentioned I had an AC issue on one of my classics, they diagnosed, found a way around a part no longer being available and I now have cold air in my 44 year old classic. If you need your Audi, Mercedes, BMW etc serviced they are phenomenal.
As a first time BMW owner I took my car for a quick oil change to a different shop, they couldn’t clear my oil service light so they recommended stopping at Bills European auto works. So I did, he was very accommodating as well as informative in letting me know that I was still under warranty and shouldn’t have even paid for the previous services at the other shop. I really appreciated the honest and great Customer service and I will definitely be returning as a customer when I have any further car needs.
Words don't do justice for how great this shop is. We were passing through pulling a camper when we broke down. They stayed late to let us get there to diagnose the problem. Once there, they figured out the issue in 10 minutes and were able to order the part to get us back rolling the next day. Unfortunately, we later discovered the radiator was cracked. Even still, they did all they could to help us get to our destination and accommodate our situation. I only wish the shop was closer to our home as this would absolutely be our go-to shop. I brought my son's BMW 528i to Bill's European Autoworks back in mid December because the car had a major oil leak. Brian was great to work with, he explained what needed to be done and he also advised to have the timing chain serviced since the car had over 100k miles. It was very good advice since 528i's with a build date pre-2015 have known issues with catastrophic chain failures. The repair was done sooner than I anticipated and at a fraction of what a dealership would charge. Thank you Brian, top notch job!
Finding a good mechanic is a tough task, finding an honest one is even harder and finding one that isn't scared of a German car is impossible. These guys are honestly amazing at what they do and it shows by how many people take their cars here. Had to do a transmission service and they charged me a very fair price and then inspected the car for other work that needed to be done. Went as far as telling me things that weren't as big of a deal as others and things that wouldn't be worth the money, instead of pushing the services on me. If you have a european car and it needs any type of service, this is the place to go.
These guys take care of my BMW and my Mercedes. You cannot ask for a more honest and competent company. They save me thousands, never advise for service I don’t need and are always watching my purse. 100% reliable and honest. Thanks guys..you are the best
I was out of county when my car became sick. Had her towed to a BMW dealership close by. Once I picked myself up off the floor the next day after their estimate I had her towed back home to Bill's European Autoworks since his estimate was 2X less. Wow a dealerships overhead could sink my wallet so I'm so very glad I found Bill's when I moved here. They have taken care of me and my "baby" with excellent service so don't hesitate to call them.
Took our MB E350 here for strut and sway bar replacement. Brian was great to work with. The shop is honest, reasonably priced, and does a great job. They also gave us a Veteran's discount. Would recommend them to anyone with a European car. They were able to find and fix the problem when other shops couldn't.
I am so happy to have such knowledgeable mechanics in Spring Hill. I have a 2014 BMW GT and all of a sudden expierenced "Drivetrain Malfunction". Drove the car in next day and the shop went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, honest recommendation and estimate, and repaired the issue. My 2014 BMW GT is running smoothly and very pleased with overall outcome. I will now be getting all my services for my BMW here going forward. Just bought a Z4, getting to go on a trip and the ck engine came on.long story short, took to others, codes read, sent home, told to go on trip no worries. Went to Bill's, ended up being a power train problem. European auto repairs diagnosed the problem and auto was ready to go 2 days later and insurance warranty paid for it. They stayed intouch with insurance, dealership and me. Glad to have found this establishment. 5 stars
Excellent service, I highly recommend sending your BMW here if you are having issues. Don't even try the dealer. Bills has great prices and fast service. If I ever have any more problems with my car, they will be my first call.
Absolute crooks, charged my mother over $6500 for several repairs and just completely took advantage of her lack of knowledge. Beware! Do not do business with these filthy humans.

Brian and his staff are highly trained and well educated in the unique field of European luxury and sports cars.
If it wasn't for Brians expert knowledge on a specific issue with our BMW we wouldve never known and undoubtedly had catastrophic engine failure even after just having a 24 point inspection performed by the BMW shop staff.
Brian made us aware just in time b4 having engine failure and his staff made repairs and then made a generous warranty to back up his work.
Great people to work with and we will pass on the good word and will continue to do business here in the future.

I have 2 Mercedes; a CLS 550 and an E350. I won’t let ANYONE except Bill and Brian work on my cars. I’ve been a Mercedes owner for over 20 years, during which I found No one that had the combination of skill, training, courtesy and professionalism that I have found at Bills European Autoworks. The people are extraordinarily skilled and well trained and try hard to satisfy the customers needs. Don’t waste your time and money trying the other shops (especially the dealerships). Bring your baby to Bill’s!!
Place seemed great. Called and was told its about 120 for them to check over my car and tell me wahts wrong with it. He said it would only take about an hour. So i told him i already checked these parts and they are fine. They spent 2 and half hours checking everything i already told them i checked. Then tells me if i want them to look any further that its 60 bucks per half hour. I tell him i only had the money he said it would cost. So he charged me $140 to tell me nothing. And used almost a quarter tank of gas test driving it. Never put a reader on it. Place will take advantage of you.
I had to have my BMW towed here, thinking I needed a new transmission (YAY ME) Bill took a look at it, and had it sent to a transmission repair place who took it apart and said nothing was wrong with it. (This is where Bill could have financially raped me and he didn't) He investigated further and I needed a new Torque converter. I choose to have it rebuilt due to money, but it was cheaper than a transmission. He also gave me 150$ off. The only thing that was slightly chaotic was how many people were there. It was packed when I walked in. A GREAT sign for him but- I am impatient :) He is honest, and my car is running like a champion now. Service like Bills in the rip-off world of Mechanics is HARD to find.
